Horribly managed and lines are ridiculous. Self-chexkout really messed up the flow of what used to be a quick check out process. The layout feels cramped and not well thought out. I wish there were more options available in our area but this store needs to perform some performance reviews and take valuable customer surveys to understand where they need to improve.

6 self checkout lanes and only one accepts cash.

The courtesy desk employees are the worst!!! They are rude and often close early with no consideration for convenience. I go out of my way to go to a different location for decent service. On 3 occasions, the desk has closed early. Dont waste your time. Only once, has there been an employee that greeted me like they were happy to be of service.

Usually pretty good, but went to go return something from a Kroger family store at this store. Had already looked up if it was possible and it said it was. Anyways, waited in line because the two people at the customer service members at the counter were really busy. When I got up there, Kyrie told me that they couldn’t accept any returns from any other Kroger store per management. Their reasoning was “it screws with their count” The coworker next to them chimed in once I started walking away and questioned it. That made me stop and ask both of them. I understand if you can’t, but if you have it online that you accept all Kroger family store items as returns (within 30 days of purchase date) and have other store associates think that what this person said is wrong is very concerning. I think it would be good to have every associate on the same page to ensure they know how to handle certain situations and avoid any tensions they might experience with customers bc there are two different opinions on what to do.

Lots and lots of negative comments on next door. Bagging mishaps, produce very poor, and rude clerks. I shop there once in a while not great but not as bad as the Walmart in my area. ALLstores on east side need upgrade. Love the Kroger in Euless on main.

If you like preservatives in your food, thenthis is your store. Read the labels on the food you have in your cart, you will be surprised what food companies put in the food you buy.

. The meats are bagged in big packages and old. Bought a package with 2 in it and they were as tough as a boot. Rude customer service.

Tell you 30 mins and hour later still not ready. I think snails run this pharmacy. Wont come here anymore. Always a problem

Ordered a cake online for my sons birthday 4 days ago. I received the confirmation email confirming my order and time for pick up. Called the bakery on the way to pick up, to find out the order was never made. At this point the bakery was closing, and they couldn’t make me another cake in time for the party. They were very apologetic and let me pick out a pre made cake at no charge. My advice is just to call and make sure they received the order well in advance.

Kroger is ALWAYS awesome. Its why I do most of my shopping there. Thanks, yall!

Not a great kroger by a LONGSHOT. Deli and bakery department needs to learn customer service. Not cooking any fresh chicken at 6 from one and Im not on the clock from the other. Lost sales for one and WTH you doin back there then?

Melinda gave us the most AMAZING customer service today!!!! We couldnt find an item she graciously took us to find what we needed with a kind smile & asked if we needed anything else!! My husband is a senior & I am disabled it is sometimes difficult to get around .. She made our shopping experience so much EASIER & FASTER !!! Definitely will be back!!!!

*Update* After this experience I contacted the manager the next day. They allowed me to reorder my cold items and corrected the issue. The click-list employee that corrected the issue was very customer oriented and even gave me a kroger gift card for my troubles. Good turn around.Usually dont have a problem at this store, but I ordered a pickup for 8-9 pm and waited nearly an hour. I called the store after about 20 mins of waiting and was hung up on. After I called back I was transfered to click-list and the employee said he had been behind all day due to short staffing. This despite receiving a notice that my ordered was ready for pickup. I have received notices of delays for pickup before this time, but that did not happen today. Surely a store like this would have ample employees to ensure they can keep up with customer demand? This Kroger has this guy working way harder than he needs to, and customers are left waiting ridiculous amounts of time for their pickup orders. On top of this, my cold items were warm once I received them!

Today is 10-28-20 all of the employees are friendly and awesome. Bloody brilliant people. Customer service is beyond awesome.

I was very uncomfortable when I was being stared at by one of the workers while checking out . Other wise it’s a good store, I don’t shop here often due to that issue .

Never restocked vegetables will have dirt and mold on them there card machine didn’t work after getting 200 dollars worth of groceries

Under staffed, poor management. Prescription called in 2 days ago, still not ready. Been here for over an hour now... still waiting for 15 pills...

I shop here on a regular basis. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The selection of fresh food is very good. I especially like the Deli section. They feature a good selection of Boars Head products, which are some of my favorite Deli meats an cheeses. The Kroger App is also quite helpful, I like that I can have my shopping list right on my phone. It is very convenient.and lets not forget the Fuel point those are great.

I got an order delivered and one of the most expensive items had a hole in the packaging that looked like it was from a rodent and when i called to get a refund, they said i have to return it in person to the store....none of the other major grocers that i use require this, i wont use kroger again and i was a long time in person customer until spring 2020

Service here is nice and all but the store policy about both showing ID for 1 thing like wine or even a LIGHTER is ridiculous. I feel should it needs to be changed. But the people there amazing and Ray is extremely helpful!!

