Made a noon appointment on a Saturday to have brake pads put on, called at 2pm to check on my car, it had not been looked at. At 3:30 they call saying I need rotors too, (over $400) but they dont know that they can get it completed today. Then say they can change my air filter... which was recently done. So after an entire day without my car, they fixed nothing and i had to go somewhere else.

Look. This place is great. They always tell you the truth and are never shoving things at you that you don’t need. They will actually try and repair your tire if they can. Only downside is they are fairly booked o it as it’s super busy! Schedule ahead!

Always an awesome experience. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and are always looking out for the customer. What made me write the review was my most recent visit. For the last year my truck has had fairly severe vibrations when going over 70mhp. A previous firestone in another state tried balancing the tires but didnt help much. Shout out to Cameron for balancing my tires correctly and finally making my truck drive like its brand new. 👊

Yesterday was the first time I had visited this Firestone, and I am so please with the incredible and fast service I received. Stuart, who was working the front desk, was superb! He went above and beyond and made me feel welcomed and answered all the questions I had. 10/5, great facility!

Compared to the other Noblesville Firestone, I would recommend this one much higher than the other. The management and service staff here is VERY friendly and has always been helpful the past couple of times weve come in for any kind of service. I dont remember names, but the service staff that helped us repair the air valve that was giving us issues on an air leak was so kind and didnt charge us for the repair, and we just got that tire replaced elsewhere at another Firestone, so we highly appreciated the helpfulness of that.Each time that weve come in for an oil change or other service they have also been really good at keeping us updated on any work that is suggested, but not actually be pushy about getting it done like other Firestone locations, which makes me want to always return again for service visits.

I called them from another tire shop when I had a flat tire that needed repaired. The tire shop I was at couldn’t get me in for nearly 5 hours. Firestone was able to get my tire fixed immediately and I was back on the road in less than an hour (which allowed me to get my kids to their doctor appointments we he had waited 8 months for). So thankful to Jennifer and crew for making this could-be nuisance a non-issue. Friendly, clean and fast. Thank you!

Great..Great..I was a distance from home and had an unexpected tire issue. They were friendly and worked past closing to get my car travel worthy. Other issues popped up and they just kept working. Mike and Jen never made me feel like I was putting them out even though I felt that way. Cant say enough about their service and friendliness!!!! Thank you!!!

Such an amazing place and amazing people working! My low tire pressure light came on while I was trying to drive 4 hours back home, I called them and they were about to close but they stayed open until I got there to check my tire pressure out and were super nice! So thankful they did because I did have a small nail in my tire. They fixed it up for me right away! Would definitely come back for services and recommend!

We were visiting friends here from out of state when we experienced an issue with our vehicle. Luckily (on many levels) we happened to be passing by this Firestone location as the issues reached critical mass because while backing the car into the parking spot at Firestone lot the wheel locked up and started smoking(!). Keep in mind this is at roughly 2PM on super bowl Sunday. Staff was beyond helpful in getting things set up and even getting back to me before they closed at 5PM that SAME DAY to provide an estimate for the repairs and detailing other recommended issue(s) identified. They provided very plain trustworthy thought on things, also applying a coupon discount we wouldnt have otherwise had and gave a reasonable quote. They were able to get the parts orders in same day as well, which was essential if they were to be able to get everything and complete repairs next-day so that we could get home Monday. They were able to get the repairs completed by mid-day the next day so that we would be able to get home with only minimal overall inconvenience. When thanking Mel, our repair tech, she was actually apologetic about it taking so long. In my eyes that shows some amazing customer service. They didnt take long at all, yet saying everything possible to make the customer happy. 8-10 business HOURS from the car coming in unexpectedly to completing inspection, providing quote, getting my approvals, ordering parts (my entire brake assembly basically on one wheel) and completing all service is a great turnaround time.My final takeaway here is that if a business wanted to gouge somebody, it would have been me here. Out of town person whos car is DOA in their parking lot, so a non-repeat customer to the location who is prioritizing fast repair. However I received the absolute best care I could have expected with a reasonable quote. That level of trust is so important to myself and most of the car owning public so thats the hat Id like to hang this review on. Thanks for everything Firestone Noblesville Tegler Dr team!

My 2016 Ford Focus needed 2 Front tires and an oil change very badly and I came in on a busy Saturday with no appointment scheduled and they still got me set up with proper tire price quotes and informed me on discounts that saved a little money for me and got my car fixed all by the end of that same Saturday and that is greatly appreciated. I thank my Technician for doing such a professional job. I Thank my Sales Rep too for providing accurate time and pricing throughout the car repair process.

