Dont believe the high star ratings. Clearly not made by real experience.Everything negative thats been said is accurate. Call the number on multiple occasions to see if anyone would pick up the phone. Not once did someone pick up. Called once in the morning at 1100 again at 1300 and at 1530 nothing. Just ring and ring to a voice-mail.Currently have a coworker who utilized their services and had to contact the mechanic via their cellphone since they refuse to answer the phone. Their car has been in their procession for going on now 2 weeks. All over a fried computer now all of a sudden everything else is going wrong with their vehicle and its going to be another couple of days until theyre able to get their vehicle.Even if youre desperate DO NOT UTILIZE THIS SHOP.I repeat DO NOT COME HERE. Youll probably have better luck with watching YouTube videos and DIY.

I went to get my AC compressor replaced at this shop because it seized while I was on base and it was the closest mechanic I could find. I dropped it off for about a week and when I came to pick it up I noticed a loud squeel when I turned on my air. They told me it was a belt that wasnt in stock anywhere. But they said if I buy the belt and bring it in they will put it on no charge. So I thought cool i have air i just need to put a belt on my car to fix the noise. Oh and when I picked it up my window was left open overnight and my seats were soaked.. Fast fwd a couple months and I bought a new belt and brought it to the shop. They looked at my car and said it wasnt my belt that was messed up it was my compressor. So I said well your shop let me leave with a messed up compressor. And they basically told me that since that mechanic no longer worked there they couldnt do anything for me. Mind you I paid $850 the first time to leave with the same issue I had before. I asked the man for a refund and he said no. He said he would fix it for $120. I was not having that. If your shop messed up my car in the first place Im not paying for you to fix it. So he did he put a new compressor in it and called me to pick it up. When I got there my ac was blowing hot so I go back about 4 days later and drop off my car AGAIN to have another compressor put in. I pick it up and it was working. I drove it for maybe a week just for it to start blowing hot again. So at this point Im just ready to get it done by somebody that knows what theyre doing. I took it into another mechanic and he says your compressor is leaking and we need to look into it more to figure out why it keeps failing. So now I am paying over $200 just for a diagnosis and potentially labor all over again to get my car fixed right. I have no good things to say about this company. I am disappointed beyond belief that they are still operating. Please save yourself and dont go here.
