I use auto pay but I had to go in store so I paid my bill while I was there. No they are saying I didnt pay and have suspended my account. They also said in my account that I had credit equal to what I paid because they withdrew from my account and I paid. For 2 newish phones my bill hit $338.09. I had my phone by myself and was paying $130. Then I added a phone and was told my phone bill wouldnt go over $220 no matter what. That was the highest. Now Im done with AT&T.
The easiest, friendliest, and all-around best experience I have ever had doing something cell phone-related, at AT&T or an authorized retailer. Samantha helped me out and she was super helpful and knowledgeable. She was honest with me while also helping me see the benefits of the newer products, and I walked out with everything I needed in record time and covered with a solid warranty and insurance. Honestly, this is the best kept cell phone secret in town - go now before everyone else realizes it and the wait times start to get wild.
The kind agent is the best, I spent the money on accessories at that store not Amazon as I normally do because of the people. We should offer our business locally first. That is what the core of community is. If they dont meet your standards ( or just offer an alternate viewpoint and make me very happy) then give Bezos another evil compound to rule you from.

I had a situation happen that I didnt feel was handled well at all. After calling AT&T and still not having the issue resolved I went back into the store. Samantha (the manager) went out of her way to make sure I was taken care off and that what I was originally was told, happened. Both Samantha and Jami were excellent and are the reason we are staying with AT&T. Thank you ladies!

The clown of a manager here decided to sign me up for insurance on my new phone without asking me and the wait time was almost unbearable.
I didn’t have to wait in line, and the sales rep helped me with things with ease, things I’ve been trying to puzzle out with other reps and haven’t yet. I’m super happy it’s all figured out now!!
