Dawn, the owner and operator, is excellent at running the business. I’ve had two orders so far from her and I’m hooked. Just coming in as a man with an idea, she helped to refine the vision and make products that were unique to me. There is no shortage of inspiration based on what she has in stock, plus you can bring in your own items and ideas to get embroidered. She’s running the show full steam even amid the pandemic; very polite over the phone as well as in person. As a guy from out of state, I love that I was able to find a place like this. Didnt have anything I needed and the only person working there never looked at me and when I asked them if they had something the shook their head no and ignored me. Dont bother coming here

Never again. Rude. Unprofessional. Poor Quality. Overpriced.Sorry to say it, but if youre looking for somewhere to get your embroidery done, look somewhere else.
