Omg! Go to Lowes on East Craig Rd and buy yourself a succulent! Any succulent! They have cute little ones inside, and bigger ones outside. I got one of the big cactus plants that my husband is looking at in the picture Im posting, but I want MORE! We are both impressed at their variety and how beautiful everything is set up. I just want to go back there and give them more money, lol! The employees are really nice, too.

I have a few great things to say about my first visit to this particular Lowes.My brother and I were on a witch hunt for parts to fabricate a way to adhere a special main drive sprocket to a nicer sportier rim.And there was this young guy I hate that Im bad with names whos more than happy to help us find our screws and everything else we needed and my brother forgot he is wallet so we were allowed to do a over the phone purchase using my wifes credit card. So we didnt have to run all the way home and get the wallet and come back and the lady at the checkout (Im bad with names) Ill call her the Ink-stress. Just very caring very helpful and made you feel welcome I will be going back

I found what I needed in a mater of minutes! I like the cleanliness and organization of the store. I normally find better service at Lowes as compared to other hardware stores locally.

Normally, I am a big supporter of buying made in USA products. So in October 2020, we purchased a Maytag dishwasher at Lowes. This was an expensive purchase of about $1139. In 8 months the dishwasher has broken down twice. The latest breakdown is because of a broken pump. The technician said the parts are made in China. So much for the made in USA label on the Dishwasher. Also, there is a label on the door that says 10 year warranty. This is misleading because the 10 year warranty is limited for certain parts. We had to purchase a 3 year warranty to insure the Dishwasher was covered. It is good that we got the extended warranty because this Dishwasher is a lemon.

Marcus in the garden center went the extra mile and saved me time. Marcus listened to what i was looking for (mission cooling visor) searched lowes entire city inventory and came back with results.I had called 3 other lowes each call took about 7 mins to get to a no, MARCUS gave me on umbrella no in 5 mins.Thank you Marcus, be like Marcus.If I ever see Marcus in the store, i’m going call him Extra Mile Marcus!

So if your looking to get help with the people in this place..your probably better off looking for yourself...Several of the people in there are rude and no personality as well as customer support skills are terrible.. when you ask one of them for something or do they have ? All they say was no, no, no..nothing else..I would not recommend this place for good customer service

Wanted to buy can of paint and get it mixed. No one came to help, finally asked a worker if they could call someone. They called them on the intercom and they didnt seem to be in any rush coming to assist us.

Came here for lamp fixtures, toilet parts, and browsing at indoor plants. Hopefully what we bought does the trick. Vibe was peaceful. No problems yet.

It doesnt matter the time of day, there is never anyone at the paint desk. Customer service has to call at least twice each visit to get someone to mix paint. Double check your order carefully. I ordered five gallons of the same color in satin. Got the paint home and the first gallon opened was still the base--it had not been tinted. Painted up my walls with the remaining four, and once it dried I noticed one and a half walls were dull compared with everything else. Looked at the paint cans a little closer, and one gallon was mixed as eggshell. Consider going to Home Depot up the road for paint, or at least another Lowes.

I prefer bathrooms that someone cleaned w/in the last 24 hours. and i dont want a loud & disruptive survellance station interrupting my shopping, conversation & privacy rights all at the same time

Clean store and staff friendly...well stocked

First I have went to several Lowes to purchase or rent a carpet cleaner. Most were sold out of the carpet cleaners with hoses or all rentals were out. Finally get to this one and get a carpet cleaner. I ask about extending if I need to and no one has an answer. I notice once it is loaded and I am home. They did not include the hose. I call and I am told I can come back to grab one. Get all the way there after fighting traffic to be told they are OUT! I have been to this location three times all horrible experiences.

I went in to buy countertops... First I called down there and asked for a certain person unfortunately she left for the day so I asked if anyone else was available they said yes (tyson) hes on his break but will be back at 6:15 until 8:00 when he leaves for the day. Went down there at 6:15 waited til 6:30 nobody asked if I wanted help, went and found someone asked for help the person said yes helping another customer be right with you..... Waiting waiting waiting 7:30 comes around and Im done waiting so I left the guy didnt even say a word to me when I left and looked right at me. A waste of my time wow. Lowes you need to hire more people this was not the first time.....

I just met a young man in the lumber department named Kenneth he looked to be about 20 maybe 25 years old. What an exceptional and polite young man.He was so concerned to make sure that I received the correct concrete and that my bags were not ripped. He offered to carry them to the car for me because he asked who was helping me get them in my car?I am definitely not a weakling and I think he wanted to be helpful and make sure I was okay. I offered to purchase him a beverage and he said he was fine and thank me.I gave him a couple bucks for a tip and he couldnt have been kinder and more appreciative.I hope its gets back to his superiors. At a time when our world sees everybody snapping and everybody else. It was a pleasure to spend 5 minutes with Kenneth. 💯💯👍💓

Lowes was a very nice store. When we discovered that they didnt have the item we wanted in the store, they helped us to order the item online. They have military discounts so if youre in the military or have been in the military be sure to request it.

Huge Lowes store had everything that I couldnt find in my local Home Depot. Store was really well lit, organized, and clean. Employees all had masks and were helpful. This is the best hardware/home store Ive been to in Vegas.

Friendly helpful employees like Myron, Tyson and Aiden. Store is clean, well organized and staff are willing to help even if it is not their department. Three staff helped me get an area rug off of the rug table. It was no easy task. Thank you Lowes.

The service is bad..I have a hibiscus plant died before one year .The return policy is for one year but they told me is good for one month .They never return my money back.

