Adam was awesome! He took the time to really listen to my concerns after my vehicle was involved in an accident. Even went out of his way to try and find me a rental car when everyone was booked. AND stayed after hours to make sure someone was there when my car was towed to the shop. One thing I really appreciated was that he kept me updated throughout the whole process. I just got my car back from the shop and I am just so happy and thrilled. I have a brand new car and some guy hit me in the back, and I was just so devastated. Of course I had insurance and my insurance recommended me to take my car to this shop. They had the car for about a good five business days which was not bad and I was informed before hand they needed the car for a few days. When I picked up my car I was so happy. Let’s begin with the call that my car was ready. It was almost 5 and Adam said your car is ready, we close at 5:30. I told him I would try to be there by 5:30 and he said that he would wait until I got there. First of all not many shops would do that and I appreciate him doing that for me. Next I get to the place at my car looks brand new from the dealer, not how I turned it in (it was kind of dirty). Not only did he fix all the damages they cleaned and detailed my car. And I had a couple scratches in the front (not from accident) and when I got my car back the scratches were painted over with the exact color of the car. I was beyond happy and thankful because he did not have to do that, that was not part of the job. My car smelled amazing inside and look so fresh and clean. You couldn’t even tell that my car was in a car accident. Thank you guys so much for everything. And on top of that my grandmother took me to go get my car and she got a quote herself for a dent and scratches she had in her own car and he gave her an estimate in 5 minutes. Mind you it was past 5:30 and he was still in a great mood and not kicking us out to go home. I definitely would recommend everyone to take their car to this shop. Everyone is nice and I got treated very well, thank you guys so much.

I was recently in an accident and took my vehicle (Chevy Cruze) to Adam because after the accident my breaks locked up. Because the insurance company did not want to pay for the breaks adam worked with my insurance company for what they were willing to pay for and then worked with me to find an inexpensive way to repair my vehicle to make is safe and driveable. My car was back to me In a day however after replacing the rotors that were badly worn and cleaning my calipers my breaks did lock up again I got my vehicle back to Adams and he replaced the calipers (again just one day) for me after all of this I spent no more than what the insurance company gave me from the accident. I could not recommend this business more Adam is wonderful to work with and he genuinely cares about you and your vehicle. And as an added bonus Adam and his team cleaned my messy car (BRAVE!). Thank you so much and I look forward to working with this team in the future.

Great Experience. This is the place to take your car for body work. I was referred her from my mechanic. I wouldnt go anywhere else.In my case I had an insurance claim. I took my car there and it took about fifteen minutes of looking at my car, I received a call about an hour later everything was set up, including a rental car, and ready to go.I met Adam when I dropped my car off for the work. Adam is smooth, professional, and real easy to work with. Couldnt have been better.When I picked my car up, the work was perfect. The car looked better than the day I bought it five years ago. My wife thought I bought a new car.This is a great place. Wherever you are, they make this very convenient. I dropped my car off, a lyft picked me up and took me to the rental car place....when the car was ready I just dropped my rental car at Adams and drove off.No problems. Highly recommend this place for body work. If it seems a little out of the way, go there. The service was worth it.

Edit: January 2020 - Im back after 7 months or so. My car got smacked by a bus while it was parked on the street, so I went back to Adams. They helped me with the rental, both getting picked up and I was able to drop it off at their store. Amazing service and quality as always.I figured my last review stood to speak to their commitment, but I had to come back and edit this one after trying to pump gas the other night. I went to go pop the gas cap off, and had some difficulty. I pressed it, and it didnt pop off. Pressed it again, and noticed some soapy bubbles coming out. It came out with a little jiggle, but it was because, get this, THEY CLEANED UNDER THE GAP CAP! Like who even thinks of that?! The attention to detail is bordering on the absurd. They are the only mechanic Im ever using, these guys blow me away. I just wish I could leave them a second 5 star review.Alright, original review below._______________When I needed to get some collision repair done, I asked a friend who knows cars and they recommended this new shop in North Chicago, Adams Auto Body Shop. Seemed like a hike from Evanston (almost an hour), but after getting my car back the other day, it was well worth the trip.You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work, whether through their attention to detail, or the sky-high bar that they set with regards to customer service. When I came in to pick it up, I was immediately greeted by Adam, the incredibly friendly owner. He walked me through everything they were fixed, and kept it exactly to the quote I got at the beginning! I cant tell you how many times other shops have burned me with surprise charges over the years.After talking over the work and billing with me, Adam even walked me around the floor as a sort of quick tour. I saw a huge floor space, clean facilities, using what looked like the highest-tech machines Ive seen in an auto shop. Not a single employee was standing around, everyone was diligently working the entire time I was there. That helps explain the quick turn around time. They even had loaner cars if I needed one.I swear the car came back to me cleaner than the day I took it home new from the dealership, and they even threw on some complimentary wiper blades for me (I was definitely guilty of neglecting those through this rough winter). They dusted the heat/ac vents, like who thinks of that?! Thats what I mean by taking pride in their work!Its these kind of above-and-beyond steps, their dedication to customer satisfaction, and the hardworking staff that will allow me to easily recommend this shop to anybody who asks.
