The best pharmacy imho. Staff is friendly, have gone above by recognizing I’d need more of, or something different in a couple of circumstances and after discussing it with me called the dr for me to get the change. Even spent a long time on the phone once straightening out my insurance. I love getting their text alerts when it’s time to order and when it’s ready. It’s ALWAYS done earlier than their system’s “first available time”.

Very good at what they do. always know what i need, and have on stock or get very quickly. i wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dillon mishandled my medication and caused a lot of stress for me.Dillon told me they were out of my prescription even though I just received a text yesterday saying that my medication was ready. Dillon told me that they could send my prescription to a different Walmart. I asked him if he could check but he wouldnt do it and tried to move on to the next customer. He seemed confused. When I got home I got a text saying my medication was ready, apparently they had a different brand available.Why hadnt he taken the extra step and asked for help while I was there? He caused a lot of stress for me because I was worried about going without my medication. It was very annoying to have to turn right back around to pick up my medication.

I love that I can order my prescriptions and they will tell me when they are ready so I don’t have to wait!

Its been awhile since I had any RX fill at this location, so when I went to pick my prescription up the lady at the DROP OFF had to ask me several things, she was rude off the start, and when I told her I had a discount card she said oh its only $$$, that wont take much so I told her to try anyways. She was just rude . The rest of the staff was decent . So I felt like going back and give her the difference of the price since she act like the discount was gonna come out of her pay 🙄

The worst experience ever coming to the pharmacy in Normal Il. There is a person called Mike in this store that doesnt have any customer services skills. He mistreated me badly I believe he is racism because he emphasizes that the medicament were expensive and I do not have insurance. I told him I have one app and he said I do not if you can use them. No even looked at me. I have been all day trying to get the refills from the doctor to buy the medicine to mt mom that is in Venezuela and this guy did not try to help me. What is wrong with him. The other employees are very nice, but this is the worse. His name is MIKE do not let he to service you.

Worthless is a understatement. Techs treat you like your dumb, and will do anything to not have to do their jobs. Go Literally anywhere else!

Every time I come here they are rude (I now go to meijer) someone hit my car in the parking lot and drove off. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes and have asked three times to talk to a manager or anyone who could help me. Im beyond frustrated and dont want to pay for the damage of a hit and run.Edit: once I did get help he was very nice a d so was the officer. Still not my favorite place though.
