Donavon was excellent in helping me upgrade my phone and add my mom to my account with a new phone. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and making my mom feel at ease with her transition from Sprint. When we turned in our trade-in phones, Sal was friendly and helpful. I appreciated Donavon coming to say hello and follow up on things we had talked about when I was in with my mom a few weeks earlier. Great customer service from both men.

I find it absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional that the representative would try to sell me something I didnt ask for, especially without my permission. I didnt go in there looking for a program or plan for two Apple watches. I went in there looking to add an additional line to my phone service. If I would not have asked, I wouldve been signed up for some thing that I did not need and did not want. That is not customer service, its also not good business practice. Ive been with AT&T for over 20+ years. This is not a way to conduct business

I came in to do a warranty exchange for my charger. They could not exchange it or satisfy this request in anyway due to them being out of stock. I’ve never had this issue before, I’m this case they would just do an alternative option. But the manager, Keith, was unwilling to do so. I was more than willing to take a less expensive cord. I shouldn’t have to buy a cord, when they have a plethora of charger cords. I’ve been an ATT customer for over 10 years and the lack of good customer service is starting to become exhausting.

Absolutely Horrible experience.Went there on Saturday and waited for an hour for them to tell me that I would need to come back when a manager was available to help me.I made an appointment for the following morning. Raven, the manager didnt come out of her office to help me. She had one of her agents go back and forth to communicate between us. I spent another hour in that store and left with no solution and them trying to charge me a restock fee for a defective watch. I called Apple and they couldnt believe the way I was being treated when the watch was defective and I was trying to upgrade bringing in more revenue for the business.I will not be going back to this location. Very disappointing.I called AT&T Corporate and they are now helping me with this matter .

Recently, I desired to have internet for my place and I called to inquire about the services provided through AT&T. A young man by the name of REY answered and began to answer my questions and concerns, making me absolutely sure I chose the right provider.After setting up an appointment for installation, I took the time to also inquire about other services, that I was originally uninterested in changing. However REY has a genuine and helpful presence; causing me to reconsider those areas I deemed closed off.If anyone else considering AT&T, I encourage you to contact them and if possible flood REY (and AT&T) with your business. Great customer service, great options, great deals, and detailed assessments of your needs to make life easier for you.If you are able to read this, thank you REY!

Horrible customer service, first off spent 1 hour on call with customer service to resolve issue with my 1 week old device. Later when I went to the store they didnt help much either with my unit even though its defective. Offered me two options where I have to spend an extra $60 to get my unit fixed with ATT. Only good advise I received was to contact Samsung customer service - when I contacted by them they offered me to send me a replacement unit for free of charge.IF ATT CANT REPLACEMENT A DEFECTIVE UNIT THEN WHATS THE POINT IN GETTY A DEVICE WITH THEM. I better be best off getting an unlocked unit from the manufacturer itself. This is my first time getting a device from ATT with my account with them for over 12 years and probably be the last time.

My boyfriend Nathan and I went in to look at what deals AT&T had because we wanted to make the switch from sprint. We originally didn’t intend on switching today but Andy was so helpful and really sold us a plan that was affordable, so we decided to make the switch early. 6/5 stars if I could. had to come here 10 minutes before close because my husband broke his phone earlier this week. I was not about to go another day sending him pictures of my feet via email. the process of adding the picture as an attachment to the email is too long. Anyway, Ryad was great. he gave us really good service expecially since we came in so late. he made the process fast and efficient. Overall an excellent employee to have and definitely an asset to this company

Difficult for me to rate. One visit they’re stellar, but then the next is abysmal hours spent on uncomfortable chairs to get nothing done.If you don’t have a good experience in the first 15 minutes, leave and come back in a few days. Kind of like rebooting the device to make things work better 🤔

This is by far the WORST customer service in the industry!! I wanted to reschedule a Direct TV installation and was told by Joe Key, over the phone, that he would take care of it and call me right back. I waited 45 minutes and still no call back, I was on my way home from work, so I stopped by the store to see why I wasnt important enough to call back. I walked into the store where there were two employees, one was a useless manager, just sitting playing on their phones. I asked the greeter for Joe and I was told hes in the back doing something. When Joe finally came out front he said whats up? I asked him where was my call right back and he said I got a little busy and when I asked why he didnt have somebody else take care of me he shrugged his shoulders. I told him I wanted to cancel the installation he turned and walked in the back. 5 or 6 minutes go by and he emerges and literally stared at me for about 10 seconds and then I asked him for proof of cancelation he said oh I havent gotten to it yet finally he went over to the worthless manager, still sitting playing on her phone, says something to her and she said the earliest I could get a installer out to your house is Friday, Good Friday! Now mind you she was sitting there the whole time and heard me say cancel about 10 times. Now lo and behold an installer just showed up at my door! Sorry for the long rant but....... THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

Terrible store, I been here multiple time because the location is close to my place. When you are there to add a service, they are little bit helpful, but try to go and cancel, or have a problem with your account, they are very rude, last time i cancelled my wireless service, they provided me wrong information about my cancellation fee, i ended up paying $200 over what they claimed i will. The person who welcome you is pretty rude if they realized you are there to cancel a service, wouldt bother come here again

Agree - rude, rude, rude customer service - Anthony - assistant manager $AT&T$ I wish I read the review before I went.I went to the same store every day for 3 days. Unforetunately, I talked to this Manager everytime. Here are what I have from the assistant store manager,1. You are already with AT&T, why are we give you any thing/credit to keep you staying with us...... We are #1.......2. Even you have store manager here, it is not going to help.3. Photo ID will not work, we need to see Driver License.Here is what I suggest,When customer does not have credential for you to access the account, (I assume you cannot strike a deal, so it is wasting your time), at least introduce your program like1. 24 months lease.....2. 20 month lease is.....3. 2 years agreementI am very disappointed the way i was treated.

One of the worst experiences I ever had in a retail setting. They would straight up LIE to you. Staff there are incompetent and rude and especially ANTHONY who never gave me a chance to explain whats wrong with my iPhone 7. Instead he cut me off and mansplained about how he had the same experience and that I needed to go to the Apple Store despite having been there several times already. When I put Apple rep on the phone, he refused to speak to him meaning AT&T WAS IN THE WRONG and ANTHONY would be called out for his wrongdoing. He still made me pay the $45 restocking fee saying well, there arent any issues with the phone while my phone read NO SERVICE despite putting a brand new SIM in. They are lazy and would LIE TO YOU to make their lives easier.

Stopped in on a whim when ATT online & Samsung couldnt solve my problem after several attempts & hours. Talked to an associate who then directed me to Adam who was more of an Android expert and after looking at my phone suggested that I may have a virus. He gave me some relatively simple instruction and VOILA! no more problem. Entire effort to solve problem including stopping into the store & following his instructions, 30 minutes. If all stores had this kind of employee working for them I would virtually guarantee success & loyalty!