This location never has long checkout lines and the parking lot usually has an abundance of convenient parking spaces. The store is clean and orderly with spacious aisles. Also, the clerks acknowledge customers. The self checkout stations are convenient, too.

I was browsing the floral department ( I am a Horticulture major ) and was very very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the associate in that department. She displayed an impressive level of knowledge about the plants she was selling and was giving very clear and knowledgeable advice to the other customers. I was very pleased to see this as I often dont see that level of professionalism in big box stores or larger garden centers. The quality of cut flowers was also impressive.

Friendly staff. Tidy but dated appearance. The produce, deli, and sushi folks are always offering to help me find what Im looking for. Robert is always so helpful, cheerful, and cordial when bagging, checking my items out or when retrieving carts. Im there alot and his positive attitude really stands out to me among the other staff. I really like the sanitizer wipes at the door, please keep them stocked. 😬 Maybe even have 2, especially as we are about to be in the cold/flu season. I know its unrealistic for all your carts to be sanitized often and with as many hands touch them by giving that control to your customers to be proactive in their protection and others is important. Your customers notice when you implement these kinds of measures to promote health and wellness. 😉

Last time I went here, they were remodeling. It came out nice! The people here are nice. Store looks in good shape even at 7pm. I would definitely come back here anytime.

Need to work on better manager specials. I have to go all the way out to North Richland hills to get a good deal. Really just stop here because its so close to the house. I love the employees.

Manager Tim took care of an issue we had with some steaks. They had a sell by date that wasn’t for a few days, but they went bad before that. We went to start cooking dinner, opened the steaks and found them smelly and starting to rot around the edges. I called and Tim said that if we brought them in he would take care of it, and he did with no issue.Really didn’t want to throw over $20 away for something that wasn’t our fault, so we really appreciate the level of service Tim gave us. :)

Lots of produce, well stocked, prices are reasonable.

Kroger always has the best produce, staff that is eager to help and fairly quick checkout. Best part is, you get reward points for every dollar you spend. Tons of savings in store and then use your points to save on gas! Win win!

Mask ordinance is not being enforced here. Two other grocery chains in the area won’t allow entry without a mask. They told me at Kroger they are making announcements but the people won’t do it. Doesn’t make me think they care about customer safety

I love Kroger, but I cant give them 5 stars because I cant get everything I need at just one store. I get my brand of bread at one store but that store doesnt carry the organic frozen veggies I can get at a different Kroger... Which doesnt carry the bread! Aside from that, the service is great and the stores are pleasant to shop at.

Friendly employees good prices

I will no longer be shopping at the Kroger on Rt.26 in North Richland Hills. The staff has been rude to me. I feel like I have to hide from one of your employees. He follows me around and won’t leave me alone. He talks and talks and says inappropriate things to me. He makes me very uncomfortable. The last time he did it in front of another employee and he didn’t even defend me or told the guy to back off and get back to work. Anyway even though I like your prices I am now a Tom Thumb shopper!!!

This Kroger is older but still has alot of great selection. Friendly employees. I love the handmade Sushi from here and you can never go wrong with about almost anything from the deli. The best thing from the deli is easily the chicken. I highly recommend it.

The Cashier that works nights on the Self Check Registers is the nicest most helpful employee I have ever met at any store in the United States! My husband and I spent many years driving back and forth across the good ol U.S.A. & its always a pleasure to go back to this Kroger! Just knowing its going to go flawless and with no hassles because shes on the job makes it worth the trip! I will spend the day getting by with whatever we are out of just to go when shes working.

Very nice Kroger! Its always clean and duly stocked when I visit during the day. They have a good produce section and their healthfood section is bigger than most. This is located right off of Hwy 26

I love this Krogers! Theyre small, but have everything I need. I love that I can pay most of my bills at the service desk. I also like that theres no self checkout, so you always get personal service!

This Kroger is great. Right next to my apartment, and has everything you need. This is always where I shop and I always encounter the nicest staff and cashiers. Any time I have a question they are always helpful. Will keep coming back.

Some staff is nice, but most seemed like they didnt want to be there. We picked up a hummus and when we got home it had mold in it. I usually like Kroger, but I would definitely find a different Kroger

Its an older store but nice and clean. Found the item I wanted and waited to check out self serve. No employee talked to me. Tthey should have greeted me

I had a raincheck for a certain quantity of items and I was using coupons.. The manager offered to get me what I wanted with no problem and my coupons werent a problem.. I came today and a lady named Glenda gave me the biggest problem because I was using coupons and was trying to find every reason not to help me. She wasnt even reading my coupons and trying to tell me I couldnt do it. Makes me never want to go again.

