I wouldnt trade there but it is the closest store by several miles. I am handicapped and had to ask the store clerk to step out to my vehicle and get the two mobility scooter batteries to replace, instead of him offering up front . That is when I realized he was not wearing a mask. It really startled me because I am 70 years old and very high risk. I am going to have to find a different place to buy batteries because I dont feel safe.

Very easy to find the motorcycle battery I needed online, place the order for pickup at my nearest location (Noblesville IN), pay for it, get both the confirmation email in a few minutes and the ready for pickup email within a few hours. Then picking it up was easy too. Paperwork was ready to go, battery was ready to go. Did one quick transaction in the store to get my core charge back and I was on my way within minutes. The instore staff was very friendly and courteous too!

Took my daughters phone in to get the screen repaired. After they were done the speaker didn’t work right and there was a green line down the side of the screen. They refused to do anything about it or even give a refund. I had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed.

This is an excellent place to buy watch batteries. They offer an extended warranty that gives you free replacement batteries for the life of youre watch. It is well worth it!

If you need uncommon batteries, or even unusual light bulbs, this is the place to go! They have almost any battery made. One exception was they did not have the battery I needed for my wheelchair. It is a real challenge trying to find this battery and it appears the only way I can get a replacement is to order directly from the manufacturer. Bummer, but it is what it is.They have a good selection of other gadgets and gizmos. I like to go in and browse because I never know what I will find.

Hey folks! I just learned that Batteries Plus programs Key Fobs. I bought two online that I could not manually program. Took them to Batteries Plus and they programmed both for less that $40. So for a total of $60, i now have two new Fobs. I would have paid more at the dealer for one.

Great service, better warranty. For about the same price, you get onsite install (they use a device that powers your clock and radio during swap!), great service (they install for you) and triple the typical car battery warranty. Ask for Jordan at this store. He was both knowledgeable and courteous and had my new battery installed in under 10 minutes.

Manager at store #040 was very unprofessional and very disrespectful when I had an issue with store overcharging my credit card. The only thing pleasant about the entire transaction was placing the order online. All communication in store or from store was unprofessional, extremely poor customer service, disrespectful, and misinformation.

I keep returning to this store because the customer service is very friendly and helpful. They always provide me with coupons when I need them and seem to go beyond what is necessary to make sure I have everything I need.

I purchased a dozen vintage bulbs on-line on July 4, 2018 for pick-up at our local store. The bulbs were not available for pick-up until July 17. I think a week is a reasonable time to wait for a bulb order but 2 weeks is too long. Employees at the local store have always been helpful.

I ordered a battery cover offline for store pick up. I was greeted when I walked in and was given my purchase right away. Quick and easy. The staff was friendly as well. I will continue to go here.

Went in for new Duracell car battery. Installed by employee immediately after payment. Cleaned some acid leaked around one terminal. He was an all around good guy. Ill be back for future batteries.

I came to the store at 830 to get a battery changed. the store opened at 8am but the store was still closed. I waited for 20 min, not happy I had to wait since I had to get to my job by 915am, but someone did show up. Once the store was open the store employee was helpful and efficient in helping me with the service I needed.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE. I am not here to complain, I just want to warn future customers: please seriously save yourself the trouble and pick a different phone repair place. The employees here have no idea what they are doing. I brought my iphone in to fix a cracked screen and by the time I was done with them (two months and several appointments later) they had tried multiple screens, none of which worked, and by then they had also broken my phones charging port (how?? how did they even do that??) so it died and couldnt even be brought back to life to back things up. I lost the $100+ I paid them plus any pictures that hadnt been backed up yet. And of course they wont refund my money, they just offer to keep having me bring the phone in to get it fixed again, which is ridiculous because the phone gets more and more broken every time I hand it to them. Just save yourself from the never-ending hell of inconvenience and frustration that this store will bring you. Its a trap, dont hand them your phone, go elsewhere. I started with a simple cracked screen and in the end I had to call Verizon and pay for a replacement phone because they had messed it up so badly.

We have always had great experiences at this store. They do key fobs, car batteries and windshield wipers. I get all my AA and AAA batteries there. I recommend them to everyone.

Less than two weeks ago had an iPad mini screen replaced and bought a tempered glass screen protector. I pad glitches and has a Crack from edge of screen. I brought it back to the store. They proceed to tell me the screen cover should have protected it but its not covered. We would be happy to charge you and repair it again.

Great service. I had a brand new motorcycle battery from PepBoys that turned out to be bad. These guys helped me identify the problem and got me set up with a better battery and charger. They built in some discounts that were greatly appreciated.It was nice to have someone knowledgeable to help me because PepBoys failed to resolve the problem. It was not something I could have ever figured out with help from Batteries Plus.

Earlier today (5/1/18) I stopped by the Noblesville store location with the expectation to replace a battery on my iPhone since the phone would not accept a charge. Montez Golder, the Store Manager inspected my phone and advised me that he believed the problem to be the charging port rather than a battery issue. Indeed Montez cleaned the charger port of dirt, and the phone then accepted a charge. My thanks and appreciation to Mr. Golder for his honesty and integrity to simply clean the port to fix the issue. Great job!

