This MedSpa is amazing! I travel from out of the area to have Kelsey do all my procedures! You can discuss anything with her and feel completely comfortable! The entire experience from start to finish is genuinely perfect! When youre having procedures done on your face and body, it has to be done by someone who is educated and thrives in what they do. I visited Lisa for a facial based on a recommendation from a friend. This is the best investment Ive ever made for my skin.Lisa took reviewed my skin, took photos so progress can be seen over time, and then proceeded to give a fantastic, deep cleansing facial using the latest technology. My skin suffers from rosacea so I am so very careful around product usage and therapies. Lisas skill in knowing what would work or not for my skin type put my mind at ease.I cant wait to go for my appt next month. Thank you Lisa!

They have all the latest and greatest equipment for any treatment you are thinking about.Lucia is my go to for EVERYTHING. I love my monthly facials! I have been getting Botox for years now. I have been to a few places in San Francisco, some in San Mateo and now a few in Novato. I’m so glad I have finally found Melinda. I have had so many weird experiences from the Botox look not being consistent to feeling like I’m being over charged to having my eye brows hit my scalpLol. I have perfect outcomes every time, the price is always the same (I’m the one to add more and raise it) the staff is very nice and I can’t say how happy I am! I would recommend them to my family, I’m that confident in their service.

My birthday gift from my husband was lip fillers, something I wanted for a while as my lips seemed to be disappearing as I get older. Melinda was awesome!!! Her goal, as well as mine was to make my lips natural and fuller. They came out perfect! I am thrilled with the results and will be going back again!

I had a consult with Melinda. She went over each procedure I was interested In. Never pushed anything on me. She has a great personality and made me feel super comfortable! Between her and the office staff it was a great experience I will definitely be back!

If you get the opportunity to work with Melinda or Kelsey you will be blessed with beautiful natural results. Kelsey specializes in under eye filler. If you don’t know what that is that is when nurse Kelsey makes your under eye hollows disappear. Nurse Melinda specializes in the lip flip. That is when the nurse injects your lip with botox and wow what a beautiful result. I called 3 different medspas before choosing Allegro to get my filler and Botox done. Nancy answered the phone and sent me a link to Klara which is some sort of communication app. I had a video consultation with Melinda. I thought it was going to be difficult to use but the Klara video app was 20 times easier than the Kaiser app. Melinda was so informative. She spent quite a bit of time going over my aesthetic goals and to say that she surpassed my expectations is an understatement. My first concern was not walking out with a paralyzed face because a nurse wants to over sell me on Botox. My second concern was my lips looking like I had them done. At the end of the appointment I walked out looking like I didnt have anything done and I was just naturally pretty. 4 days later and I LOVE THE RESULTS. My lips are slightly pouty and my forehead still has movement. I will definitely be returning to ALLEGRO as long as MELINDA is there.
