I choose $29 service for car clean. when i was done with payment i checked my car nothing was clean. Just only clean with water from outside in $29When i asked for why still dirty, they threatened me to take the car out. I will not recommend to go in this shop. I don’t have options to post the pictures here. I am not the only one person who gave this feedback for car clean. Look other reviews as well before you go for car clean this garbage shop.

Car wash,for any budget, superior service,just as good if not better than those high dollar detailing places,oh, did I mention that they do in &out detailing,oil changes,tire services,at very reasonable prices, they offer other car services as well,drive away looking like you just drove it off the dealership lot!!!!

I use my minivan to move everything from Christmas trees to goats to teenagers and the inside definitely shows it. They took the time and effort to make it look like new! And the outside glows it’s so shiny!

Gabe and Pablo did an amazing job cleaning out my truck! I couldn’t have been more grateful for the work they did!! I almost cried for how much aggravation they saved me!! Thanks again for making my truck look so great!!

Unprofessional people.I went for car wash they asked me $29 for Xtreme full service. Whole car was dirty when i checked after payment. Also all their employee harassing me when i was taking photos for this reviews.I would suggest everyone dont go for this trash people. They even dont know how to use cloth for car clean. Read reviews before you go.

Great Wash and very sparkly/shiny. Better than other car washes. However there was one spot in the back of the car that didnt seem to get hit. It was a slight disappointment. The wash itself lasted longer than other car washes Ive been through in the area. It was very sudsy and squeaky clean except for that one spot.

Today I brought my SUV in for a full detail appointment. Jonathan and Erica were excellent at ensuring my needs were met based on my car and my timeline. It’s is a large car, we have 2 kids, and 2 dogs - needless to say - it really needed to be cleaned since the last time I brought it in 6 months also. It is sparkling clean inside and out. Jonathan had the detail team walk me through my car to ensure I was happy with the results. They were proud to show me the work, and they should be. This is my second full detail with them, and I will defiantly be back.

The staff is professional and friendly, the pricing is exceptionally reasonable, the work is done quickly, and they have never tried to needlessly upsell me or pressure me on work I did need. The service was always excellent, but my last two times in the new manager, Jonathan, has gone above and beyond to make it even better. This place is a great place to get an oil change. The manager John is very friendly and does well getting the job done and getting you in and out without waiting. The car wash staff are great as well. Definitely leave this place with your car squeaky clean!

I went to get an oil change and no one was wearing PPE. At least wear a mask! I guess its more about profits than customer safety. They lost a loyal customer.

Paid $24 for the supreme wash, which includes a towel dry and window cleaning. Well, a towel dry is only effective if your car is dried within 30 minutes of being washed and the windows were left streaky and uncleaned. I could understand if the employees were busy at the time, but they were not. Further, my car was ignored in favor of cleaning two other vehicles that came in after mine, but paid more. Ive been going to this car wash for years, and originally the service was fantastic, but now I couldnt recommend ever bringing your car here.

I like this car wash. Ron (I think that was his name - some tattoos) was the person I dealt with and he was quite nice and helpful. Was a super busy and hot day out and he was literally running from bay to inside to bay, but was still really nice. As were the guys working in the bays. I will come again. Car is very clean, inside has comfy sofas and tv and books for kids, and nice and cool.

I just went to have my oil changed after this place did it a few months ago and apparently they used a torque tool and stripped my nut. Now they cannot change my oil on a car that I just purchased the end of December!! Do not use this place. I have left a voicemail for the mgr because theyd already closed. Ill update where this goes!! I am FURIOUS!!!!!

Been here three times each time I felt given the runaround and a little bit screwed over. Found a coupon brought it in on my cell phone and they said they wouldnt honor it unless it was printed out. Nowhere in the advertisement where I found the coupon was that indicated. If you get an oil change you get a free car wash code to use but it has to be used within 10 days of your oil change. If you would like to use a coupon you find in one of the local papers be sure to print it out or else they will not honor it. Three strikes youre out I will not be going then again even though its literally less than a mile from my house. I really wanted this business to be my go-to:(

I paid $150 for detailing and got a vacuum and wash. The car was not buffed, I could feel the grit on the surface when I got home. Whoever wiped off the dash left a big square of dust right in front of the steering wheel. I was told that there was tar on the hood which several products failed to remove. I scraped it off with my fingernail.. Oh between the dead bugs. Never again.

Good exterior wash, okay interior services. Good vacuum and mat cleaning but windows and dash could be more thoroughly done. Lots of streaks and cloudy spots still left on the front windshield.

