My experience today with the store manager has been incredible! Kevin helped me in a really tough situation with my iPad Pro after being evacuated due to fire in Tahoe. He didn’t have to go above and beyond but he did and during this stressful time in my life he added some joy!! Thank you!!! Awesome service.

My iPhone XR camera was shaking with static for the second time, first time was 1 1/2 months after I got it and then just a few weeks ago, called Apple they set me up with an appt at Best Buy a week out in Santa Rosa, lucky I had the first appt, and they did not have the part. Apple would not give an inch, they told me that I could buy the warranty for about $399.00 or they could repair it for about the same price. Ridiculous! Feeling very frustrated and called Novato Wireless repair, they ordered the part and got the part in, fixed my phone for $ 83.00, awesome! This little business is awesome, both of the gentlemen were very polite and kind. Thank you both so much!

Ricardo was very helpful, professional and quick when I went to ask about my phone screen. They also don’t try and charge you for things you don’t actually need, which has happened at *other* phone repair places. So affordable, professional, quick, and friendly! Highly recommend.

Great service! My iPhone wasnt working properly anymore and they checked it on no cure, no pay basis. When they couldnt fix it, they still helped me really well in proposing options. You can tell that they just like to help you out.

I dropped my phone about three times and it appeared to me just un-fixable. Not only was the screen cracked but the white area on the top of the phone was sliding into the phone and the case was separating from itself. But Damian was incredible! He was so kind and in an hour he was handing me my phone - and it looked like a brand new phone!!! Please take your phones and tablets to this wonderful, local repair shop! They can do many things other than just repairs, too!!! They are just the BEST!

I dropped my i phone 6 shattering the screen such that it was unusable. As a Novato resident I was pleased to find a local business which could repair my phone in 1 hour at a reasonable price. Damon was great and took care of everything and my phone is like new! I recommend!

Awesome! Got my phone done in under an hr after walking in. The gentleman that works there is very nice and friendly and seemed interested and passionate about what he was doing. Very satisfied and happy with my phone repaired. Wish I would have taken a picture of my before and after but its a brand new screen and my old was dropped mulitple times. The screen was shattered everywhere with big cracks and even some pieces missing. So Im happy they replace it with a whole new screen. Thank you very much!
