They attempted to overcharge me. Would not suggest have had nothing but problems. No honesty at all go somewhere else.

Called AAA for a tow when myCar would not start. An RJ Shore trick was dispatched. Brandon was super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond attempting to try and get my car started. He even crawled under the front end to see if he could see what was going on. When it wouldn’t start, (no faultOf his own) he proceeded to get it on the flatbed and had no issue with the change in towing location.

I called for a tow for a flat tire at 2:30 in the morning. They came to pick up my car at 5. Every time I called they said they were 10 minutes away. This took 2 hours. It was supposed to take a half hour.

Weve lived in North Branford for 4 years and I cant believe it took us all that time to find Shore Automotive II. Wish we have found them sooner but hey, better late than never. They have serviced all our vehicles including our RV and have been nothing short of amazing! Before we found Shore we were going to the dealerships which is an experience in frustration and akin to getting held up at gunpoint so Shore has been a Godsend. I had my car towed there and so upset was gonna cost and arm and leg(which i cant afford). Todd was very understanding and kind. Got work done quick as possable @ a great price. Def found my mechanic .

I get my emissions done here and it never seems like you’re bothering them or hassling them. Some emissions test stations in town seem they don’t wanna be bothered. Great people and very friendly. Never any issues!!