Very poor customer service. My son took his car in and was told he needed a $150 transmission flush. When he got home, I told him I just had that done in July. The technician did not show him the fluid, obviously because it was fine. We both returned the next day to demand a refund and Jonathan told us it would be done that day. After a few days of no refund, we returned and Jonathan faked running the credit card again. After another week, my son returned and was told the refund was processed. I then went in with him on the same day and was told we should have known we didnt need the service and he would have to call corporate if we insisted on a refund. Every time we conversed with Jonathan, the general manager, he was rude and dismissive and outright lied several times. We were regular customers for many years, but will not return and are sharing our story with friends and neighbors.My son resorted to disputing the charge through his credit card and is waiting for resolution.

Great experience at this business. Came in and purchased a mini detail (this takes about 30 mins) and was so pleased to find a comfortable sofa with free wireless and coffee waiting for me when I entered the waiting area. Even a little childrens area for my child to entertain herself. Jonathan went out of his way to accommodate me and make sure my car was squeaky clean. They did a beautiful job!

I work across the street, at Hidden Kitchen and they came right over and picked up my truck and dropped it off when it was done. They did a great job and have great prices! Im definitely going to be a regular here. Thanks guys!

They accidentally charged me for a full detail for over $200 on the spot I told him I only wanted to wash and vacuum so they credited me and my credit card. My statement came in and there was no credit just to charge. I called and they said that it was their mistake and they were going to credit me. Next statement no credit. Finally disputed it with my credit card company and got my money back. Now they re-charged my Credit card. I don’t know if they are just disorganized or dishonest but either way I would never go back!

Old and dirty, didnt do a good job cleaning my car, they stripped the paint off my antenna when attempting to remove it

Do not take vehicle here under any circumstance - manager will fraudulently tell you something is wrong with vehicle, not do the work he states he is doing. Then overcharge more than 600%. This business should be reported for fraud. Please stay away. Not the type of business that belongs in any community.

I was a REGULAR at this car wash. Usually both cars got a wash every seven days or so. I even had been getting oil changes from them. This was the case for a few years. One day I asked the attendant a question about a problem that I had with the Credit Kiosk. I realize it was a hot day and this attendant was not in a very good mood, his response to my inquiry was not appropriate and not very good use of language. I felt insulted and abused, yet I only asked a simple question. I understood it was hot and the attendant was in a very bad mood, but I only asked a question. I spoke to the acting manager and she was more composed but did not really seem to care. I never went back and I travel a bit further now, but I found another wash that I have been using since and that place has has done right by me.

Terrible detail...just about git a car wash for 159.00. Supposed to get a refund..havent seen that yet. Lied to several times.. dont waste your money or tim . Going to get police involved... basically took my money and did nothing!!!

Truck was clean but covered in soap when wash was over. Spent $17 on the wash and then I spent another $5 at hardware store across the street to mop up all the suds left on truck. Also sounded like the brush on the passenger side was gonna come through the side of my suv. First and last wash here.

Took my car through the was after paying for one of the highest prices washes they “cleaned” the inside. After getting down the road I still had a thick layer of dust that was untouched on my dash. Had to turn around where they just wiped it. Never will go back all the manager did was give me a free basic wash which I threw out. Stay away from this place

My windows were a mess! All of them had dirty streaks...outside of car was nice.

Ruined my 2002 Subaru Impreza by putting the wrong oil in it, snapped a rod a week later. More recently I went in for an oil change, but they filled my transmission with oil instead. And boy did it leak... Theres an oil line from the business to my garage at home...

Unrealible service. Did not perform oil change twice. Have pictures proof. Promised to reimburse for all and rectify fell short of holding the promise. Rating would be negative if allowed.

Long wait for the car wash- about 20 minutes. It was a Saturday, so I wasnt super surprised, but it was still twice as long as it could have been if this place was even remotely efficient. Outside credit card machine was broken so the guy had to walk my (and everyone elses) card around the building to pay.. When he comes back, it wasnt what I ordered (he forgot the interior windows/vacuum- which is kinda the main reason I was there). Ive already waited so long that I just took the basic wash he charged me for.. Inside the car wash, some random hose was hanging down from the ceiling and dragged over the length of my car. Lastly, no one around to dry the car after, so I just left... Their service has been pretty poor in the past, but its been a few months, so I figured Id give them another try.. theyre worse than ever.. lesson learned... Wont be going back...

Went to squeaky clean at 9:30am to have my tires changed after waiting three hours they told me they could not change my tires. They wanted to charge me 187.00 dollars and come back tomorrow and follow a employee someplace else to do the job! After waiting hours and not having the job done,they charged me full price for my oil change and dident have the change in the register 7 dollars to pay me back. This place sucks! I also took notice of many unsatisfied customers.VERY SHADY BUSINESS!

Very disappointed that after this place overfilled all my fluids they would not pay for the transmission damage they caused. Extremely poor quality of work and customer care. It is not a coincidence that the damage happened before I left your parking lot. I also give the company more than enough notice of my intentions and they went back on there verbal agreement to make things right. It is no wonder this company has such a low rating. Not trying to bash this place but when do people start doing the right thing....

