As usual more so as of late, did not have half of the items I came in to purchase. This has been getting more & more frustrating. Empty shelves for many items I purchase week to week. Not sure if its a supply/delivery issue or staff/stocking at this particular Walmart in NT. Doesnt seem to matter what day or time Im in there run into the same problem! Even just pancake mix, frozen items, dairy products etc...

Its Wal-mart. We ALL know it. However, I feel that during the hard times of the pandemic, Wal-mart is doing its best to keep items stocked on shelf and for cheap, along with clothing that is mocking a bit more up to date fashion lines. HOWEVER still keep yourself and family SAFE. ALWAYS check anything in a package and NOT in one THE MOST. I bought bagged salad kits, Turkey lunch meat from Deli and bag of apples. VERY SAME DAY apples were all rotten, 2 days in AT MOST salad was brown and Turkey turned bad. I was gifted a gift card to make up for it, EVEN though i lost my proof of purchase on this items. So the manager was MORE then fair.

Always good prices more organized than others Walmart nearby. Love to visit there.

I have been a WalMart member for approximately 6 months now. I have used both the delivery and pick-up services. For the past month I have only used the pick-up service due to a long wait time for the delivery service. I get to Walmart between 8 -9am, my chosen scheduled time, and there is no wait. The staff always been friendly, efficient, and takes extra measures to ensure that your groceries make it home safely in their packages. They have been so nice as to tape every berry box for me, without me asking!The North Tonawanda location is the only location that my family goes to even though there is another location 10 minutes closer. They are amazing!

I did a pickup up through the app. Placed my order this morning for an after work pickup. Was notified my order was ready. Checked in to say I was on my way. As I was checking in on arrival an associate was already at my window taking my name. Waited about 10 minutes for my order to be brought out and placed in my trunk. Easy peasy, efficient, friendly and courteous!As it turns out, I needed to return an item. Also through the app, the associate at the Service Desk helped through the process. It was my first time using the app for a return. Again, easy peasy, efficient, friendly and courteous!No wait at the Service Desk, so the total time for the return process was probably about 5 to 6 minutes total.

The store is a well-lit, well organized and easy to navigate. The price point allows me to purchase all the items on my shopping list. Most associates are knowledgeable, and can answer my questions about products.

Its Walmart. Clean. Decent selection available in store. Only self check out was open.

Went to get liquid chlorine for my pool, asked 3 different associates where I could find this, none of them knew or asked another associate where it was. When I finally found where I could find the 1 gallon jug of liquid pool chlorine, there was nothing on the shelf.... not one product from any brand. Had someone radioed another employee, they would have been told either where to find the product, or that the store was out of it altogether and saved me an hour of walking around the store getting frustrated.

Not enough cashiers and it was empty nothing in stock the store looked like a falling apart whare house..casher was unfriendly even when I was trying to talk nice she ignored and said you want to buy bags.when I got home my potatoes was rotten in the bag and my corn had mold in it.shame on you Walmart.

I lost my wallet, went to customer service to see if it was returned, management sent out a store wide announcement, looked at cameras from my start of the trip until the exact minute or real time they could, all in all staff was friendly, helpful and respectful, store was clean and organized.Ps. I found my wallet😀😀😀

Its a great walmart for everything you need its usually well stocked but its a horrible place to work your treated very poorly and you dont get any benefits

As far as Walmarts go, this one is pretty nice. The selection is always much better than the one down the road in Niagara Falls. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and it made for a nicer shopping trip.

WalMart is pretty much WalMart. No complaints.

Its a love hate with them. I go there all the time because they are going to have most everything at a good price, but i absolutely hate it there. I have to get my own cart from the parking lot while i see those blue vest wearing employees standing around. Most of the lines are closed most of the time while i wait what seems like an eternity to check out in one of the few open lines. Always leave a bit frustrated.

All the items are put out logically on the shelves and the electric carts for the handicapped are readily accessible. If needed, an assistant to help transport your groceries to your vehicle is available. The pork roast prepackaged meal is superb.

Week after week the shelves in the grocery area are empty, empty,empty. This is such a common occurrence in this Tonawanda store that it has a poor reputation around the neighborhood. I can count on the military rd store but it is a distance. I shop Aldis now because at least they are stocked. Other things I can get at Walmart.

Went to the North Tonawanda Walmart hoping to purchase a purple Huffy 24in.buke for my grand daughter as the 2 stores close to me did not have one.I was so happy and wait till she sees it OMG she will love it.This Walmart is huge very organized and clean.❤

Listen. We all know about the People of Walmart stuff. Any day you might see a man in a tiny tank top trying on slightly smaller tank tops. Its a Walmart. Its a good WalMart though. Staff is helpful, its usually not violently packed either. Excellent stuff.

Ordered a tote on line went for curbside pickup had to wait for them to call me back and then waited 25 minutes for them to bring it out to us. Maybe if the staff stayed off their phones and stopped florting with other co workers,thongs might get done faster. Will NEVER DO THIS AGAIN.

