No chance for a reschedule.You have no idea how much a simple hair cut and color is needed for someone who has been isolating and homeschooling for the last year due to their vulnerability to COVID19.....Pity.

Came in with waist length hair. Simply asked for dead ends to be cut and layers to be cleaned up. Left with hair basically cut to my armpits with some scraggly longer pieces where she “cut it into a V”. Mind you, my hair was straight across. Never have I ever had my hair cut into a “V”. I didn’t ask for it to be cut. Stated I wanted to keep it long, just cutting dead ends. It took me very long to grow my hair and now it’s been butchered and looks terrible. So upset! Will NEVER return or recommend.

I got an excellent cut with highlights from Grace. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they had no hot water due to their hot water heater was broken.

Mens barber shops...good ones...are sometimes hard to find. In a military town, you find many that just use the clippers and thinners, and leave you with a short cut that only looks good for a few days. Fantastic Sams is the exception. They use all the cutting tools to perfection giving you a cut that looks good for weeks. My wifes remark, they do the best job on your cut than anyone in all our years. Considering weve been married 35yrs, thats a lot of prior barbers.

You have to be very careful with who cuts your hair here. I have asked for a fade on multiple occassions and have been completely ignored and given a high and tight. Once while watching the lady cut my hair i realized she didnt even take the time to make sure the sides of my head were even. She then tried to rush me out of the chair saying I was done when i started pointing out all the mistakes. I did not budge and had to ask the hair dresser next to me to look at my head and fix it (Grace). Thank god she was there.

This is my husbands favorite hair cut place! His only place! Everyone there knows exactly what he wants and always does it perfect! We have never had an issue and they have some of the cheapest cuts in town! Thank you!

Do NOT recomend! The lady who did my daughters eyebrows has no business doing eyebrows!!!! One side is extremely shorter than the other and they are no longer the same shape! Instead of an apology I was told she knew and she didnt have time. Have never had a problem with the other ladies before. Unfortunately we will not be back.

$10 haircut for guys 12 and up on Tuesdays. $9 on Wednesday for kids. Easy walk in. She did a pretty decent job and took no time at all.

I moved away and the new place I went butchered my hair it was so uneven all I did was wear a pony tail and let it grow out for 10 weeks. I was in town again visiting family and dropped in, Sun fixed my hair! I can actually enjoy letting my hair down again. I’ve never had an issue here for myself or my children 😊 There’s not any Fantastic Sams where I live 😞 I’d come here again even tho I don’t live here

I told the stylist exactly how I wanted my hair and my daughter even showed her a second time. I wanted it layered and about an inch cut off. She did not listen. She cut it so short even going and shaving my neck. She cut it so much shorter than what I told her to. I was so angry I just paid for the cut and waited for my daughter to get her hair finished. I am not happy that she did not listen to me or my daughter and I will NOT be coming back. I cant remember the stylist name maybe she didnt tell me but it was the oriental lady at the first station when you come in the door on the right. I also will not be recommending people to come to this place

Between me and a friend, have gone to 4 different stylists. We both always ask for a medium low. Chong and Sun will proceed to give you whatever they want to give you (read: high fade). Jackie will give a true medium low, Victoria will fade it low but will take off most of your side length.

Chong takes very good care of my mom who is 94

Wait time was very short. Staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about different haircuts. Prices are reasonable.

Today my husband and I took our 4 year old to get a haircut. We usually see Mrs. kelly and she is awesome with our squirmy little one. This one she was very busy and we choose to be seen by another employee by the name of Shong. Our experience with her was horrible she was rude from the beginning that I told her he doesn’t like clippers can you please do it with scissors. From that moment she started grunting and saying that was a lot of work. I even told her if she doesn’t feel comfortable doing it with scissors I understand that I would wait for someone else to do it and she said she will do It but complaining all the time she was doing it. I really like the place but an employee that make parents and children with special needs feel like they are a hassle guess what you don’t deserve to be working with people. I would love for the owner of this establishment to contact me to discuss this issue.

Disgusting service! The lady ruined my long blonde hair. I now have a bob with three to four different tones of blonde as highlights ranging from gold to yellow to greyish. She did not bleed the foils through my hair so I have an obvious colour line. Blunt scissors ruined my hair and she hacked off three to four inches and then used the thinning sears. I told her specifically half an inch! I literally cried my eyes out when I got home. I was on holiday and my hairdresser back home is now trying to fix the damage and style. Which is costing me a fortune. Fantastic Sams really needs to up their game in their hiring process. Are these people even qualified?!?!?

Really disappointed. Worst haircut for my son. Did not even style it after washing his hair. Regret coming here.

My Stylist Was Very Rough, And Took A Long time to wash hair dye out of my hair

Worst place ever. They cut my hair badly and insisted that they were only giving my very fine hair body while really doing a very bad perm. They left me with broken damaged hair and sores all over my scalp while insisting on being paid for literally ruining my hair. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else.

Just be sure that your stylist speaks English. terrible haircut and unfriendly staff.

Worst haircut and experience I’ve ever had. My son has had several haircuts here before but we both went today and they were rude to me, didn’t even straighten my parting, never mind ask where I wear it. The lady who usually cuts my son’s hair was busy and instead the person who cut it had her colleagues pin him down and traumatised him. Don’t go here.