I posted a negative review earlier. They may have changed ownership or management- in any case, service has been great since, fast and friendly.Ive had done two details of my car and several of oil changes. They done a number of courtesies for free.

Although the employees are very nice and did a nice job on my vehicle, the owner is not. I had a free car wash and was unaware I had to go inside the building first, before I could receive it. He had a very arrogant attitude and was extremely poor in customer service. He could learn a few things from his employees who have great attitudes, give great customer service and work very hard for their money.

Unfortunately no attention to details while a car wash. I’ve ordered the most expensive car wash and gave 5 bucks as a tip before wash!, but they didn’t even vacuum a trunk from the sand at all. I’ve had to point on that when they finished. Also, bad vacuuming inside a car and a stains on the windows. I’ve had to take windex and finish the work after them. But they have a nice waiting room...Not a good deal for $35 car wash.If you go there - order the cheapest, it’s automatic.

The oil change side is clean and quick. Even with several cars in the garage they were able to take care of me within half an hour. Coffee available in the waiting room.

Horrible place... I walk in and the gentleman at the counter was trying to hustle me to pay 10 dollars more on a service that’s price was displayed on the outside of the building. They put my truck through the wash and it got stuck. I will never return, I paid 85 dollars for a horrible experienc. I hope my truck isn’t damaged from them.

Theyre really nice here and they dont try to force upsells on you. Most important they do great work, (remember to tip)

Went to get routine tire rotation on a ‘14 CRV techs cross threaded multiple lugs on the posts securing the tires to the car. After being rude, and brash and insisting it was Honda’s fault, they offered a half hearted solution. I could at my cost purchase parts and they would put them on free of charge. They redid five posts and placed all new Honda OEM lugs. I haven’t had work on the car since, recently had a flat and two new issues of cross threading with the posts shearing off. The buck stops here. You do sloppy work, you obviously don’t care about customer satisfaction, and your ownership of your issues is garbage. Do not get tire work done here. Car owners beware.

Worst run car wash I have ever seen. No one available to dry the car when it exits the car wash. You then need to pull your car into a detailing bay where the single worker was detailing someone else’s car. After waiting for several minutes, I got out of my car, found some towels, and dried the car myself. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Got to get their act together here. Wash left a lot of soap on my truck, then i had to hose it off myself. Sometimes on a nice day they close the car wash lanes because they cant keep up.

Sucky place with crappy drive through wash. They raised the price of each wash $6 for the winter, had a guy quickly wash my car with a wand, only half of the spinning cleaning things worked, the high pressure jets werent working, and my car is still dirty...for $17! screw this place and its rundown bad business practices.

Hey I work here... What can I say... We were given sinking ship... Complete 180 from the day I started. We offer many services and the #1 goal is customer satisfaction. Rebuilt wash system as of November many updated components... Expect nothing less than top services. I couldnt give 5 stars because I know no matter how good there is always room for improvement.Edit I no longer work here.... the owner had this coke sniffing guy with a southern accent come in amd try to revamp the location... after I fixed the drive up tellers for the car wash that would have cost them $1000s to replace or have a tech come look at... after I fix the wash and water reclaim system... after I spend night researching the logic controls and pnumat ji c systems in order to repair the entire thing at a promise of becoming manager... the owner highers this guy named Tom... who sits in the office sniffing coke off the desk then he brings in this other guy who was given my position at this point others started quitting, by time I quit they were often doing doughnuts in the owners sons car in the back lot or speeding around in customers cars for fun. I didnt want to be around when the business went under also the pay was far from fair...

It was terrible there using scrub brushes to do the side of the car which is filled with dirt. $17.00 Not even sure if it is the same wash as the $9.00 wash,extra for towel dry which I would not do those rags are pretty dirty to. Ive been to Wallingford Branford North branford New haven. Branford on the hill is the best. New Haven in on route 80 is pretty good Wallingford on Route 5 is third. Never again.

Been there are few times. Most of the employees are very nice except for two times I can remember.Once the carwash manager? was yelling racial derogatory remarks to the hispanic towel dryers, telling them andele arriba better work faster or you no get paid then, tipped them and the guy put the money right in his pocket instead of the tip box.... i kind of saw that coming.The other time my girlfriend went for an oil change. They said she needed oil change, air filter, transmission fluid, tire rotation. A week later the rear tire was wobbling i look and 4 of the bolts were a quarter of the way on and one was completely gone. Then, four months after went to get another oil change at another place and the guy showed me the air filter they used, which wasnt made for my car and looked to have been cut out from a larger filter.I did call them and spoke to someone who said to just bring the filter by and they will replace it no charge.Im more upset about the loose tire since my girl friend does a lot of highway driving and has two small children she drives around, the air filter was the icing on the cake though. I will never go to this place again.

I haven’t been to this place in years. Today I remembered why. $35 for a car wash and mats cleaned, took over 30 minutes (I was the only person there) and the mats and car weren’t very clean. No idea how they stay open.