This small Kroger cranks the volume of customers, but its limited space keeps it from carrying a larger selection of items.The deli did get Boars Head products a couple of years ago, which helped, but the size is the most limiting factor.Its not uncommon for an item to be out of stock quickly when it goes on sale.

Check everything you buy for expiration. I’ve almost bought day old or two day old products. Also this store seems to only have high school students working who have no interest in working hard.

Great atmosphere, has more personality than the Kroger by my old apartment. Staff was friendly, greeted twice during my visit. Had everything i needed in stock. Isles were a bit confusing but loved it.

Great time of day to shop during the week is noon. They are ramping up for the holidays. Ask the Butcher for whatever you need for your special dinners.

The bakery!!!! Lisa is the best! She is the only reason I go in that store. This is the second year she has done my sons cake. I give her a theme and she amazes me every time. Something you would expect from a specialty shop! And since it is Albertsons they are super cheap compared specialty bakery! I would follow her I would follow her anyway having such great service. Wish I could post pictures.

I always get a great price on the cat food I buy my cat here. Its gluten free, no soy, wheat or corn, no animal by-product meal. Its got all natural stuff in it like: chicken, brown rice, peas, carrots, sweet potatoes, blue berries, cranberries, kelp, barley grass, parsley and so much more, plus wonderful vitamins, minerals and taurine that cats need in their diet. My cat loves it, I usually feed her the Salmon blend, but today I thought Id give her the chicken blend. She loves it! She loves ALL the flavors of this brand: ABOUND. Its not very expensive either. $6.99 a bag, usually lasts her almost a month. Her fur has gotten much softer, and shinier than it ever has been. If youre looking for a different catfood, I totally recommend it!

Genuinely felt like a lower class Kroger. Less selection in generally popular items (cold monster drinks); deli fresh items appeared as though they were made post-hast. If I could suggest anything I would urge the managers to visit Alliance Town Square - Kroger or even Denton - Kroger.

One of my favorite Kroger stores out there. People are always nice and very helpful. Not a huge, overwhelming store but plenty of options.

They have a brand new sushi bar, Wow! it was so good and beautiful.I thought the market sushi was frozen stuffs, but they were so fresh and delicious.

This is a small Kroger is a kins of eun down area. The outside looks old and worn, but the inside is clean and nice. I needed help and the staff person I talked to was excellent and very helpful.

Its easy cause its close to home. The cashier are usually very friendly but the store could use some better upkeep.

I like this store. Its bright and clean. Good produce. Miss the meat counter though. The Kroger on 377 in Haltom City is closer to me but I usually make the drive here.

Ive been a loyal customer at this kroger, ever since it came to this location. i just love all the employees and managers. They are so nice and helpful. Everytime I try to go to another store, thinking Im going to save money I just come out saying I should have gone to Krogers I would have gotten better quality and better prices.

If you value convenience over price then this is where you should shop. I can get my prescriptions, groceries, fill up my gas tank, and pick up some dinner at one of the restaurants that are conveniently located in the same strip as kroger. If the prices were better I would not set foot in that overcrowded, no close parking spots, and extremely long lines Walmart on precinct line..

Kudos to the manager for hiring courteous staff and providing a nice selection for us local shoppers.

I left my Kroger card at home and I didnt realize that the .99 grapes were only .99 with my card. So instead they were $6.70. Thats ridiculous! They should have ways of looking up your card so you dont have to pay insane prices. Other stores look your account up with a phone number. $28 for 5 small items. Thats insane to me. Absolutely ridiculous. I will. It shop here anymore. As a mother of 3 children I do not always remember to bring my card.

Once you memorize where everything it is easy to navigate and get your stuff quickly! Needs better organic fruit section, but I go here mainly for frozen items and dairy and they are stocked up.

Associate always helpful and honestly with customers. They take care you a lot better than Walmart.

Its a upscale Kroger store. They have more selection than your usual run of the mill Kroger. All in all its alright. Nothing really has stood out to me other than a clerk got rude with me one day.

The prices were good and it was pretty clean. All the produce was very very fresh.

Every time I go to this store I leave mad. I pay for my stuff, but I dont come home with it. Im tired of giving my hard earned money to this store each week and I have decided to never use this Kroger again. Some of the cashiers (not all of them) seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I dont know if its cause they are just tired or what, but it seems like I can never get a good attitude when I come in. I believe in giving people chances, cause I know that not everyone has a good day, but it seems like EVERY TIME I go in there, there is negativity.