First off, we are long time customers of Firestone. My wife and I both have our vehicles serviced by them. We had an appointment today for a brake estimate. Long story short, they come to us after 20 minutes or so to tell us they have broken the lug key and cannot perform the estimate. They tell us we need to go back to BMW and get a new key. Obviously not happy but we returned with a new key to give them a second chance. They refused us! They said they were not interested in doing the work because they didn’t want to be liable for breaking something. I even offered to break free the lugs myself by hand and they refused. I asked “so you aren’t interested in our business”? To which they replied nope. No problem Firestone. We will take our $1,000 brake job and ALL future business on ALL vehicles elsewhere.

They just took great care of me. I have a rental car from Enterprise. When I got the car it had low tire pressure, so they sent me to the local firestone in my hometown. Drive 75 miles to Noblesville for a conference for work. Left the conference at 10:00 pm to find low, and dropping, tire pressure. Spent 70 minutes waiting on hold for roadside assistance with Enterprise. They told me I had drive to the airport to swap out cars (on a low tire...). Got up early and went to Firestone, right by my hotel. They got me in the system and requested Enterprise approval. We are still waiting on Enterprise approval. But the good folks at this Firestone went ahead and checked out the tire and found something in it. They repaired and got me on my way to the conference. And said they would deal with Enterprise. Even gave me the phone number of the local Enterprise office on a sticky note so I could call them when they open.Thank you, Firestone, for taking such great care of me, when it wasn’t even your problem or responsibility!!

Staff was friendly but always seem overwhelmed. Brake repair took longer than estimated. My main complaint is the cost and the fact that i had to return the car that same day because they didn’t bleed the brake line properly. Luckily i was off work the next day and was able to return with only minor inconvenience. The attendant was nice and somewhat apologetic but no offer of reduction in cost or any compensation for my time. i have been using them for a few years but will only use them now for oil changes, if that.

Couldnt be more satisfied, with customer service to the actual work on our vehicle. We have had work done here before, but as I was driving on tegler my van broke down right behind the store. With my kids in the van and husband at work I was so upset. 3 of the men there came over, pushed my van out of the street and into the shop. They had us go inside and leave our information and took over. Im very happy with our previous and recent service here.

Firestone Complete Auto Care at Hamilton Crossing is a fantastic store! Jay is awesome, and very down to earth. I got a flat tire on the way into work, and I called Firestone and spoke with Jay. He was able to get me in that evening, and my tire was replaced quickly. I am very grateful for the quick, affordable service that was provided, and for the exceptional customer service by Jay. They helped us in a predicament. The family and I were in a rental car driving from Indianapolis to Muncie (dont ask why). All of a sudden we noticed our tire pressure indicator. We were short on time. Happened to be driving right by this Firestone, so we popped in. Almost immediately, the manager, Jennifer, came out, gave us some air, and checked the tire to make sure it was ok. She said it was likely weather-related, and not damage to the tire. We were good to go in 10 minutes. I offered $10 for her efforts but she refused. Super helpful and gracious service, especially considering we have no chance of being a repeat customer.

Called in about a specific tire set I wanted and Chris beat anyone else’s price by at least $70. Very professional and courteous on the phone and in person. I’ll buy tires off Chris any day of the week. Then when I arrive, I’m told I get another $100 off as part of their promotional deal. Couldn’t have been happier. Gave me a good quote on my tie rod repairs as well. Definitely made a repeat customer out of me.

Horrible serive on multiple occasions. They take forever with an oil change -promised time of 1:00 turns into 5:00 for no reason. Rotated the tires and were completely oblivious to a buldge. Forgot to replace the oil cap after an oil change. We are finding another garage to service our cars.

