Rude inexperienced made me have account holder come to store to find out phone is not in stock way to tell me then upsell on phone 50$ more wasted 20min more not in stock then the next phone up now from 180 phone iwanted to 300 phone lowest price phone in stock well either your management is rotten up to the top and you cant manage a simple retail product inventory turnover or sales personal are purposing lying to upsell for commissions. neither is ideal from a customer perspective with cash in hand.
After trying to get a technical issue resolved with my iPhone 13 Pro Max at another location, then on and off the phone for about 5 1/2 hours with tech support, I stopped in at this location with a tech support rep (Mariah) still on the line, who was also the most helpful one I had all day….the rep at this store (Devon) fixed the issue in a matter of 5 minutes! He made my day! I highly recommend this store!

Daven assisted me when my wife and I upgraded to newer iPhones. Seriously a cool dude, super helpful and explained everything I wanted to know. He easily transferred all the data from the old phones to the new ones and while we waited we talked about food, movies and shows. Great assistance must be recognized and we left with a smile! I recommend Daven 👍
Specific Store issue at 26285 Novi Rd, Novi, MI 48375.Horrendous in every way. TMobile ought to consider these guys for a serious and critical review of their interactions with clients.I have been a TMobile client for 15 yrs, 8+ months. My entire family with 4 lines are on TMobile. I wanted to add another line to port my home line to a mobile line. The need was to port a line and I checked it was eligible and I ordered a SIM online. Could not port it online so thought they could help out and went to the storeA nice gentleman (African American young fellow) receives you and starts working on activating my SIM and port the line. All going well so far.He goes inside for a brief moment and a lady comes out with another SIM card and tries to sell me a new card and a new activation fee.I politely mention, I have a Tmobile SIM and she declines to activate that.Her demeanor changes completely and she now wants additional fees and wants activation fees etc and monthly fee of $15 a month. I said all I needed was a $10 to add a line option.The rudeness at highest, she simply declines to service, guide or help me further.I say thanks but no thanks and walk out. The rudeness she exhibited warrants a super stronge reprimand. Even if you cannot help the client, point them politely to customer service. This lady should not work in front office at all.Now I leave this store and go to the Pontaic Trail store at 46670 W Pontiac Trail Unit 3, Commerce Charter Twp, MI 48390....They not only understood the problem. Solved it, added a line to my account for $10 and ported my landline too. All in tops 15 mins.Novi Store lady learn customer service as you just lost a client for life and any phone purchase upgrade or anything....you wont see us again.TMobile Corporate if you are listening to a 15 yr client of yours......this Sprint converted store of yours is a utter disaster on client handling.Adios Novi Store. I sadly cannot rate this store lower or put a star rating lesser than 1...........
The staff at the site were excellent. Very helpful. Unfortunately, the wireless home internet was not.

Customer service is acceptable. However, if it isn’t ironic enough, the location of the store is conveniently located in a dead zone... imagine trying to use data within the sprint store and not being able to do that because of terrible reception.. good look Sprint.
Just wanted to share my experience at this store. We had an awesome rep help us with everything we needed and more. Natasha exceeded our expectations at the store and answered every question me and my wife had about everything. She also took the time to explain EVERYTHING to us as well as took the time to connect and pair our new headphones and speakers for us! Also the manager was very helpful as well, he gave us really good deals on everything we bought and was very informative on everything.

It is just ok .i had there service for over 15 years as the years went by more and more problems main problem dropped calls it would drive me nuts it happened all the time .and i always had a really good new phone my wife also had the same problems.at our house we had sprints air rave and later we had there magic box still dropped calls. the carrier i have now is the best ive ever had so far. i can even go in my basement and never have a dropped call and my bill is over one hundred dollars cheaper a month for two phones .so im very happy now

Customer service was amazing. My account situation was very complicated but I was supposed to have a phone shipped to me. But instead they gave me the phone in the store after over an hour of them talking to higher ups and navigating back channels.
Very personable employees, answered all of my questions, and worked relentlessly with me to make sure I was getting the best plan for my individual needs. Everyone was amazing, but Naji was the one who handled my actual purchase. I thank him and the rest of the staff for their dedication.

