If you order a sleep number bed, be prepared to have your inbox overloaded with trash! We have not received delivery of our bed but have received 20 emails in just one month, including 4 promotional emails in the past three days. The first three were important information such as our order receipt and delivery confirmation. The other 17 have been sales, marketing and promotions. I’m afraid to unsubscribe as I might miss important information about my order or the delivery. This is ridiculous, and very annoying. I called the store and he said “that’s just the way sales and marketing works these days, it happens to me too”. Not helpful. Please stop!! This is harassing and excessive. They all go to trash anyway. Although our initial sales experience was quite positive, I’m almost regretting getting involved with the sleep number company

We got a wonderful bed from here that we can now sleep better in, but the price was really high for it. Sleep Number has great quality prices for an expensive price.

My wife and I very much appreciated the service here. We literally got to try out several beds until we found the one that fit us best. Very friendly people who were easy to work with.

Paul did a very nice job of explaining what is going while we were testing. He did a great job of listening to what we were looking for in a bed. When it came to making our choice of what bed to purchase, there was no pressure on what bed to choose. My wife and I got the bed that fit our needs.

My wife and I been wonderfully sleeping on a waterbed for the past 36 years and are building a home in FL. We decided we needed to give up the waterbed (at least in FL). We’ve been asking about bed recommendations and kept getting pointed to Sleep Number. Saturday we stopped in the Hamilton Crossing store and consulted with Tom. He did such a great job informing about Sleep Number that our research stop resulted in our buying the i8 w the Flexfit 2 base along w numerous accessories. The house won’t be completed for several more months but shipping will be arranged at that time and we’re excited to try it out. Thanks Tom!

Michele was very knowledgeable, kind, and we did not feel pressured. The first visit we had decided the cost was just to much at that time to buy the bed. She took our name and said if the bed went on sale she would contact us. About ten days later she called and said the bed we were looking at was on sale for $1500.00 less than her quote. It was a very good experience. We will have to wait about a month before we get our bed delivered and set up and we are looking forward to that happening.

I cannot believe how awesome this bed is. First I want to say how great our salesperson David was. He was so knowledgeable about the bed and showed us how he was going to find our sleep number and why that number. Instantly at 35 I felt like I was laying on a cloud. My husbands number was 45. He described all the accessories and explained that we could add to our bed later and that we didnt have to get them all at once. This was great for people like us on a budget.We took the plunge and bought the c2 queen and it was delivered in a few short days. It was easy to set up and we have had the best nights sleep we have ever had. We only wish we had bought this bed sooner. Great bed, great store. Love it!

Clean store, good prices and very friendly, helpful employees. We were just looking and checking prices for new bed frames and mattresses for redoing my daughters room and they didnt pressure us into a sale that day but rather gave us all the info we needed. Ended up going back a few weeks later and purchasing the bed frames and mattresses. Would recommend!

I spoke with Kyle Long the manager and he was amazing. When I am ready I will definitely buy Sleepnunber. This was my second time looking. I just wanted to make sure this was the bed for me and it was! I’m excited and only have a little bit more to save and that i8 is mine.

Phil was great. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. We have an old sleep number and wanted to know about the new beds. We will go back.

They try to set out sheet options as if you were buying a car. Pretentious and expensive. You can get the same thread count elsewhere less costly.

Informative and willing to earn your trust. That is my initial thoughts on the team at this store. While I havent purchased a bed, the interaction with the staff makes a purchase likely in the future.

Be aware of the return policy. Its very expensive to return a bed!!!! Cost us over $500!!!! We got our bed after hearing how great it was. The first night neither my wife nor I slept. We both kept tossing and turning trying to find our number. Eventually my wife left and went to sleep in the guest room. For the next 5 nights I slept in the guest room while she found her number. Then we switched and I tried to find my number. after 5 nights of tossing I gave up. I went back to the guest room. I was even the one who pushed to get the bed. We got it because my wife has problems sleeping thru the night and we thought this would help. Needless to say it hasnt helped yet 30 days into it. We called to schedule a return and I was told it would cost a little over $500 to do so. part of that was we bought a non returnable cover ($153.99) but they charged us to set it up $169 and then they charge $199 to pick up. I had no intention of returning the bed when we bought it so I wasnt concerned about the return charges, but now that I dont like it or want it... It really bothers me that it is going to cost me overall $500 to return it.

Tom explained everything to us, went through the demonstration and answered all of our questions.

Was busy after we got there, but the salesman was patient and polite and did what he could to be sure everyone was helped as soon as they could be.
