I ordered a new phone which arrived this week. Austin Fogle helped me with the order and also the set-up. I appreciate his time and positive personality. I came to the store in the afternoon, not looking to spend too much time. I was on an older plan and really deserved an upgrade. Upon hearing that I didn’t want to make it an all night affair, Austin got my plan looked at and changed to unlimited for the same price I was paying for 4gb AND he got me into the affordable iPhone SE which I hadn’t heard about in about 20 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with the thorough job he did and how quickly he did it! Thanks Austin, I really wish more Verizon representatives were like you!

Jake and Robin were SUPER helpful when I stopped by to have my new Verizon phones setup. They took the time to transfer all my data and settings for me so I didn’t have to hassle with it myself. All I had to do was drop everything off and come back when they were done. Once they activated my new phones, all of my previous files and settings were ready and waiting for me. Quick and simple. I had been wanting to get the new iPhone 10r and so when I finally did, Jacob Fahrow helped me. The transition was so smooth and he had my new phone up and running in no time. I sat there and configured everything like the Face ID recognition and logged into my apps. He was so helpful along the way with any questions I had. I went in during the Black Friday deals with my 4 siblings and Dylan was able to upgrade all of our phones and transfer all our numbers while being patient and accommodating towards everyone’s individual interests and needs. Wonderful service!!

I walked in and was greeted immediately, they asked what I needed, i stated that I just needed a screen protector and cover for my new iPhone 11, he helped me and offered to apply my screen protector for me. Great and prompted service. Prices are a bit high almost 90 dollars for just a cover and screen protector and for that I take away one star.

You know when someone is passionate about what they talk about and you can see it in their face and hear it in their voice? Thats how everyone was at this store. I am not a phone/technological person and they helped me find what I wanted for the best price. 10 out of 10 come here if you have anything.

Loved Ben! Service was great, he was quick and efficient too. The only thing I was unhappy with (no fault to the Rep) was that he added a bundle that totaled maybe $200.00 and told me I could go pick out some accessories. Made it sound free almost but was going to cost me a ton. I was not interested in any of the products so I did not like that the bundle was added, then mentioned after when I asked what was so expensive. But it was removed just fine when I asked and he was super friendly about it. Customer service was great, and I would recommend working with him again.

Friday night, 7 pm, my phone died completely out of the blue. Robin at this location did a great job. By closing time (8pm), I had a new phone being shipped to my hotel. It arrived Saturday morning, 15 hours later. She was great, and she is highly trained. Thank you Robin

I dont know if I can even begin to tell you about the wonderful service Ive received at this location! No matter how small or silly I may think my questions are, the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful! A couple of weeks ago Ryan helped me to upgrade to a new phone.... And because of my active lifestyle it didnt take me too long to drop it! Luckily I had the glass protector but still the glass screen on my phone was broken. When I went in to see about my protection on my device Ryan and Dillon were exceptional in their service, not only helping me to file a claim, but also searching on the internet for the proper OtterBox protection. I highly recommend this location!

Went in for an update and had the pleasure of hanging out with Robin. They didnt have the phone I wanted so they had a guy go get one from another store. They did a great job of telling me all of the options without being pushy. A simple here is what we have and we will let you decide what works for you.

Third time is a charm! After receiving little to no help from 2 previous Verizon stores, Robin was able to resolve and fix multiple errors that were causing technical problems within our account. She is extremely patient and knowledgeable. We’re very happy and satisfied customers!

I was quotes a wrong price by the sales person today. I specifically asked what my monthly charge would be and when I questioned again the sales person told me that they purposely left off the insurance amount. My reply was not a good thing. I left the store.

Well, apparently hell has frozen over because Ive decided to write an online review about how AWESOME my experience was at a Verizon store...I was one of the holdouts... One of the few remaining... Clinging onto my flip phone... Screaming into the night, yelling it to the mountain to never give up the resistance to the evil, soul crushing, culture subsuming/degrading Smart Phone coup takeover. Alas, I am a mere mortal. My time had come to trade in my resistance badge for my custom-made Be Different t-shirt. And a Samsung Galaxy J3...In walked Ruth Godwin. Honestly, she made what Id been resisting and dreading for years painless. Even pleasant. She listened to my situation. Like, actually listened (although Im sure shed heard the kind of stuff I was telling her many times before...). She intuitively knew where I was coming from, my knowledge level about phones/electronics (some things Im pretty knowledgable about, some things not so much), she knew that if she tried to push me in any direction Id shut down so she allowed me to guide the sale while giving me a lot of helpful, necessary information (some I knew I needed, and some I didnt know I needed). She very patiently helped me deal w/ my Google account so that I didnt need to create a new one just to get a phone (and then have to remember to check a new, separate account only to check for important phone related messages, etc...). A less patient person easily couldve simply told me I had to create a new account and I wouldve done it, possibly to my own detriment.Sincere thanks to Ruth. Two other folks at the store were helpful and knowledgable as well, but I cant remember their names. Rock on...
