Took my Honda Civic here after someone hit it while it was parked in the street. They were very professional, personable, and gave me a fair quote. We made an appointment to get the car into the shop for a few days later, and in less than a week it was ready for pickup. My car looks good as new, they matched the pearl white paint perfectly, and the welding job is top notch. Not only that, but the final bill was less than the quote! I would highly recommend this body shop!

My car was ready February 23. These guys did a wonderful job. The car was also returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. Rachel is the best!! She was very helpful and kept me informed. It was also convenient to have Enterprise Car Rental satellite set-up there. Kia is also the best!! I didnt have to go out of my way regarding a rental. My repair seems to be well done although this is day 2. I was so upset with the chalked film all over the inside of car from the compound they used or was from the body work. It looked some used a dirty rag and it dryer chalky.. My car should have detailed cleaned inside and out as much as they charged my insurance...

Amazing service!!!!

Lack of accountability to their customers... Refused to take responsibility on unclear disclosure of risk in replacing windshield. Resulted in an unwarrantied replacement that cracked within 4 months that the installer refused to fix. Also did not disclose issue with ac system until the day i picked up after having it in their shop for 2 weeks which caused system to fail. Spoke to manager and he was rude and dismissive of complaints. Will not use or recommend again

Great customer service gets you in & out

Cant rate these guys high enough! Accidents are a sucky part of life but they made it super easy (even during a holiday) and were so friendly the entire time. I hope I wont have to be back but if I do happen to get into an unfortunate incident again, Ill choose northend.
