We needed a new plan, so we were girded for battle. But the staff were super friendly, professional and helpful, and we got a great deal. Many different kinds of people came in the store, and all were served with the same respectful cheerful and professional service. Plus, great music and the solid gold dancers!

Problem with inexperienced sales people: though the learning curve and need for practice is understandable, their newbies need better training and oversight. We lost out on a bonus to our phone purchase because our sales person forgot to add it at time of purchase. For some reason they couldnt backtrack, so we lost out. Were not happy customers.

Douglas, young kid that has been there for about a month.. has a looong way to go to reach good customer service. Ive been a long time customer but they lost me today.. he was rude, disrespectful and his mouth runs like a champ. Im quoting his words: I know more about phones than YOU and if you want cheap phones, theres MetroPCSJust because I didnt want to buy the most expensive phone they had.I already own the latest model and didnt need a second one.If youre his mom and are reading this, please spank him and send him back to summer school...If youre the district manager, please fire him.. hes a bad asset to your store in novato.

Huge help solving my issue.

I have been patronizing this T-Mobile for the last 3 years. Today I had a customer service issue and I worked with Jay. Jay was beyond professional. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time out to show me the latest models on the market and help me make an educated decision on my future purchase. I highly recommend Isabel and T mobile on Diablo Blvd for all of your cell phone needs

The lady that helped me was attentive, patient and super nice!Sadly they dont have all the phone options and weirdly they cant even order it for me.And I dont get how much they push the 0% apr loan for the phones.Anyway... no new phone yet but a better experience.

Had a great experience in here moving a line and getting a couple new ones. Thought it would take forever but Roy and Kara had it all sorted in no time, they really know their stuff! Easily the best phone store experience Ive had. Just make sure to ask for Roy or Kara, theyre the best!

Absolutely awesome service. Went in to switch to T-Mobile so we can travel internationally with unlimited text and data. Lovely staff helped us tremendously, explained all billing and service questions very clearly. Unfortunately one of the phones we had was with Sprint, and we spent the majority of our time at the store battling with Sprint - even though we were ultimately unsuccessful, the T-Mobile staff, particularly Alan, went out of their way to help us. Cant speak to T-mobile as a carrier yet, but highly recommend this store.

Takeida was so helpful in getting me the best possible deal out of the 3 vendors I spoke to. Mark was amazing in wrangling my number out of my previous vendor, plus configuring my phone with some helpful features. Everyone in this shop is so nice and friendly!

I love T-Mobile and have been happy with them for years. However, the employee in the store when I went there today had an attitude and was cranking obscenity filled rap music through the store. Im not coming back here.

I was experiencing a number of issues with T-Mobile and it was not resolved when I went to a store location. However I went to the location in Novato and a young man by the name of Keilan took ample time to call in and save me hundreds on my bill. He is a gem of person, if I could personally give him a hundred stars as a customer service rep I would! Great person, Long Live Keilan!

We came here twice and both times Qucwte was super helpful. The first visit we were wondering about the t mobile essentials plan and he was able to walk us through all the details and highlighted the difference between that and our current plan. Second visit was to get a nano sim for my new phone. Once again he was professional and courteous, got my new phone working in no time. Highly recommend!

I came to Tmobile very upset and not happy about my service over the past 14 years with ATT. Roy S and Alan F were very helpful from the time I called them to the time I left the store!! I am a happy person now and I have a phone that will cost me less and that works!! These guys deserve a nice PRICE for having the best customer service and making T Mobile look the best!!!

Me and my boyfriend went into the tmobile on diablo in novato. Both employees were awesome, especially the manager. I switched from Verizon android service and got 2 new Samsung phones. Awesome customer service & knowledgeable staff! This T-mobile store is the best. My husband and I were with ATT for 18 years or so (Cellular One became Cingular became ATT). We finally decided to make the switch to T-Mobile because of improved coverage and the awesome everything included plans at reasonable prices...and extras we didnt have at ATT like mobile hot spot included, HD video, and kickback for months data usage is low. The staff was top notch! I went in with a million questions and Alan was so patient and so kind...and very knowledgeable. The next day when I went back to officially make the switch, I had a whole team of folks helping me out...Alan and Cody were both so helpful and again responsive to all my questions (yes, Im a high maintenance customer). Theyre always professional and I witnessed their excellent customer service with other customers...not just me. Im telling everyone about T-Mobile and sending them to Cody and Alan. Were newbies, but so far we are very happy we made the switch.
