My husband and I have been shopping around for bedroom furniture. We stopped here today after looking a couple other places and fell in love. Marie was the best!!! She made us feel so welcomed and confident in our purchase. She never pressured us into anything. She was simply wonderful. I cannot wait to sleep on our new bed and redecorate our bedroom. Wifes & i first time down at Home Zone, couldn’t be anymore impressed with there wide variety of selections, from sofas, bed collection, etc…. Not to mention they’re friendly staff, which greeted us from walking upon the store and offered us a water, let us comfortably browse and what do you know, we actually found a sofa set & and went forward with purchasing. Marie greeted us with casual conversation and no pressure whatsoever. We were permitted to roam around the store try all the furniture without anyone hanging over us and you go girl. Once we were ready to get additional information Marie was immediately accessible to us and promptly answered any and all questions. Additionally she pointed out features and benefits on certain items that we were interested in that we had not noticed thank you. All in all a perfect furniture buying experience. She was very patient because we surely did run her crazy around the store for better than an hour.

As soon as I entered the door Marie was there with a warm friendly greeting. I already had in mind what furniture I wanted to look at and she directed me to both the dining room set and the bedroom set... after viewing I was ready to get down to business.. Marie quickly let me know all my options and answered all my questions. She even allowed me to take my time trying out mattresses so I could find the perfect fit.. Shes extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and definitely an asset to your company.

The staff were all very helpful and did not hover while we were looking around. The furniture is a decent equality for the price and we found just what we were looking for. Hudson, or sales Rep was very helpful and friendly.

Hadnt been to Home Zone before but Im so glad we found it because itll be our primary place to shop for furniture. We stopped by about an hour before close during a weekday and were greeted immediately by a friendly associate. The store itself is really nice with a great selection and very competitive pricing. We found a couch we liked and it was delivered a few days later, set up in less than 10 minutes, and good to go. Excellent customer service and they have a discount for veterans.

Home Zone is my furniture store of choice! I have several pieces from here and they are all high quality, well priced, and beautiful. The sales staff is wonderfully helpful and never overwhelming. Hudson took great care of me on my multiple trips into the store, and he and Freddy made sure that I got everything that I wanted at a great price. Could not be happier with my experience here!

We went to the Home Zone in North Richland Hills today to buy a TV stand for our living room. When we arrived, a friendly employee named Maria asked if we needed help. We told her what what we were looking for, and she went out of her way to find it - looking in the back, checking inventory, talking to her manager - all things that were not expected but because we had anticipated picking up the furniture today, and it appeared that they were out of stock, she went to bat for us. Maria also helped us with a clock we were interested. It had no price, and since it was the last of its kind, she talked to her manager so we could get a good price. Thank you, Maria, for going out of your way to get us the furniture we wanted. You are willing to work hard when others would just shrug and tell the customer the furniture is out of stock. We will look for Maria the next time we stop by the Home Zone in NRH.

I initially submitted an online request for an answer to a question. Omar returned my call the next business day. I ended up calling back with another question & spoke to Teresa who I ultimately ended up working with when I finally made it to the store. She greeted me upon entering the store, showed me the exact set that I inquired about and then allowed me to run the store just in case I saw something else and change my mind.