I wanted to upgrade my phone and I went to the store three times and each time they had no phones in stock.
Sprint. Terrible service with a staff that just doesnt care. If you like poor reception, unreliable service, dropped calls, and customer support a half a world away that reads scripts to support you, then Sprint is for you. I believed their bunk about building the next gen network for years but the service is just as unreliable as always. And, they play all kinds of games when you try to move to another carrier. Ill never forget this experience. So long Sprint!

This is where I got the Sprint phone Ive been using ever since ..Today I went into the store to pay my bill and to get some help with my phone...as well as get a new charger.The young lady in there who helped me was very pleasant and competantly helped me with all of my needs,and soon I was on my way to Starbucks

I can understand some peoples complaints, however I was helped by a couple helpful employees. Danny, if I remember correctly, was the most helpful by far. When I switched both data and my phone, they didnt even charge me a restocking fee. Until I actually have a genuinely bad experience with these guys, I wont go below this rating.
This place is the absolute worst. DO NOT GO HERE. When I first walked into the store with my young children I was greeted with the sound of obscene music. It was so rank I wanted to cover my children’s ears so they could not hear sexual innuendo after sexual innuendo.The salesperson who came to me smelled like a mix of body odor, weed, alcohol, and two day old pizza. I was so disgusted that I had to walk out of the store.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible customer service. The young girl at the Novi Rd location, on Wednesday afternoon around 2:30 ish called me bro. What kind of ignorant type language is that to use in a place of business. The only reason I gave a rating of 1 star is because -10 is not an option. Sprint do an investigation, have the young lady look up my age and profession and ask her should she refer to me as bro. Is that appropriate language in a place of business? Did she judge me and thought it was appropriate language to use because of my outer appearance. Please please train these employees in customer service as I take my 5 lines to another carrier.

I went to this store when my phone suddenly died the other day. Darion was very helpful in assisting me in getting a new phone set up and activated. The only part I hate is that I was dumb enough to get a case and screen protector from the store, which ran me about $70. He did give me a discount on a wireless charger though, so I wasnt too irked afterwards.I didnt get a good look at the protector I bought and thought it was a tempered glass, the kind I would have preferred. Once it was installed (past the point of returning it), I noticed it didnt fully cover the glass screen of the phone (an LG V40 that has the curved screen edges) and left a good chunk of each side unprotected. The basic case also didnt have any raised edge with which to protect the phone. Pulled the phone out of my pocket 2 days later and there was a crack on the edge of the protector (never dropped or damaged it), which had spider cracked into 3 segments on the screen. Went online to get a TG protector, pulled off the flimsy plastic one, and havent had an issue sinceWas it my fault for not declining to buy these items? Sure...but just putting this warning out there to not buy protectors/cases/accessories from the phone store, unless you like paying huge markups. Im not going to hold against them the push to get additional services added on, like the Tidal music service or mobile hot-spot data, because I know that corporate puts pressure on those sales numbers.

They dont deserve 1 star. These people are the worst. I went to ask about a $25 overcharge on my bill and after waiting 15 minutes, they told me they didnt know why it was charged and told me they couldnt help me in the store. I was told to call customer service. What good are they if they cant tell their own customers why they are being charged. I hope sprint is disbanded and these people go out of business.

Finally switched my phone plan out of Sprint. In my three years of using sprint I never successfully got anything done in this store. They are actually not capable of doing anything. That isnt a metaphor, no matter what the reason I went in there they immediately instructed me to take my problems to the Northville store instead. Biggest waste of time possible. To my knowledge, this store is only capable of selling you a phone, not even to establish a plan, and I feel so bad for anyone who is deciding to switch to sprint. If you live in this area, choose another carrier. Sprint coverage isnt worth it in metro Detroit if they paid you to use it and gave you the newest phone for free every 3 months.
This Sprint store has awful customer service. One of the workers name Jai is not very friendly at all. If you expect to be seen at your appointment time or near your appointment time....dont hold your breathe. Because they dont honor appointment times. I was told i had to stand in line then i could be seen. I asked what was the point of making an appointment?. I was told to be guaranteed I would be seen. Im sure they could guarantee that until they close. They are really slow. I will not be coming back to this one. I will stick with the friendly Sprint employees in West Bloomfield on Haggerty Road.....Austin is very nice, patient and helpful.Btw: After waiting for almost 45min. Because the walk in customers in front of me got seen first. I ended up leaving.