Drove a hr and a half to get my kids bday presents here it was the only place to have them in stock. When I got here and informed them I needed help getting them to the front we waited 30 min and no one came. When we passed a supervisor she got help but informed me they didnt hold items even if paid for because they have no way of supervising them and people walk right into the customer service area and just take off stealing them. After assessing how large and impossible thatd be to do with 2 power wheels totalling over $800 without being seen. Then reassuring her wed surely be back right away she finally agreed.

There is just sooo much to choose from, weather it be clothes food garden items ect. I Love Walmarts

Extremely packed inside. Barely room to move around. Shelves stocked well. Prices on clothes is high food prices vary. Some good deals some outrageous. Just like most any Walmart you can tell people dont like their job. So many grumpy employees.

Very helpful Wal-Mart associates, the store well lighten, store floors clean & organized aisles no long cashing out lines. The parking are needs resurfacing.

I am happy to have found this Walmart. It is a massive store with tons of options and it really does not get too busy. I have never waited in line long so thats a plus. Sometimes they are wiped out of sizes though, many times they only had smalls and xxl or larger left.

Its your typical Walmart. Not very busy on a weekday afternoon.

Love this location above the other near me♡ they have the pick up service available for groceries and anything else in the store. I have 2 babies so packing them up for grocery runs in near impossible. They pack and load all my groceries purchased from the app and Im on my way ♡ thank you!

Friendly associates for the most part. Attentive to guests needs and wait times. Doing the best the can with computer generated scheduling. Nobodys perfect but here they are darn close

Been here maybe the times. Always seem to have what I need and theyre more helpful than other locations.

So apparently you cant use your credit card at wallmart without a pin. This is why I stopped going to wallmart just too inconvenient.

Shelves are constantly empty - has become a challenge to find items even though the app indicates items are in stock. The store looks so dirty now.

Good walmart. 3 stars only because they charge you 0.05$ for paper bag and bag is without handles and easy rip off. If you walk to walmart how you going to carry products.

Store was clean and organized. Took me awhile to get in and out but thats to be expected here.

A lot of items are often out of stock, even non-pooular items. Cash out is pretty efficient typically. Staff is not at all knowledgeable. I understand you pay your employees minimum wage but you should at least put people in a department that have a general idea of what theyre selling. I went to the supposed Tech department and the person they had working didnt even know was a USB drive was and if they carried them (which they of course did). They had to call someone from another department to get me an answer and I wound up finding it myself before he got there. Pathetic.

Very GRUMPY workers! Especially a man behind the deli!!! Very rude. He was mad because he had to work on the Bills Chiefs game day!! I heard him speak it to his coworker! I guess he took his frustrations out on me. His body language and voice tone were of nothing but PURE RUDENESS! I try to avoid Walmart at all costs

They need to do a better job of getting and keeping the shelves stocked. Its incredibly frustrating sometimes when they dont have things out on the shelves.

The Wurlitzer Wal-Mart is very nice and clean. Always has a great selection of personal care items. The grocery was a bit under stocked. Perhaps due to problems with weather. The bakery is phenomenal.

People are friendly. Im not sure if its due to the pandemic but they often are out of stock on lots of items a ross the store,from grocery to housewares. Makes shopping slower. Decent prices, good products.

My favorite Walmart. Always clean and organized and Tara who works in electronics is always so very pleasant and helpful!

I waited 45 minutes at the sporting goods register to get a fishing license. My husband tried to hunt an employee down and no one would bother to help. I finally called the store to see if they could send someone over, and then when someone finally came over the lady was so rude like it was an inconvenience to her. Staff is no friendly and the place is understaffed.

They never have what they advertise on the internet. I guess I will have to order online.

This Walmart used to be nice but its now completely understaffed, looks like a tornado went through it and its out of a lot of products. There are consistently only a couple checkout lanes open with one section of self checkout. The paper bags are horrible and are made in Mexico. If I have to check myself out and bag my stuff, I might as well go to Aldis where they have good made in USA bags that dont trip and the products are cheaper.I guess the Waltons want another 50 billion before they pass.

Popped an inner tube on my bicycle today. Not one tube. In fact, very little in the bike section. Kind of disappointing. We did a complete shopping spree otherwise. They had everything else that we needed.

My daughter loves her happy meals, nuggets, toys, and hotcakes! We go 3 times a week. Friendly staff and usually quick. But like all McDonalds I seemed to have visited, they need to work on their egg prep and cooking. Because like other stores that try to keep their drive thru times down, they have you pull ahead and just wait with others. Which can create a mess in the parking lot/drive thru at times. I wouldnt really say its a per store issue but more of a McDonalds issue that should be addressed for safety and efficiency reasons. Not complaining, just constructive criticism in a review.

Clean, helpful staff, fresh baked bread (yum) and such great prices! I will definitely be grocery shopping here more in the future.

The last few times Ive been here, Ive not been impressed. Formerly, this was always one of the cleaner, well-stocked Wal-Mart stores. The last several times, it has mostly looked like a cyclone had just gone through - sloppy shelves, poorly stocked, unattended pallets of product everywhere.
