Good auto parts store...they put a battery in for me..thanks so much to the lovely lady who helped me..

I wish I would have read these reviews before shopping at this store.I purchased a part for my vehicle from this location, once the part was installed it became clear the part was defective. It was a very complicated installation, so I took a video of the part malfunctioning. Im not a professional mechanic and was shocked this could happen. I went back to the store and showed the employee the video and he agreed the part was likely defective.Unfortunately this store didnt have another part on hand. The employee suggested I drive to another location that had the part, buy another one then return it once uninstalled.It was getting late so I rushed to the other location and purchased another part. I worked through the night removing the defective part and installing the new one.The next day I returned to the original store with the defective part. They refused to return the defective part! I had the part, box and all packaging and the best part was IT WAS THE SAME EMPLOYEE!!Ive worked in retail for more than ten years and Ill never understand employees who think they are holding the line by being disrespectful to customers.So long story short, Im out my $60 and about 6 hours of my time from shopping at this store. Id suggest that you use caution if shopping here.

Great customer service. Ordered the wrong brake parts online (my own fault) and they were super helpful in getting them returned and selecting the correct ones. Will definitely go back.

Went to this store for the first time today will not be returning asked for a specific spark plug they didnt have the plug i was looking for which is fine but the man helping me said this other plug would 100% work for my bike got home definitely not made for my bike. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GO TO AUTOZONE!!!!

They had in stock what I needed. It was in the back so be sure to ask for what your looking for rather than just try to find it in your own, they are helpful in getting you what your looking for. One thing to note is I would always do a little research on what you need first to make sure what your buying is the appropriate application.

This store is OKAY. The big thing about auto stores like these is most of what they sell is low quality. The stuff that is worth buying can be found cheaper nearly anywhere else. A big plug of dealing with them is they allow tool rentals. Very handy if like me you dont need to buy a jaw puller for one job.

Not a bad place to get parts.

It depends on who you deal with at the store. For the most part everyone is extremely helpful in answering any questions. This is a great place to get parts for the functionality of your vechicle, as well as cleaning, and accessories.

I purchased an accessory that wouldn’t fit a standard part that it was meant for. Jenipher N. wouldn’t take it back.She’s rude, unprofessional and should not be working with the public.Auto zone is my new store and the selection and prices were much better.

Very great service. Jessica one of the managers was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely experienced and was a great help. Highly recommended.

Watch out for the big lady. She sold me something broken,came back an hour later wouldnt take it back, couldnt find the receipt. With 3 other auto stores in the area, try another one, or just refuse to have her help you with anything if you do go. Other people have been nice in the past.

Always Helpful staff! Tool loan program is a stress reducing service. Its not their fault if Advance doesnt carry something.

Good people and better prices than any other auto parts stores

The guy installed our battery out in the 20 degree Fahrenheit snowy conditions with a wonderful attitude. Good man, props to him.

The worse store ever!!! Hey he big lady working named Jennifer is a RUDE, NASTY and very disrespectful lazy .........Stay away! The worse customer service trying to get a part returned under warranty and ran around because of this store and Tonawanda on Niagara. Bunch of lazy morons working! Stay away and give your money elsewhere!

I bought gas tank straps for my car & they give me the wrong ones & then refuses to let me exchange them for the right ones. Completely suck!!!
