Do not even think in going there for pickup or delivery. You will be there all day or maybe 2 days.

This place sucks. No space to back. They took 6 hours to unload me.

They arrive around 6:45 am, but officially open at 7 am. Unloading begins at 8 am. Closes at 5 pm.

Arrived Saturday for monday 10am delivery, had to wait for Mexican truck to cross border. Now its Tuesday and still waiting.... I did almost 3x34 reset. Broker, shipper, receiver, customer have no info when I will be unloaded. If your rate conf says you have appt, you are just lied. They work FCFS so no appt. Theres a yard for waiting but you have to leave after 8pm. Totally messed up place. DONT TAKE LOADS HERE

Narrow & busy street parking and on top of that slow unloading process. They need to update their system to make it efficient so they dont get crowded.

There is sattelite parking 4 building away, and opens at 8 am. Portable toilet is locked. Food truck showed up in the morning.This is great place to get detention pay. LOL

Well, please post better pictures then Manuel Huerta pictures on the Website and put other company trucking names that will pay theyre bills. It is a suggestion that is all and they make Border Pro look bad, and have your export crew respect and take care of drivers, because freight will not move without them.Thank You!
