Its nice place, prices a little bit more than big players like nebraska but the designs are differently looks nice and high quality, its a little bit no enough lighting inside the show room and the website needs more work and have to be able to order stuff from it and pick up later in the store, definitely Colony location is much better than this location.
This is Dekenia and this was my first time in North Texas Furniture. I found just what I was looking for in a matter of minutes. I went to 5 different other places and couldn’t find anything. But when I came here Cota helped me out a lot. and the pricing is very reasonable. Thank you so much for your help and my comfy sectional sofa.
Cheap, high quality furniture! Scored this sectional and ottoman/coffee table for $660 after tax. Highly recommend this place. One minor bothersome was the initial sales person, granted she was probably new but she didnt throw out a closing statement! Had to close myself. Regardless, the prices and the quality sell themselves. Thanks guys!

Great customer service and product! I emailed inquiring about the Octavia dining set on their website and received a quick response. I had seen the set in a designer catalog through another vendor, but that vendor had a no return policy for catalog orders. I explained to Karla at North Texas Furniture that it was important for me to see, touch and feel the merchandise before making an investment and she listened! Although they didn’t have the dining set in their showrooms, Karla reached out to the owner who approved a limited warrenty where I could decide upon delivery if I wanted to keep or return the items for a full refund. The delivery was two days later and the delivery gentlemen were prompt, professional and courteous. They took care assembling the table and chairs, and moved the server into place so I could make my decision. I love all the pieces! They’re sturdy as well as beautiful. Not to mention at the most competive price that I could find! These folks provided a great furniture buying experience and took the anxiety out of a catalog order. I’m looking forward to another opportunity to do business with them.
Purchased a beautiful tuft bed! Nice variety of home furnishing options at competitive prices. The bed was available for immediate pick-up and they even offered a few purchase options, including lay-away!
I was surprised by the quality and prices. The delivery guys were very curteous and made sure that the couch was plugged in And working and all components tightened. I will shop here again. My only thing that may bother other people is the girl stayed at the front and I had to keep going to get her for help with questions. I liked that no sales person followed us around but she probably should check on you from time to time. When I found what I wanted she was very helpful and nice.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. The worst customer service I’ve ever experience. Who ever is the old guy with the mid long grey hair is horrible and rude. Trash environment with horrible workers

Not worth your trip. There was a table we did like, but wouldnt never purchase from such rude people. There were two girls behind the counter. They never walked out from behind or tried to be polite and even mocked us when they thought we couldnt hear. Or, they didnt care if we did hear. The owner needs to realize hes losing business by having such a rude employees.
Boooo. Yalls service here suxs. I walked the whole store and not one person got up to help me or ask if I needed help! Whats up with that? Maybe retrain your employees to HELP and not sit on their butts behind a desk doing nothing!!!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I visited the North Richland Hills location to buy a bed and dresser about 8-9 months ago. The dresser was a display item and labeled as such meaning no refunds (understandable). But the next day we changed our mind about the bed and I made the call to cancel the order. Gypsy, who we had dealt with the day before when we purchased the items, told me at first I could not get a refund because the bed was also a display item. We were NEVER told that when the purchased the item and it was NOT on our paperwork either. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she kept referring to him and said its a private number she can not give it to me but she will contact him and call me back. Six hours later I gave up waiting and called her back. She still said that there was no way to get a refund and so then I was even more angry and said she needed to talk to whoever her manager was again because I would not pay for it. We hung up and she called me back thirty minutes later saying they could do a cancellation but it would be a $10 fee. I was so upset already but I agreed and told her we would be in tomorrow to pick up the dresser and get our refund. I asked if she would be there and if not who would be. Gypsy let me know the sales person who would be available was Amber and she promised she would email her and let her know the situation and that we would be in. She DID NOT email Amber - the next day Amber seemed clueless when I called to let them know we were on our way. I get to the shop and Amber informs me that Martin (who Gypsy kept referring to yesterday as the manager) was actually the owner and that Martin says its a $25 fee not $10. And on top of that Gypsy did not charge tax when I paid for the items so that will be deducted from my refund and the check would be later mailed. I was so over dealing with them at this point - I agreed but said I wanted it in writing. I received a new copy of my transaction with the new amount I would receive a refund for $221.78. We left the store with our dresser and I assumed that was the end of it. Oh I could not get that lucky. Later in the day Amber calls me back to inform me her manager Connie (yes confusing because it is not Martin the owner who Gypsy told me about yesterday) calculated the tax and fee and Amber must have incorrectly calculated it because she was about 35 dollars off and my refund will be even smaller than what we already agreed upon. I was FURIOUS. I told Amber I wanted to speak to Connie (the manager). Connie called me and I explained to her what happened. She stated she would speak to Martin and get back to me. She called me back and told me Martin (the owner) would now charge a $15 dollar fee. I told her I was over the back and forth of this and asked if I could speak to Martin directly. She said he would actually be in the NRH store in two days around 10am and I could call then. I did so and got the run around from Amber saying he was not there yet (I called three times that day). Overall the sales people (Amber and Gypsy) are incompetent, unprofessional, and clearly untrained. They have no idea what they are doing and they will rip you off if you let them. I NEVER received a phone call back from Connie (the manager) or Martin (the absent owner).

Completely ignored the first 15min being in here. Walked right past service desk and was not acknowledged. Furniture was ok at best. Finally got some attention and asked about a bed only to be told that it was not in stock and the sales person had no idea when it would be available again. Absolutely awful!
Love the furnitures and almost everything, bought me the living room set and dinning table i loved it 👌, the only thing i would suggest to the manager is to hire somebody or i dont know to tell their workers to help customers with their furniture when picking up or something, we didnt got help on anything and their workers were just watching how we load our furniture that was just the thing that pissed me off, and if yall are gonna pick up something better bring someone to help you a truck and your own tools cuz they wont provide you with anything just watch you how you load 👀 😑

I went to pick up furniture my girlfriend had purchased.I was alone, so I asked 2 of the young men if they could help me load the furniture (headboard, 2 box springs & frame) they looked at me like I asked to to push my car uphill in the snow. I ended up loading the truck myself.The furniture is poor quality, the staff I dealt with was unprofessional & Lazy.They will never get another dollar from me.
This is the outlet mallThe customer service is very poor and even furniture in the shops are broken or have major wear and.tear.No lights inside the shop and is totally dead.The same shop inside Irving mall is totally opposite what I mentioned before.