Though my battery was dead. So was my phone. They refunded my battery I had bought on line. I would recommend the noblesville store for everyone that needs a battery.

I made an appointment online for my fiancé to get his iPhone battery replaced and front facing camera fixed. We went into the store and they held our appointment despite the bad weather outside. The Store Manager at this location, Montez Golder, came in to run the store since one of his employees called off because of the weather. Montez personally fixed each customers phone on the spot in a timely manner. He even offered additional services such as new screen protectors. He was going to have to close the store early because of the weather but he made sure to give quality services to each customer there.Montez is an expert at his job and extremely knowledgeable. He provides quality and honest service. I highly recommend his store and service.

Went on a Sunday - needed a battery for my motorcycle. Only place open that had what I needed. Manager tried to upsell me to a $40 more expensive battery, told him that is not what I wanted. He said the one I selected was not powerful enough for your bike. Uhhhh.... same CCA and rating as the one I was replacing. And if that was the case, why are you selling them? Then he could not honor the online $10 off coupon - New POS system...blah-blah-blah... I went online, on my phone, standing at the store, and ordered the battery.... silly. AND, it was an additional $5 cheaper, on top of the $10 coupon! SCORE!There was more hard sell from the manager, but I wont get into it. Im in sales, I get it - reminded me of Grady the Badger commercials (Kapowee! - Hysterical), but at some point stop selling and give the customer what they ask for. Would have walked, but I needed the battery.

They broke my phone while installing a battery. Ive taken it back four times and still not fixed. They are slow and dont have enough employees to do your work in a timely manner.

Im really surprised that I got the invitation to review this place because I have almost nothing nice to say. I hope whoever owns/oversees this Batteries Plus Bulbs location will seriously reevaluate their staffing choices, especially for management. I understand that mistakes happen, and ultimately, they fixed it, but so much of the hassle and frustration could have been avoided if they werent too arrogant to check their work.I brought my phone here because my screen broke - everything else was functioning properly (calls, cameras, touch, etc.). When I filed a claim with Square Trade, Square Trade had locations for phone repair literally everywhere but Fishers, so thats how I ended up here.I left my phone there for almost the whole business day, got it back with the screen fixed (by a guy named Jordan, I believe?). He ran a pretty thorough diagnostic in the beginning, but apparently didnt do it again at the end. A couple days later, I went to use the camera and it was completely blurry - both the front and back cameras. I immediately called them and got Billy, who told me to bring my phone back the next day so they could check the cameras.The next day, I went in, and I got the store manager, Montez. This guy has no place being a retail manager - totally rude, super arrogant; didnt even ask for my name, contact information, or how to get into my phone so that he could check his work. I even asked if he wanted any of that information - he replied that he didnt need it. I went back for my phone, and sure enough, the back camera is still blurry. Billy, who was there when I went to pick it up the second time, opened it up and tried to fix it - turns out somehow theyve ruined my back camera. Of course, theres not one in stock, so Im going to have to bring my phone back AGAIN so they can install it.I get a voicemail a couple days later that the camera came in. I call back within an hour, no one answers, left a voicemail, no one calls me back. So I call again when I get off work. I unfortunately get that awful manager, Montez, on the phone. When I tell him I want to bring my phone in, he says, Well, its going to take an hour. So I ask him twice, Does that mean I cant bring it in tonight? He just keeps giving me the same answer before finally saying, no, he wouldnt fix it tonight if I brought it in.Youd think the least they could do is fix my phone on my time since they broke it, and Im having to make several extra trips up there...? But no.And of course no kind of compensation or apology from the manager for all of the extra trips and two extra days without my phone.Props to Billy for actually following through, fixing my phone, and apologizing. If you do have to come to this place (my fellow unfortunate Square Trade policyholders), ask for Billy - only person here who will actually check his work. At no point did the store manager (Montez) - who I talked to twice - ever apologize for any of this.If anyone actually read all of this, Ill add for the record that I was never reached out to. Not that Id want to talk to that jerk again anyway.

I just left batteries plus in noblesville to get my phone repaired. I walked in the store waited at the fromt desk for 5 min while i listened to the employee behing the batteries talk on the phone about how much he smokes weed and how he needs to drink crainberry juice and a cleanser to pass a drug test so he can have visits with his kids thru the courts. Also after that he quotes “she will never have full cosidy of my kid”. I mean i iust wanted to get my phone screen repaired not listen to his illegal life story so now I have to drive 25 min to the carmel store if they have the right screen. This happened sunday at 12:00 7/15/2018.

I was referred to Battery Plus for spare key. Secondary key could not be programmed after 30 minute wait. Now my regular key is not functioning correctly. Every time I remove my regular key it set off panic alarm.

Didnt have exactly what I needed. Even when I went back with the actual model of the unit, they couldnt find what I needed. Had to modify and go with one slightly bigger.
