Great experience, easy no contact rental if that’s what you want. I had my unit ordered and paid for, about 20 minutes later I showed up to the facility and it was ready to go! Would highly recommend. They keep it clean and patrol the grounds regularly! Super friendly staff!

I have been a customer at this facility for well over a year. I was given two days notice that my lease was being terminated and was sick at the time of the notice. I asked the new manager Keagan for an extension and even offered to pay my full months rent for both of my 10×15 units which she refused to let me do and she denied me an extension. I lost everything I had left in this world because of this company. Tools that I use to make money, supplies for my small business, all of my dead brothers belongings that were given to me(the only things I had left to remember him) and everything I had purchased or was gifted for my soon to be born child, GONE. I did everything in my power to prevent losing my belongings and was bullied into losing everything. In my opinion, cubesmart and their employees are thives and I have no idea how they sleep at night doing these agregious acts against people just trying to survive during the Covid-19 Pandemic. My attorney will be contacting Cubesmart and I will fully pursue what I am owed. Unless you want to give all of your belongings away for free, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Especially, this property.

Realized I didnt put review on right location. But tiffany was a big help to my wife. My wife wasnt sure what were going to do about a space and a unit and Tiffany guide us to her location we were able to come up with a solution and getting a parking spot and all. Tiffany showed such good kind heart indefinitely was listening to our situation meant a lot to my wife do you have just a little bit of less stress and thats what Tiffany gave her we appreciate all and thank you

If I could give zero stars I would. My storage locker is being held hostage by Leroy even though I am current on my bill. He said my husband and I are under investigation for suspicious activity day the didnt even go there. He has put l on my unit and I paid up. Leroy said the was Sunday October 11th, dday my husband was working and I was at 20 miles away. He said the authorities have called, but we not been contacted by the authorities. We visited our unit on Tuesday October 13th and on Thursday October 15th with no problem. Friday October 16th we were locked out. My unit rent is not due until the 22nd of October.

Good storage

Fairly decent, good attitude, good people! The only issue is the neighborhood being very far away and also the lack of employees working there. Other than that everything else is perfect and very secure! If youre looking to store your vehicle (Long Term) this might just be the best and cheapest place you could ever ask for. I recommend using them if the location is not an issue for you. I easily give them a 3/5 which is fairly decent.

HIGHLY recommend! Shopped around and these prices were the best by far and also the cleanest, most inviting environment of all the places we visited. To top it off, the office staff, both Doug and Sandee, were the most precious and helpful people! We felt very comfortable and very well taken care of from the first phone call and through the whole process. A little further drive for us, but SO worth it!!

The experience was great and the attendant was friendly and helpful. The pricing is better than Public Storage. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the office entrance isnt wheelchair accessible, so if I was alone when going to secure a unit, I would not have been able to enter. Its a good thing that online payment is an option.

This storage company was easy to work with and both Sandy and Jeremiah were helpful anytime I went in the office. Cubesmart had one of the best rates. Be forewarned there is a marijuana grow house or dispensary next door. If you dont mind the smell, you wont have a problem.

Pam Masek was the best when I came to rent an unit. She helped figure out what size unit I needed and set me up. This rental property is exactly like every other except for the staff and pricing at Cubesmart are above market. Those 2 things are exceptional.

Have been a resident since before Cube Smart became owner - Have always found Sandee DeBault and Pam Masek to be extra courteous and knowledgeable in their customer service. They are a definite asset to your business. If I had a complaint = it is NOT with them. The Company does not provide any more space / electricity / good access during Colorado snow storms / nor any other benefits = but systematically RAISES RENT charges - especially to old/long term/dependable tenants - I find disrespectful and just indicates a serious profit taking characteristic on behalf of management. My opinion!
