I was just in this location with my husband because we were having issues with the service we had through another company. The manager here who just started at this location 3 days prior was AMAZING . He got us a great deal and was so helpful. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy when we left. I spent an hour and a half at this location just to walk out empty handed. The customer service from the manager was great, but from the other floor employee it was just bad. During my visit I worked with the other floor employee, and I was only asked my name, the PIN number for the account and a few other things regarding my account. We stood there in silence (the speakers were not playing any music for some reason) for about a hour with a few simple questions here and there. Come to find out, what I was requesting to do would take much longer to complete and I would be paying a significant amount of money on the spot. I did not want to do this and wished I was given this information at the beginning of the conversation instead of after an hour and a half of being there.
Loved David and Steve. Helpful, funny, nice, saved us a ton of money every month. These guys were patient with us as they helped us save money. Cannot recommend this store enough. Super friendly to my rambunctious 4 year old. Thank you!
My phone was damaged and I needed help getting a new one. The staff on that day was awful! Offered no assistance. I had to go home and take care if it from my computer. She should be fired.

We came in as Sprint customers extremely unhappy with our recent bill and they went above and beyond to help us get a better plan that overall worked way better for our family. Went to the store today to get help with my new iphone. Was greeted by two fantastic young men, Sean & Ahren. They both helped me get my new iPhone set up. The hooked me up with a case and invisible shield to help with my kids little fingers and covid. Highly recommend coming to this location and asking for these two fantastic gentlemen. Sometime we forget to notice outstanding customer service. So I want to make sure these gentlemen get the recognition they deserve. Well done sirs!

I have had the worst experience at this store in the past. The past two managers were terrible and ripped me off. The first gave me a deal that didn’t exist and the second said he would make up for the problem the last one did and then avoided me like the plague.I called yesterday and they have a new manager and the experience I had with him was amazing. Not only did he promise to send the info to his territory manager but he also didn’t let me leave empty handed and gave me the max bill credits he was able to to try and make up for the terrible past experiences I have had.
Dont fall for the Managers Special - $200 worth of free accessories when you buy a new phone. Its a scam! Even the T-Mobile phone reps acknowledge its sketchy. Heres how it works: you get the freebies, theyre added to your account as equipment, youre charged for them each month, and the store is supposed to add a credit to your account each month to cover the extra cost, thereby making them *free*! This may work fine in a well-run store, but this particular location has 1. changed managers without crossing over any of the info on which accounts to credit, 2. has an exceptionally elusive manager who never seems to be available, 3. Wont simply pay off the entire extra amount in a lump sum, but will pay a random $25 that should cover two months at a time. Then, to have this credit applied to the equipment, you have to call T-Mobile and specify it should go toward the equipment. Every time. Keep in mind, this is supposed to stretch out for TWO YEARS. Two years of calling to ask the store to pay their part, two years of calling T-Mobile to ask them to properly apply the credit. The sales person will repeatedly assure you that the items are totally free, which they are, if you dont count the hassle involved. I should have known better - nothing is ever free!
The staff here are awesome and super nice. I was looking for a particular item and they helped me find it in a style that I liked and fit fit my budget. Other places Id gone had me running in circles from store to store without really giving me any real information, but this T-Mobile really took care of me!

Phone company with Good service, their employees definitely know what their doing. Small store, easy to become crowded. Easy to buy new phone and or other devices, easy to transfer info of off other devices on to new/ old ones. There is allot of windows..
1000% idiocy. Stood around in here waiting much longer than I should have just to buy a phone. Im not sure what was worse; being subjected to the bubblegum garbage top 40 soundtrack or the incredibly incompetent employees. But really, what else did you expect?
The people working here are awesome. Super friendly. Great sense of humor. Extremely helpful and patient. Griffin was the one who helped my wife and I ditch the outrageously expensive Sprint and we are absolutely delighted to be back with T-Mobile. They have the best customer service I have ever delt with. Thank you!!

I was trying to transfer my service and number from another carrier to T-Mobile by purchasing a SIM card online only to find that the card had already been redeemed. When I put the SIM card into my phone, it was receiving Russian text messages, super weird!I went to this T-Mobile store and the representative (Admittedly, I dont remember the mans name - sorry!) had me in and out of the store in under 15 minutes. The staff person apologized for the inconvenience and replaced my SIM card and even assisted with the number transfer in-store which finished without incident. He also laid out all the various plans they had available (even one not visible online) based on how much data Id be using in the future.I cant speak for others but my personal experience here was overwhelmingly positive...though I understand it can be hit or miss at these kinds of establishments depending on what you are trying to accomplish or who you deal with.
My note 8 had charging issues was there about 20 minutes and was all taken care of replacement phone was in my hands in 2 days.they set it up for me with everything I had in my old one..very professional thank you very much..A+++

The people who work here made my skin crawl. The guy helping my boyfriend called his phone savage. Thats not the only time he used the word either. He also said my pop-socket was savage minutes later. The guy was pretty young, but I dont find the usage of that word to be appropriate for a work environment in any way. After he established that he couldnt help us with transferring the phone information and told us we had to go to another location, we had all four team members staring at us like zombies with glazed over eyes. Im guessing it was to get us to leave since they said they couldnt help us. It was really uncomfortable.Time of visit: 5/13 at 3:20 pm
Absolutely the worst store I have ever been to. The manager there is rude and disrespectful. As a owner of my own company and a business account holder this store is not very good for business. I would advise going to another store even if the drive is a little out of the way.
Ive been with T mobile for nearly 13 years, so you can so my love for them. This particular location however had the worst customer service that Ive had in a long time. One of the employees was sleeping, and a fellow employee (girl) woke him (blonde boy) up after I was in the store a few minutes. WHAT sleeping on the job, come on.
This store is run by lazy, rude teenagers or young adults! The T-Mobile website listed this store as a place where I could return the signal boosters that didn’t work for me. I must have interrupted their time on social media, but both ‘representatives’ were on their phones and didn’t seem eager to greet me. One of the kids told me very rudely they don’t accept packages. No apologies or nothing. Piss poor customer service.
I traded in my iPhone 6 back in October because I upgraded to the 7. Every month up until now Im still being billed for it and it cant be tracked because the sales associate never gave me a receipt or tracking number after taking in my old device. Even after I requested one, she assured me it wasnt necessary and that theyd take care of it. I called 3 months later and the manager said hed look into the missing case and that he would call me back but he never did.
Would give zero stars if possible the manager Kaitlyn was condescending and unwilling to help my grandmother. do better tmobile.
City Center motel . seaside or. My room smells like cigarette smoke. A non smoking room plus supposed to be handicapp accessible. And I cant get in the room or up the ramp without assistance. I cant get my wheelchair past the bed to get to the bathroom. My son had to push the bed over to push me thru to the toilet. For 140. Per night I expected better. We were here on a thurs and friday. I cant recommend this for handicap people esp. If you cant walk. Also the bathroom floor around the toilet was not clean you clould see were someone had missed. Never had a room this bad in 68 yrs.
Cant say enough about Roberto, Victor and Kaitlyn . We had some very frustrating phone problems but they would not quit until they found the solution. Highly recommended !
