Bought a bed with a RIZE adjustable bed frame at MATTRESS FIRM in 2018….3 yrs ago!!! The remote no longer works. Called the customer service number only to be told ….they NO LONGER MAKE THAT MODEL REMOTE!! 3 yrs!! Beware of this if you’re thinking about buying an adjustable bed frame!! BTW, MATTRESS FIRM also said “ So sorry, nothing we can do!! I’m hosed!!

I was met inside Store 021015 today by Lindsey who warmly greeted me and listened, a trait not many have today. Yes, I was shown a number of different mattresses great explanations were given on everything. In the long run, instead of buying a new mattress (which is only 2yrs old), I purchased a Topper along with a new pillow. It was nice NOT trying to be oversold but instead, helping me improve a relatively new mattress.Lindsey is a terrific person and in time, when a new mattress is required, I’ll be back and if she is still there [hopefully] then I’ll be buying the Lamborghini 😊😉 (she knows what I mean) ✅

Mattress Firm was so helpful and were able to help me figure out exactly what I needed for my childrens bunk beds over the phone. I was able to purchase the mattresses through a link they sent me on my phone and they were immediately ready for pick up at the warehouse. Cystomer service was amazing and thr mattresses are top quality. It was the easiest process ever, I will never buy a mattress from anywhere else!

No pushy sales tactics, but very knowledgeable about all the products and what make them different. She did advise on what our best options were when we asked. Jared also helped by going above and beyond by overhearing my husband and I talk about how we wished the mattress we thought we liked were on an adjustable base. He came over and they moved the mattress onto an adjustable base for us. That was exactly what we needed to decide that was the bed we wanted! My Wife and I went in to look.... LOOK! We had the pleasure of dealing with Rex Cooprider, the Store Manager of the Cherrytree location, he was covering for the Hamilton Town Center Manager. Needless to say, in about 30 minutes he sold us probably one of the best beds we have every been on. Rex was EXTREMELY knowledgeable on everything we looked at and did not pressure us into anything. He would show us a bed, explain everything about it and WALK away to let us experience the bed. Outstanding Service... Awesome Experience!!!

This was our second trip to purchase a mattress from this store. Our first experience wasn’t bad the quality of the mattress we received was less than satisfactory. Lindsey was wonderful to work with. She was fast, concise and picked up on our frustration with the last mattress. She directed us to what we were looking for and her knowledge of the products she was selling was second to none. Within 30 minutes we had decided on a new mattress and the sale was final. We had been to other places to check out their selections but no one took the time to ask us questions and to learn about us like Lindsey did! We went thinking we would only be pricing for comparison. Lindsey Swain understood that and did not apply any pressure to make a purchase. However, her expert knowledge and perception of just what we needed ended in us making a decision to purchase right there. We like the 120 trial period as this mattress is for an elderly person and we dont know if she will like it. We also appreciate the social outreach Mattress Firm with Toys for Tots and their Foster Program support.

During these times In a pandemic, my wife and I weren’t even sure how to go about testing a bed. The team at Mattress Firm had proper sanitation stations implemented. We felt safe from the minute we entered the store and saw how they were operating. My wife explained what mattress she wanted (because let’s be real here, happy wife=happy life). Our sales manager was Jonathan Basta and he knew right where to take us. We settled on a bed and then were shown the comfiest pillow I’ve ever tried. Sure thing Jonathan, throw two of those in as well as a mattress cover. I can’t wait for the bed to arrive. I highly recommend the Mattress Firm.

My husband has stage IV terminal cancer and we needed a replacement for our ruined king mattress, immediately. I had to have two Twin XL mattresses for a king size platform bed. I bought my third mattress at The Mattress Firm in Noblesville today. I’ve returned there because the sales people listen to what I want, explain my options and let me make a decision without pushing me into a higher end product or things I don’t want. I’m also in and out in less than 40 minutes with a mattress I get in a timely fashion.