The main thing to understand with certain places are their capabilities. What I have found was that they are good with general maintenance and tires. I utilize them for my oil changes and tires to take advantage of the free rotate with general maintenance. Anything major, for cost and expertise, I suggest a smaller shop of your choice.Great service reps! I enjoy the appointment and coupons as well off their site.*Update: Although its easy to set an appointment, I get the impression that the reps dont care for it. Ive reduced my review from 4 to 3 stars mainly due to the fact that it seems every task takes a minimum 1 hour. Within the last year, I have mainly used this location for oil changes (each an hour long at least). Currently here for a tire patch (two nails discovered after a hour inside the garage) and noted at least 1.5 task. I understand short staff/project complexity and notice that it seems appointment management really only tells them that something may happen and doesnt really help manage time on the customers end. TLDR: I suggest time slot notification (30 min oil change, etc) and if there are issues with this, a rep reaching out to discuss options before showing up.3rd and Final review: Two days ago I had to fill up the same tire that was recently patched before work. Called them late morning from work explaining that I had to do so and asked to come in after I got off work (in approx. 4 hours). They responded with a Were quiet busy. Can you leave it? Or drop it off tomorrow morning?.This is my first issue. Whenever I come across a client of my own who isnt 100% satisfied, I make them a priority. We all get hit with a heavy work load but sometimes we have to problem solve a little differently. Instead of making an issue out of this, I tell them I can leave it (its my only car), I ask to come by after work the next day.I do so.1 hour to finally come out and tell me that there isnt a hole but there is a nail in another tire. This isnt their fault, I understand, and it turns into me buying a new tire.Main issue: I watched my car through the window for an hour on that lift without seeing that tire get put on. I finally ask how much longer (I had an appointment to go to and didnt think Id be held up for 2 hours getting a new tire) and they said all he had to do was put them back on.10 minutes before I saw a tire get put back on after I asked.I dont fault the tire issues on Firestone. It just felt like if you have a task to do there, set aside 1-2 hours of your day minimum to deal with it if you dont have a way to get a ride elsewhere. Before it didnt seem so bad. I just dont think I will be doing so in the near future. 2 stars.

This Firestone outright lied. They said there was a nail in the rear tire that was completely non-repairable and that their suggestion was four brand new tires (our car has tires less than 2 years old...)We looked at the nail (it was a screw) in the tire ourselves and it was not in a part of the tread that is difficult to plug---and beyond that the screw had NOT punctured the tire and required no plug or additional service. The tires are still balanced and have excellent tread. There was no way on earth the solution was four new tires.Bottom line is that theyre going to tell you whatever they can to try and convince you to buy. Scare tactics are pretty low. I will not use this Firestone again. The nail was somewhere easily fixable and if they had looked at it for more than one second they would have seen it wasnt even causing a leak or loss of pressure.I wont be using Firestone again.

They double the price of every part they install. Got a $1,300 quote to replace my rear rotors, pads, and calipers. What a joke. Go here for an oil change only! Anything else, see a local body shop and save yourself money and the hassle this place will give you.

Went Firestone at HTC for 8 years, oil changes mostly. Last 6 months, were not good.1) Had my tires changed, 5k miles later, I get an oil change and they tell me I need an alignment fix - common sense says, well you guys just changed and aligned my tires, why do they need to be aligned again? The answer - bc the guy who changed your tires wasnt good at his job. Tire alignment cost $70 so Im paying $70 for their employees mistake? No thanks.2) Tire sensor gauge - recommended to be replaced, I said okay for $160. They replaced it, the tire pressure sensor light on my dashboard never went off after that. I literally took it in 5x, they could never figure it out. They told me to take it to a dealer to fix, they would not pay for that mistake either.So, theyre great for oil changes, thats it though. Anything else, I would def take my car elsewhere bc if they screw up, its coming out of your pocket not theirs.

They put 2 quarts over the capacity and my engine blew within 2 miles. They setup a claim a week ago and I still cant get in touch with anyone. The owners manual says the too much oil can cause engine damage. My receipt shows they put too much oil in. I even paid extra for the additional oil and they wont refund me for even the oil not needed. Stay away!

I was emailed a $19.99 oil change offer, so I decided to head in. Upon arriving, I was told that I needed to upgrade to the $65 oil change. With my husband and I knowing nothing about cars, I called my dad who told me that I didnt need to. Once I told the manager that. He instantly became rude, and when I asked if it would hurt something to not upgrade, he just danced around the question. I hate feeling pressured and I wouldnt trust this place ever again.

Dear Firestone in Noblesville, thank you for helping out my son when he had car trouble. Telling him to go to the dealer because the engine was sputtering was a half ass way of handing a customer. I would have thought you would have run a diagnostic test at least to see what the actual problem was. Terrible service, stay away from this place.

Went in for tire patch told me lug nuts were swollen and they could find a socket to fit them tried to get me to replace all 20 with my basic tire iron I could get all of them off but 1 which simply came off with a slightly larger metric socket so what was originally a $30 patch was going to be an $80 fix its sickening and I would never recommend this shop to anyone
