Quick to load but call 1st to make sure your product has crossed the boarder. I waited 5 hrs for my load to be ready. Not allowed on the dock until they finish loading. Overnight parking directly across the street.

2nd time here, 1st time checked in and unloaded within an hour, this time a bit longer because product above temp.Friendly people, clean facility, off street and dirt lot parking across from entrance.They are as of now still requiring masks so have mask and drivers license when checking in, Porta potty across the street, no food truck either timeRegardless of what dispatcher/ broker tells you they are fcfs starting at 7am local

I had an 8 AM appointment, but did not make it until 14:00. Their check in process, was a little bit slow, but they pretty much got me right into a door, and got me unloaded within about 40 minutes. Google maps only shows a dirt lot on the corner, where their warehouse actually is.

If you are coming here. cancel any plans you have to your rest of the day. Bad communication between brokers and clients. this place is never tracking loads coming here. and will take hours and hours to try figure out anything

Took 2 days to deliver load here, I v been told different stories why it takes that long . Poor communication between them and broker. PIDORASI

Advertises fcfs to drivers, I was first to be on sight and last to be served, with unprofessional attitude!

Scheduled delivery 8am, now its 5:13pm and finally got unloaded. They unload/load all Mexican Trucks prior to US trucks. So if youre a Mexican you will have good service. If youre from US expect to waste a whole day.

No appointmentsNo first come first serveLocal trucks get loaded and unloaded first, then OTR drivers around 4pm.Basically they open at 8am but you will wait way pass this time, because theyre waiting on drivers from Mexico to come and load your load on their trailer and thats from what I heard around 4pm.

Make sure take lunch and drinks with you slow loading. No vending machine or food truck good people in office. Once you loaded don’t go north on frontage rd very dangerous if you have heavy load

This place is racist, they will unload their Mexican trucks first and everyone else at the end of day or even leave it to next day. My truck checked in at 7am and now is 5pm and theyre keep telling go wait we will call. People, just try to not deliver here.
