I was coloring my hair yellow and the top green to look like a pineapple 🍍 for the Jimmy Buffett concert. I needed to bleach my hair. I’ve never bleached my hair before. The woman working there got me lightning creme and gave me a 40 developer to use with it. And told me to buy processing caps which I did so I mixed everything according to the directions brushed it all over my head put the cap on and within 10 minutes my head was on fire. I had my husband wash it out immediately and when I was done all the long hair for the top of the pineapple wasGone I have a bald spot on top of my head and chemical burns. When I saw my hair stylist what happened she was really upset that the woman told me to get a 40 developer to use with a lightning creme and a processing cap. I’ll never buy anything from them again!!! They are horrible and have NO knowledge of hair products

I dont know what happened to Sallys recently, but they have the most unfriendly staff of grouchy uninformed old women. You walk in and there is no one to be seen until a Stern woman walks upfront and just states at you.The old staff used to be great, friendly, personable, helpful.

Nice selection of pro line-powered beard trimmers and clippers here (not Amazon junk!) at good prices competitive with online.

The new manager is simply awful! This is the second time Ive gone to that store twenty minutes before closing and its already been completely abandoned! She cant let this irresponsibility continue. If shes too lazy to stay until she should I will gladly take her place. I worked there before so I know how its supposed to be run.

Really friendly staff! Huge selection of sale items! I love going here and treasure hunting for great little nail polishes and eye shadows on sale for shockingly cheap! Surprised at the quality of the sallygirl polishes! Ive done nails professionally for several chunks of my 12 yr career in cosmetology, and I find them to be on par with a lot of pro brand polish!

Workers are great. Make it easy n helpful.
