I have been living around the corner from 7-eleven for the last eight years. Myself and my family literally go and spend money every single day there.Inventory is always misplaced and priced wrong. They dont honor prices which is unacceptable. In customer service, when more than three of the same items are placed somewhere with the wrong signage, the store honors the price. Its the companys mistake and not the customers. This is an all the time situation and its not ok.Jovonie needs to have some training and he needs to learn customer service skills. He has been there too long, to have such poor customer service skills.The older gentleman thought he was being undercover and entered in his phone number to collect my points. When asked about it, he shined me off and ignored me. This store needs new management and properly trained staff.

This place is no different than any other 7-Eleven. Poor and unfriendly service, rundown facility, and bad selection of merchandise. The only good thing that warrants my 2-star rating is that they have a RedBox video rental machine outside.
Was harassed by the employee about my purchase and felt like I was doing something wrong when I was not.
7-11 is 7-11 therefore 5 Star; Safe Neighborhood/Red Box/ATM; open 24/7 Dah!
Great service with smooth line-running cashier and cooperative fellow stoppers while waiting in line as I set up a nonrefrigerated intem to hold my place in line as I quickly grabbed a nice cold Perrier when it was my turn to be rung up... ON A SWELTERING HOT DAY! aah...💦 In a coronavirus era update, they truly are the best and really care about safe eating.
