Worst pharmacy in Marin city. If you call the pharmacy expect to get no answer, I’ve waited on line for as much as 30 minutes w no pick up. They are constantly out of key prescriptions. One common prescription I had to wait two weeks for a refill

This CVS is the best one I have ever gone to. Other CVS, on Grant, have nasty people who work behind the pharmacy desk. The people who work on Novato Blvd have great work ethics unlike the CVS on Grant. I will never return to the CVS on Grant . I have never been treated so badly as was my experience at CVS on Grant.

Apparently the employees have to be searched before they leave for the day, so be prepared for disgruntled, rude workers cutting to the front of line at random to have their bags searched by the cashier, while the confused customers continue to wait and wonder what’s going on. If one of their unhappy, rude employees stealthily cuts in front of you when it’s your turn to be checked out, don’t bother asking why. You should know the store policy that employees need to be searched before they leave.

Trashy!!! An apparent manager named Kristina yelled at me for her inability to refill a soap dispenser... during a pandemic. She also kept having to adjust her mask while doing so, further jeopardizing the sanitation level of the situation. I assume she was drunk by the way she slurred as she spoke. I literally only come in for water or batteries, etc. Shouldnt be too hard to act appropriately for that tiny amount of time i visit. I have found other staff to be just as lethargic and often times uncleanly. Thankfully i dont have to deal with these people very often. It was worth a review because of the absurdity of it all. She has a terrible attitude and shouldnt be working in a customer facing role.

Cancelled my vaccine appointment after 40 min of waiting because of not enough staff. Prescription on backlog by 2 weeks. Choose another CVS :)

Checker not wearing face mask, other people in store the same. Should have someone at door making sure masks are worn. Will not return to this store.

They dont have a lot of things I would recommend going to a different CVS if ur wanted to go to one

This place is horrible the shelves are always empty!The only thing that is stocked is the alcohol.

One of the last holdouts of the decrepit Square shopping center. They’re doing pretty good considering the location.

Rude pharmacist, filthy store.
