Always clean with a great staff that are skilled at their craft. Always fresh and refreshing. The pastries have been more enjoyable than most competitors in the area. Easy drive-thru and provide a free treat for pets. The dogs love the girls here because they dont skimp on the whipd cream. This place has not let me down once in the many years I have stopped in. Cant say that for many places in the area. 👍

The service by the one person attendant was excellent. There were people in the drive-up and he remained calm and collected. He even offered me a gift for waiting. Thank you, young MAN

Always a pleasure to go in here. They are quick to please and try to get you what you like and make suggestions. Have several items on display for purchase and variety of coffee and tea for purchase of different flavors. Love this location and prefer them over other coffee places, more flavorful and variety

I just ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it tastes like hot water with a tiny tinge of coffee. I was very upset that I spent $6.15 on hot water :(

This place is awful. The service here is terrible. You will age 3 years waiting for your coffee. The manager is extremely rude. The coffee will give you diabetes. Go to one of the 1,000 other coffee shops in town. Dont even consider this place. If you absolutely need Gloria Jeans, go to the mall. This place is a joke.

I didnt know this existed... a Gloria Jeans that is outside of a mall? When I was driving by I had to Bust a B**** and stop in. I was teleported back to the early 2000s my mom just dropped my off at the mall and I was gonna hangout at Hollister. Life was good, and because of that this is 5-Stars.

I love the people that work there! Jessica always takes good care of me, trying to find the right drink I like. I can’t honestly say one bad thing about these group of people, I love the environment and my coffee is bomb every time!!!! 5 stars ⭐️

I was sitting at the drive-thru speaker and there were two cars in front of me. No one ever greeted me and once both cars in front of me was finished I pulled up to the window and they put a sign up saying they’ll be back in 15 mins.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience at this store, I go out of my way to come here even though I’m passing the one in the mall. It’s convenient that there is a drive through and the staff are really friendly! When I’ve went into the store it’s always kept so clean. Great place to set up your laptop and get some coffee or be with friends.

I ended up going inside after sitting in the drive through for about 3 or 4 minutes without anyone coming over the intercom. After telling the 2 workers inside why I came in, they were very kind and apologetic. I ordered a small drink, and they ended up giving me a medium at no extra charge for the inconvenience. I was very impressed by their customer service!

Gloria Jeans is my biggest guilty pleasure, the staff here is amazing. I am a regular now and they have my order rang up before I even get to the counter, and if Im in line they start my drink before Ive even paid. I love their attitudes and the atmosphere they emit! You guys rock!

I have been a long-time customer of this particular Gloria Jeans for ten years, and during the last nine months under new management, this establishment has gone from being my very favourite, most highly-recommended coffee joint in all of Illinois to the last place I suggest to others. The shoppe itself is routinely short-staffed, customer service has been curt at best, prices have increased while product range and quality has diminished, loyalty cards are denied without explanation, and none of the previous overwhelmingly pleasant staff has remained in employ. Just this morning, on our regular trip upstate to run business errands, my mom stopped by for a mocha latte and left after being dismissed when told her (less than a year-old) gift card was not compatible with the new register system, meaning the remaining full total of $50 was now useless. We are both quite familiar with the fact that franchises change hands regularly and store policies follow suit, but the complete disinterest in offering some small compromise to a respectful and loyal customer following the last several less-than-ideal exchanges is enough to make sure we purchase our coffee at another location from here on. I recommend Fusion Brew to anyone looking for a local coffee shoppe with exceptional staff and broad beverage selection.

This place is a sleeper! I will take Gloria Jeans over Dunkin or Starbucks anyday! The staff is very friendly.

I am only giving 3 stars because they are delicious!! But I have looked online more than once to see their hrs. And it says they are open, only to get there and they are closed! I drive all the way from Colfax il, only to have to end up driving to the mall to get what I want. They need to fix their hrs online, or even have them consistent with the malls hrs.

They used to sell the syrups to those wanting to make their drinks at home. New management wont allow the sell of the syrups at the store so you are forced to buy a drink if you want a certain flavor.

Went in to get coffee, which took forever. I was looking at the mugs and found one I really liked. I took it up to the counter and the man asked if i really wanted because it was 19$, and I told him yes because I obviously wanted it. He told me I couIdnt afford the mug. I definitely will not be returning. Terrible service.

Really delicious coffee as far as the white chocolate mocha goes, its easy to get to, drive thru is never a long wait, Ive never been inside this specific Gloria Jeans but Ive literally never had 1 issue in drive thru. Coffee is never burnt!! Its so good, highly recommend, plus its cheaper than starbucks.

Literally the worst coffee I have ever tasted. I got it and was so excited to try it since I hadn’t had it in months to only taste sour almond milk they used... You could smell the bitterness before taking another sip. too bad I was running late for work or else I would have said something. It was absolutely repulsive. take a sip before you leave!!

This place is going downhill i should have left this review a long time ago for a few months ive grown yo realize this place has changed due to new ownership first off they take away the wifi prevliges to customers i went in there on a sunday asked for the password and was told i cant have the password after i purchased 3 drinks i have noticed they have taken away alot of the buy your own beans to take home when i asked for a bag they told me they dont sell them to the public once i went there ordered a 2 hot lattes and they gave me 2 chillers when i told them thats not what i ordered the lady got mad at me and argued that i asked for a cold latte even though she was handing me a chiller finally she gave me what i wanted but made me take all 4 drinks and replied to give em to someone else who would appriciate it and to top it off every time i go in there the store is being ran by 1 person to do every job including the drive thru cant understand half the things they are saying due to bad english it feels like a family owned forien store it deffinately dosent feel the way it used to and the drinks dobt taste the same this is a corperate store that runs itself the way it wants to i highly recomend just going to the gloria jeans in the mall for the real experience

Service was extremely slow although there was no line, drip coffee maker was not in service, was charged $9 for coffee I never received and was not refunded although I was told I would be. Contacted customer service multiple times through multiple avenues and was never responded to. If I could leave a zero star review I would.