I asked for help with a shower bottom basin, and the two employees said the would call for someone to help me. No one showed up. I also wanted a flat cart to put my merchandise on, but the store was using about 10-12 to store plants, bbq items, folding chairs ect... I tried to check out, one cashier was rude, I asked 2 other cashiers to help me, but the both said their registers were broken. Finally I asked another cashier who did ring me up. Very long day for a simple purchase.:(

The best service I have received ever at any Lowes in the Las Vegas Valley. I went to pick up some garden urns planters, and potting soil. Sherry at the store went above and beyond to help me find the correct planters and the gardening department girls helped me to get the right soil. Everybody was so nice and made sure that I could get everything in my car. I really appreciate their kindness it is a refreshing change in a busy world where people seem do not care enough about each other. Kudos to Lowes on Craig in Las Vegas!!!

Employees are very friendly and its a military friendly community. Always great to see veterans proudly displaying their military affiliation. For some odd reason anytime my wife gets the urge to start a new project that material is out. Today I went for 2X3X8 wood and it was mostly gone. Maybe shes on fb watching other peoples ideas or maybe WWE are sheep. Who knows. Either way Lowes got ya covered on most things. They even have those tape measures with the line breakdown to help her out so Im not the one always telling her what each tally mark is.

Make sure the price scanned is the same as displayed. The item I bought was $10 over.

I was buying a washer and dryer, helped me out even though it wasn’t his “area” called 3-4 different locations to find a washer for me. He’s amazing to say the least. Got the dryer loaded up for me and all! He did everything besides deliver it to my home! I said I’d NEVER step foot into a Lowe’s again due to poor customer service and lack of employees but I will be going to E. Craig more than Home Depot now, Home Depot is way closer for me but I’ll go the extra miles to shop there! Give that guy a management position and or a raise!!!!

Lowes is a fine place to go for more decorative home repair items. But it you need hardware I prefere other stores.

Great service at this Lowes! Good selection of different items at great prices. Now this is the go to place for Craftsman tools since Sears is kind of dying.

My dishwasher crapped out and we needed a quieter one than that one since we have a great room. Hard to watch TV and listen to a noisy dishwasher. Id never heard about the Bosch brand but the salesperson said it was their best seller. Kind of slow getting an installation. They contract it out. It took a week for the new unit to come in and another week waiting for the installer to get around to us. Kind of unacceptable to me. BUT, the installation when it occurred went smoothly. The guy was on-time, nice and courteous, took away the old unit (for a price of course), and explained how the new one worked. No damage to the cabinets or tile floor. He even allowed me to mop in the space when he pulled the old unit out.

Like, Home Depot, you have to go on a hunt to find an employee to help you if you are having a hard time finding something. However, today, my trip was much easier to complete. Guy was around the corner from where I was; looked up the item I needed, found it! Successful find, successful checkout!

Lowes has made alot of changes to the store and now you cant find anything, ugh. Since the covid 19 outbreak you cant get anyone to help you is you have questions. Makes me sad, guess I will have to go to home depot now.

Very much reduced selection from what they used to have in the past. I was looking for a specific self-tapping screw and found that there was not the assortment that I needed. I had to compromise and choose something lesser than I that I wanted. Unfortunately, Im not sure if its idling work as a replacement. But since there was not a Home Depot in the vicinity. This was the choice I have.

Associates arent concerned with needs of customers. Between personal phone conversations and standing around talking amongst themselves, you basically are on your own. This was the worst case Ive had to deal with. Location to avoid is at Craig and Lossee.

We typically go to this Lowes because it is the closest in proximity to our home. Unfortunately, we rarely receive any service while in the store. We are never asked if we need help and often have a difficult time finding an associate if we do need help. At one point, my husband and I were walking around the tools section trying to find something and going in circles and circles and circles. The associate in that section didnt lift his head once to check on us. We ended up making a game of how many times we could walk past him before he would ask if we needed assistance. Really wish this store would put more priority into interacting with customers that visit the store. On a positive note, those working the cash registers have always been friendly.

ZERO STARS....DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOWES THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I ordered a custom vanity top at this Lowes on East Craig back in February. It is now May (3 months later) and they have still not installed it and keep giving me the run around though I paid over $2,000 dollars. They are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and have no clue as to what they are doing. I will never shop at Lowes again. Going to HOME DEPOT where I shouldve went the first time. I have NO DOUBT they wont respond to this review cause they couldnt care less. Now I know why they are never as busy as Home Depot. Lesson learned.I FORGOT TO ADD that I also bought a dishwasher there a few weeks before the vanity top, and they took forever to deliver it and install it. When they did finally bring it it was BROKE!! So I had to wait ANOTHER 2 WEEKS for another one. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!UPDATE: A CEO from Lowes in their corporate offices did respond after I filed a complaint with the BBB. He was nice and they did refund my money. (Hallelujah) They incorrectly took my measurements so the vanity top they made was too large and so could not be installed. Wow! So I am happy they refunded my money yet I will never use them again especially to install anything.

I Came in to buy moving boxes. Because of a disability I requested assistance. The boxes I ended up with were twice as much as the ones I bought before. Theyre heavy duty instead of the regular ones that I had purchased before. I didnt even know they came in heavy-duty. Now Im going to have to bring the majority of them back. I can use a few of the smaller ones four heavy stuff out of the kitchen but the larger ones will only be for for light items. I did not need heavy-duty. I guess the gentleman that assisted me didnt know the difference and only paid attention to the size .

I came up here ready to purchase all of our patio furniture, but employees were too busy having conversations with each other, laughing and giggling, to assist in any way.
