Great service great personalities excellent follow-up highly recommend them great quality product as well on top of great service makes for a win situation.

Today June 3, 2021 my technician Nick arrived early, quickly diagnosed a broken spring and installed and replaced in a highly professional manner.He also installed a new remote numeric entry pad because the old one was 20 years old and had some technical difficulties in the past years. I was very impressed with this service. I have been a long standing customer of this Wayne Dalton center on Greensburg Road near the Akron Canton airport. I would happily refer others who need this quality workmanship.

Wow Nick was very Nice, Professional and QUICK service. Called for appointment to have a keypad installed and they came out the very next Monday! He called ahead and arrived right on time. Was completed in just a few minutes. He showed me how the keypad worked and how to to change the code. He even demonstrated how to open and close the garage door if the power ever goes out. He also made some adjustments to the door that he noticed it needed without me even asking. Thank you for making this such an easy process!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment to get my garage door repaired. The service technician (Nick) called me ahead of the appointment to confirm his arrival time. The door (spring & cables) were replaced and the work was done in a timely manner. Nick also noticed my other garage door had a broken bracket (which he fixed). This no doubt saved me another service call in the future. Nick did a great job explaining how to best maintain the doors, etc.

After 7 long months my very first new house is done. During the final walk through we found some dents in the bottom panel of our garage door. No idea how they got there, but where told it would be fixed. But we had to the call the company ourselves to set up a time for them to come out. Because we had the keys not the builder. Talked to Doug he set up a time around my work schedule not theirs. You dont find that with many companies these days. A very professional technician named Eric was waiting for me in my driveway. We both looked over the new panel before he put it on. I was there the whole time asking questions (I do that with everthing in my life). He never gave me the oh your just a woman look. I get a lot from people when I want to know whats going on. After he was finished putting the panel on he also showed me how to do the simple maintenance on my garage door. Would highly recommend this company and will always ask for Eric if the door ever has a problem. Great to have someone who knows what they are doing and being respectful all at the same time.

When I called for repair on my Wayne Dalton garage door Steve answered the phone. Steve gave me very clear instructions on what I should look for and where identification tags would be. It is rare that I find someone who is not only competent at their job, but also is meticulous about their work and takes pride in their work. Nick came to replace the springs on my residential garage door today and not only fixed it, but clearly explained and demonstrated how the original door installers used the wrong springs. It had always been hard to lift, but I just thought it was the door - not the wrong springs. He also pointed out that my builder put in 7 foot door opener on an 8 foot door and that it didnt open all the way. When the time comes, I wont hesitate to call NationServe to replace the opener... and I will ask for Nick. Very happy with my fixed door!

The spring on our garage door broke over the weekend when no one was open to hire for the repair. I left messages with three companies an NationServe was the first to call back and also turned out to be the lowest price. We just purchased a brand new home with a garage the door and opener that was installed by this company. Within the first few days we realize there was a problem the door would not open and close properly. It would get stuck in both positions. They did send a tech out pretty quickly he worked on it for about an hour. He told us that the opening mechanism that drives the chain would have to be replaced and I should receive a call by the end of the day to schedule a time. I never received a call. So the next day I called them I was told there was no report on my incident yet. The guy on the phone told me they would call me back tomorrow and that was Friday the 28th. Never got a call back Friday. Finally when they scheduled a time to come it was supposed to be a little after 7 am. No one showed up didnt receive a phone call nothing. I had to call them and they said yeah sorry we couldnt come out. The guy asked me to reschedule. That brings us to September 8th my appointment was first thing in the morning I made it far enough out. I was told the schedule was clear. Im was thinking finally the house we spend all this money on we can finally use the garage properly. I get up at 7am sit around for a little bit no ones here yet. I called them again they say oh sorry were not going to make it AGAIN its going to be later in the afternoon for us to get out. It has been just under two weeks since we started trying to get this door fixed. It just seems like to me that they dont want to do warranty work. Theyre the company that installed it and now I have to fight with them to get them to come out and fix it. its completely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.

The only reason I gave it 5 stars was because of the technician Nick, He was great. As far as the service from Doug, the operations supervisor, they don’t have a star below 1. Since June 6, when we placed the order, it’s been nothing but lies from Doug.Half the time he wouldn’t return our calls, and then he gave us a different lie and story for the delay. We waited till July 21 to get our opener, then it was the wrong one. Nick installed it and said he would be back soon to swap it out. It is now August 14, and after many calls to Doug and many story changes and lies, My wife had a face to face with him 3 days ago. She told him we disputed the charge on our credit card and they were taking the money back from them. Yesterday we got a call from Doug. Miraculously they had our correct opener and today it was installed. It only took 10 weeks from June 6. Nick came out both times, was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew what he was doing. If they had a star for 10 he would get that for sure. He is definitely an asset for NATIONSERVE.

I called Thursday morning, Nick came out Friday afternoon. Knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it and made functional adjustments to the door as well. He was quick, efficient and personable.

Ken came out at the end of his day to check the broken 18 year old Wayne-Dalton opener and scheduled replacement the very next day on a cold New Years Eve. Six weeks later, the door wouldnt open and it was determined that the spring was broken. Replacement was scheduled in 2 days, with Nick. He was very experienced and kindly answered all my questions . Nick from Nationserve was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job of making my garage door open and close without the noise. Nick did this by tightening components of the garage door and lubricating it. He was very knowledgeable. I also appreciated that he took the time to rehang my garage opener wires to make it look much more neat and professional. I highly recommend Nick!

Garage Door wouldnt close properly, even when I fiddled with the photo-eye sensors. Technician came out and completely tuned up the door and showed me tips on maintaining the sensors. The door works like new now. Great job and didnt cost more than a normal service call.

Nick did a great job! Not only did he fix the issue that I called about, but he also did an overall tuneup of my door. I called, they came when they said they would, had the part I needed and double checked everything before he left. Job well done.

It’s been four weeks since the door was put in and Doug doesn’t know where or when the wall mount is. I have called him 2-3 times a week, he has never called me back to let me know, when I will receive it. A month after the garage door was installed, the rod fell on one side, and the pulley fell on a screw which caused the garage door not to open or close. They’ve come to my house three times so far and I still don’t have my wall mount. They will be making four trips to my house, just to finish one job, that still isn’t done. I know good help is hard to fine, but this guys terrible. I’ve been more than patient enough, I know good help is hard to find, but picking up the phone to communicate with your customers can’t be that hard Doug.

Kudos to Nick. He stopped by today and made adjustments to our garage doors, which in turn eliminated the rattling and shaking problems we were experiencing...... He also made some adjustments to the unit since both remotes were not working adequately. Nick provided great service! We would recommend NationServe and Nick without question.

Great company. Another company came out here first. Told me the circuit board for my 15-year old Wayne Dalton garage door was no longer being manufactured and the only option I had was to replace the whole system to the tune of $500. So glad I found review for NationServe online and decided to give them a call. Of course, they had the part readily available, came to my house and fixed the issue in about 10-15 minutes. The tech was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Made sure to examine the whole system and provided some helpful info. Cant say enough good things about NationServe.

NationServe was the only local place that could get me a new torsion spring for my garage door. Even the place I bought the door from wouldnt help me. NationServe is open early so I can stop there on my way to work and they have staff on duty that can quickly help you get what you need when you want it.I will recommend them to anyone.

Terrible company, wrote them email with valid complaint and no response. Over priced and half work completed. I get home from work and find the part of the garage door was not even bolted together so the hinges almost snapped. The arm was not secured properly to wall/ceiling. Treated my wife disrespectfully because knew she was home alone and I was at work. Terrible and I will post pictures soon.
