Not that well run. A handful of decent employees pull all the weight and the rest slack off. Ive gone there to find no one on the floor, and had to wait for an insane period of time for anyone to come out to serve me...at which point 2 employees came out...if there are two employees there at least one should be on the floor.

I love that fact that this cumbys is open 24 hours a day or night!I work the night shift and find myself needing to come here a lot for gas, food, drinks, etc.The staff working here a very patient, helpful, and always in a good mood no matter what!The store is always clean and gives off positive vibes.If your looking for some quick gas or food late at night.. this is the spot to be!Thank you for services & goods during this horrible pandemic!

Always enjoy the service of Cumberland Farms.

Really nice and clean since they rebuilt it. Much easier to get gas, park, turn around, etc. Its usually crowded in the morning, but wait times are usually still well under 5 minutes. Gas prices are on par with other local gas stations. They are open late at night as well.

Convenient right off the Mohawk Trail in North Adams! Gas pumps directly in front!

Clean and friendly

Ive been a loyal customer for years. I stop by at least once a day for coffee and cigarettes, some times im there 2-3 times during the day. My whole family goes there because we live so close, so pneedless to say we have spent thousands there. Well this morning I went to get coffee from there and decided to see if they had any iPhone 5 chargers, there happened to have one so I thought I was in luck, I bought it and made my way home. I tried the charger As soon as I got home and realized it didnt work so I immediately took it back to the register that I purchased it on, I was told by the cashier that she had to ask the manager what she could do about it. When she came back I was informed that I couldnt be refunded because it was an electronic and the charger I bought was the only one in stock so it couldnt be exchanged either. I would have never bought the thing if I knew I could not be refunded if it didnt work, they should have a sign or let customers know that when they are making the purchase. Sorry about the length of this but I am pretty livid right now and will never again buy ANYTHING from Cumberland farms. It kinda sucks but if I had known they would treat a loyal customer that way then I never would have been a loyal customer to begin with.
