I came into Mavis Tire for an oil change and let them know about a couple of problems I was having with my car, they were able to diagnose all of the problems right away and let me know what needed to be done! The staff is very friendly, they’re quick, effective and have great prices! The staff was willing to work on whatever needed to be done right then and there without needing an appointment or waiting for a week. Needless to say I am very happy with my visit to Mavis Tire.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I bought them from the company that advertises with a Blimp. When I Contacted the place that I bought them from, they said they were scheduling appointments for next week! Not sure what they would’ve done if I had a flat. I then called and spoke to Curtis at Mavis in NT and asked if they could help. He said he could probably take care of it in a few minutes. By the time I got there, which is was a while after our conversation they were considerably backed up. I offered to leave the van and Curtis took care of me. He extended a courtesy repair of the tire. Needless to say I was most appreciative & feel that a positive review was the least I could do. Thanks again!

I called at 2:30 about a problem with my tire, hoping for an appointment. They told me I could come right in. I arrived at 3:10 and by 3:30, they had found the nail in my tire. It was a quick fix- they plugged the hole: no need to replace the tire. I appreciated the professionalism, efficiency, and the lack of over-selling. Will definitely be back.

Yesterday had flat tire in my Traverse. I was overwhelmed as I just got my other car back from another shop after spending thousands to fix it. I was overwhelmed and thought here I go more money. I just drove in because it was close to home. Todd the manager said no problem! He unplugged tire. I said Ill take it home because I already had the doughnut on it and Ill put it back in. He insisted and took my keys pulled it in shop and within minutes he not only put tire on but he added air to other tires and evened them out for no charge. Could have ripped me off and said I needed new tire but was totally honest. You dont see this anymore now a day. I was beyond appreciative. It made my day as I just forked out a lot of money on my other car and was practically in tears. Thank you Todd !!!! You made my day and I will always be a customer !!

Ask for Johnnie, I came in on a Friday at around 4:30 and they said they were too busy and asked if i could come in the next day. I did return and they seemed to be be about equally busy as the night before, only this time Johnnie told me no problem and got me in right away and then got my tire patched for me and got me out within 20 minutes or so, from now on Ill definitely be calling ahead to make sure hes working

This TEAM is Great. I took my vehicle there looking for a tire plug & they did it in less time than it took me too walk ta a local coffee shop.

I managed to run a bolt over on the Blvd this morning, so I pulled into Mavis to get the tire plugged. With zero hesitation, the gentleman at the desk had me pull up and plugged the tire for me, free of charge. And thats not the first time Mavis has done right by me. About 7 years ago, the Walden location saved my wallet a ton on a new brake system. Always service with a smile.

Was impressed how swift and seamless the service was at Mavis. Jermaine was wonderful and extremely communicative and helped me through every step of my experience. I had multiple services done to my car and they were able to get everything done by the end of the day. The only thing I would be weary of is that they quote prices for services as a package that includes warranty and labor. This made me not realize that I would be paying an additional cost for the warranty. A look at the receipt before finalizing your purchase would clarify this issue.

I have been to a few Mavis locations but I must say the North Tonawanda location is by far the best. They went way above and beyond to help me out. Work was done right and fast. I will definitely use that location from now on.

Guys there were super helpful and full of integrity. I brought my car there on a Saturday for a rattling sound coming from the underside. Turned out to be the heat shield. They addressed the issue in less than two minutes.

They were playing 734 by juice, the long 10 min + version too. not the short mainstream version so id give this place 1000/5 stars if i could.

I took my car in for an oil change and was told I needed new rotors, pads, struts, shocks, and other repairs that would amount to over 1k. I took my car to the subaru dealership for a second opinion and they said I need NO REPAIRS. That all my parts are in great working condition!I cant believe the manager of this Mavis would try to scam me out of so much money. No shame at all. Please do not trust what they say to you and always get a second opinion from a reliable mechanic.Also, my oil was way too high and whoever did my oil change spilled oil all over my engine. So unprofessional.I will NEVER come back to mavis and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to never get their car serviced with this company.

The staff this No. Tonawanda location was exceptional. Especially the customer service agent Trina. She was far superior than the situation which occurred earlier in the day at at the Sheridan Dr. location which was absolutely horrible. I spoke to a clerk in person and showed him a receipt for 100k mike tires that were purchased approximately 2 yrs. earlier and had 15k miles on them. He told me he thought the road hazard might cover The damage to the tire. I then asked how much the tire was if I had to purchase and he told me I could expect to pay $80 to $90 and there was no way I pay full price. I bring the tire back and that individual is no longer there and another individual told me the tire was $160. I mentioned what the other guy quoted me and he said well thats not what youre paying this is the price. I asked to speak to the manager so he called up another individual and said hey this guy is accusing me of lying about the price of a tire. Which is not what I was doing. That manager also said the tire was $160 regardless of what I was told before. I asked why they had somebody working the counter who could not quote the correct price? His response was, it didnt matter Im telling you now what the right price is. I departed the store with my tire and went to a different Mavis to match tires. The North Tonawanda clerk was exceptional quoted me a price that was $15 less than the Sheridan Drive store quoted me and then was able to take off another $10. Dont go to the Sheridan Drive Mavis if you want quality customer service!

My mother is elderly and she called me too help her out while she waited, she’s always nervous that people will take advantage of her because of her bad experience with mechanic shops, but this women I believe her name was teyona? Took such great care of my mother she got her rite in, offered her a seat turned the heat up a bit for her & held a good conversation, I heard all of this by just being on the phone with my mother . She even made my mother laugh a bit . I will DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I had a flat tire that was going bad; I needed the tire change quickly. I went to Mavis on 943 Payne Ave to get it done. I was greeted by Tiana and told her my problem with my tire. She got my keys and got my car in fast. She told me it was going to take about 10 - 15 mins. That was great timing for me. I waited in the waiting room where Tiana turned on the tv for me, and I was about to look at the news for a bit; before I know it, the car was the car to go. Customers service was AAA for me. I felt like I was treated well. Amazing customer service! I would go back to them again.
