This place wasted my time. Manager Cody spent a lot of time and energy trying to get me to not use my promotional offer. He was like a used car salesman on why I shouldn’t use this certificate to save $. He said he couldn’t produce the paint used in my house which had just been built by Richmond American. I found out this wasn’t true, and that as a manager he should’ve just referred me to the store off Russell, which keeps new builds paint codes on file.I decided to purchase a quart of a different color paint for my daughters nursery. Cody and another manager, Germain took approximately 45 minutes to figure out how to apply my promotion. By the end of the transition I was getting an attitude from Germain since he was stressed out on trying to figure out how to do his job.These guys are lame, loose the attitude, gain some common sense. I’m the customer and you inconvenience me when you can’t perform basic functions of your job.

Germaine and his wife were both very helpful, friendly, and patient. I was trying to figure out a color scheme and they went through all of the different combinations with me. They helped to find the best prices with any specials so I could get a good quality paint as opposed to some of the brands at other places that take some times up to three layers to get good coverage with horrible fumes. The paint I bought there is really good quality and has almost no fumes building up as we painted. Nice subtle color as I wanted, good quality that I didnt think existed anymore. Great experience. Wouldnt go anywhere else now.

Came in Memorial Day, and came across two AMAZING workers! Veteran Rob has been with Sherwin Williams for 25 years!! We showed up with a meat up color and he corrected it for us! Very knowledgeable and such a friendly man! His partner Marcus, is the friendliest, customer service oriented guy too! Just fell in love with these guys! I can’t thabk them enough, they are an asset to Sherwin Williams!

They were very helpful. I need paint to match and they created it from a small sample. Well go again for our paint needs.

A little bad experience in this store, the man (Germaine) who attended me looked like he did not really want to attend me, from the first moment I told him to look for another cheaper paint option he told me that he could change the information more than 1 time In the system, this is the first time they tell me that in a sherwin williams paint store, they always try to help you to take the best and cheapest option, then when I was trying to take the order I simply try to take and attend to another person when I had not even started to do my painting, that is to say that he wanted to waste my time making me wait to attend to another person, but top I told him that first I had to attend to myself and then attend to another person because I cannot waste time, only in this way he understood and began to make my order 👎🏼
