I woke up this morning to a broken garage door spring and couldnt get the door to open. I had to get to work, so I called Callahan a half hour before they open (according to Google). A gentleman answers and says they can have someone to my house that SAME DAY. He offers to let me leave a side door open so I do not have to be home and agrees to call later to obtain credit card information. He talks me through process of opening and closing the door so as not to damage anything. Later, I made payment by telephone. I saw some reviews claiming their charges are high or excessive. I checked the average cost for the repair on Home Advisor and they were 20% BELOW average. I cannot recommend them enough - THANK YOU!
