Ordered a single item for pick up on the app at this store. Got stuck for over half an hour in the pick-up line then they said we had to pull around front and some one would come out with my order, but no one did. I went inside to get it after another 5 minutes. Avoid this store if you value your time. They dont.
The pharmacy is horrible. No communication and no medication availability in any kind of acceptable timeframe.
Went in, got script, paid and left. They were professional, and efficient. Perfect+
Its a Walgreens. Its clean. The parmacy is usually a little slow but its not bad. Good place to shop for health items and meds, as well as assorted grocery items.
Would not honor online purchase, or call me to let me know they wouldn’t. So once their i paid ~5$ more per item than my online order. Also took 3 associates to do the job of one. They all need serious training and new staff. Never going back to this location and it should probably just be shut down.
Pharmacy closes at 4pm.....4pm folks. Who can get to the pharmacy by 4pm if you hold a daytime job to get your meds? Website says 8pm, so I went at 6pm and paper signs say due to staff shortages due to COVID pandemic they close at 4pm. So your entire pharmacy staff got COVID and you couldnt bring in temp staff from other stores? They arent even able to say how long theyll continue at these hours. I get COVID impact to your staff? But get a shared floating pharmacist so customers can actually get their medications, CVS does. Big fail on Walgreens.UPDATE:Take caution using the inside store, I cant 100% blame this on Walgreens for where I got sick but I have since contracted COVID and this is the only place of 4 that I have visited in the past week and a half that I physically went into a place and had known previous outbreak. Kind of hard to overlook the coincidence.
Went to get my flu shot & the pharmacist whose on duty right now; finally after waiting for 5 minutes asked me how he could help. I told him I wanted my flu shot, he then informs me that it will be about 10-15 minutes because their is some waiting in front of me. There was nobody at the pharmacy. Then he asked for my date of birth. After giving him my dates of birth, he then comes back and says, it will be about 30-40 minutes. I left!! And since Tricare gave Walgreens the contract I have no choice but to use Walgreens. 🤬
Its the worst feeling knowing your being judged and questioned. The cashier in the camo that seems illiterate definitely made me feel this way. I had my Dr. on speed dial ready to call him because she was questioning my prescription. This is the most horrible and unorganized pharmacy I have ever been to. Also, at least make yourself presentable at your job. I know there is policy and protocol but whatever your name is, you truly upset me.
Theyre literally the worst. Dont send your prescription here.
The pharmacist here at this Walgreens likes to accuse people of PLAYING THEM when you get a prescription filled from another place early,w we have no control of any of that, its the pharmacys fault that filled the script too early, and not the customers. How can someone get a script filled early when everything is highly monitored on a database for insurance and DEA reasons. Sounds like someone needs to go back to Pharmacy School and relearn your customer service values and skills and how to treat a customer thats been taking a medicine for so long and when its prescribed for the rest of their life! Take your prescriptions somewhere else. A local Pharmacist that actually cares about its customers!
So, I never write bad reviews but this place has earned one!I recently moved here, and have always used Walgreens to fill my prescriptions, in other States I’ve resides in. I called in a refill to the Walgreens in Niceville on Saturday, which was supposed to be ready earlier today, Tuesday.I went to pick up my Rx after work. When I arrived I was told that they are were working on it and it would be ready in 15 minutes, which isn’t a big deal. I decide to wait in the parking lot, and pulled back around after 15 minutes to the pick up window. There was one vehicle in front of me. This vehicle sat at the window for 20 minutes. There was a line of cars behind me of about 5-7 cars, that would get frustrated from waiting and just leave. Finally, it was my turn. I pull up to the window and I see that not only is there a line of cars outside but about 10 people waiting in line inside. Only one woman was working on handling the transactions. I sat at the window for 10 minutes until the woman came over and asked my name again. She left to grab my prescription and about 5 minutes later returned and said it would be a couple more minutes. She then helped two other customers in the line inside, which took another 25 minutes!!! Meanwhile the line of cars behind me is growing as well as the line inside! She finally returns to the window and gives me my prescription.By the time I left, I was so mad from waiting well over an hour, for a prescription that should have been ready earlier in the day.Why is this place so under staffed? Why was no apology made for the ridiculous wait times? I will NEVER do business with this Walgreens again. I will drive 20 minutes out of the way to another location to avoid the one in Niceville. Do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy! If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
If theres only option for -star Ill give it to them. The manager doesnt allow me to do store coupon and manufacturers coupon. He makes his own store policy. The cashiers also has lack of knowledge from Walgreens deals... poor costumer service...
I really dont understand how they havent been sued. They have screwed up so many prescriptions. Once was the wrong label on the bottle. Twice they have filled a 90 day prescription with 30 pills. Then I cant get the additional ones because of insurance. Same issues in Crestview. I have to carefully check my prescription and search for the pill identification to make sure its right. They are going to cause somebody to die if they havent already.
The pharmacy at Walgreens is absolutely atrocious. Horrid management, under staffed and a serious lack of empathy and drive when it comes to assisting customers. They have messed up several orders of mine in the past 6 months and today I’m done. I will be switching and I hope you seriously consider taking your business elsewhere.
Nice people quick service.
Ive always been treated well and the staff have always been very helpful to me.
I have been using walgreens since my insurance changed. The service is usually ok, Never helpful, but figure as long as I got what I needed I would deal with them. Today was the worst ever, I was trying to get my name brand thyroid medicine and Bonita had the worst customer service, i ask her why she was being so rude and then she changed her attitude. When I came back and when in to get 2 hrs later, still not ready, and you could see them all look up at me at the same time. Hmmm They all looked miserable… And the pharmacist look like she didn’t see what was even going on around her. Only go here because it’s closest to home and the one my insurance covers. Good customer service is hard to come by!!!
Always good
Always very helpful
It is a standard Walgreens. the service is what you expect from a Walgreens.
