I had my vehicle serviced at this location earlier this month. My truck was hit while parked and caused damages to the front corner on the drivers side and the wheel was hitting the front quarter panel, I felt unsafe to drive it and the young lady at the front desk was able to accommodate me and take care of taking my truck in even though I did not have an appointment. The gentleman I was in contact with was very thorough and patient with me in explaining what needed to be done. It felt very reassuring that they were professional from the beginning and that they had a relationship with my insurance State Farm and made this super easy for me and my truck looked brand new again! I will definitely be bringing my car in for more work to be done that I will be paying for myself. I will recommend to anyone that needs their cars fixed . Thank you service king!

Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful in getting me all set up when dropping off my vehicle. My vehicle was ready before the date they had promised me. The service advisor kept me updated throughout the repair process of my vehicle. It was returned to me spotless and like new again! Definitely would do business again here in the future if needed.

A driver in an SUV backed into my car while it was in a line of unmoving cars in a crowded parking lot. Although the damage was not serious, there were some scratches and a dent on the left side between the door and the rear wheel. Fortunately, the driver was very honest. He provided his information and filed a claim with his insurance company. That company works with Service. King, so I took my car there for the repairs.I brought the car in for an estimate and then got the repairs scheduled on a day of.my choice, which was a Monday. I was hoping that the repairs would be done by the weekend and was very pleased that the car was ready on Thursday. As I live nearby, I walked over and got the car. The left side looks great again. I was treated with courtesy and friendliness, too.Had I needed it, Service King could have provided me with a rental car. That was good to know, although in this case it wasnt necessary.

Needed my car repaired after someone scraped it in the grocery store parking lot. I took it to Service King in Oak Park and a gentleman named Stanford Berry took care of me from the beginning to end. He arranged for my rental car drop-off and pick-up, and sent me texts on the progress of my repair. When I picked up my vehicle it was cleaner than when I originally dropped it off. Hopefully, I dont need to have my vehicle repaired again, but if I do I would return because of the good work and great service.

I went to get my truck repaired a couple weeks ago, I was in a fender bender. Everyone was so friendly, the shop felt welcoming and they made the check-in process really easy and covid friendly. Once they started working on my truck there were some underlying issues with my truck, from the accident. Alejandra was really informative, and open to explaining what was going on. The communication was all there. Over all a great experience, and Irecommend this location to my friends and family.

Good attention to receive your car. But once they have the job, the goal is to finish it. and in a faster way. using Chinese parts. So they are not perfectly installed, keeping the assembly line, it is not perfect as when you buy your Car. To deliver it to you is not the same careful attention as when they received the car. they are not retailers. If they change a head lights, nor do they change the burned out lights. they leave you the ones you brought., I did not like the work they did, the truth was a lot of money that the insurance company

Good service, friendly staff. My only knock on them is their use of Hertz in Oak Park, which is not a great location. Understaffed and overworked would best describe Hertz in Oak Park. If I had to use Service King again, I’d definitely go with Enterprise. Otherwise no complaints.
Service king is pretty quick on service. We did get our vehicle back in less then a week but I did notice the area that was painted had some paint drips on it and other spots felt ruff from paint. I did tell the girl there and she told me to bring vehicle back any day to have that fixed .
They’re so helpful with what I actually needed for my car! highly recommend this place.

I was involved in an accident where the person who hit my vehicle had fled the scene, and I got his information and his insurance said this was one of the shops to go to repair my 2020 Toyota Highlander.I went there on Friday, May 14th to pick up my car, only to be told my car was not ready because they “had 3 Toyota Highlanders at the shop, and mixed my vehicle for someone else’s”. Even when I called Wednesday to get an estimate on what day it’ll be ready, then I called Thursday to get a better idea what time so I can get off work. I was told 1pm by Friday. Then I called Friday morning to triple check it’ll be ready by 1PM.Because the workers did not double check which vehicle was mine, I ended up missing a day of work, paying for Uber’s, and paying for a babysitter for my kids.On top of all that, I was never given an apology, so I had to argue with the people at the front desks. Jennifer was the one I spoke to multiple times, and she was the one who told me the only option is for ME to pay for a rental car for their mistake. They told the general manager Abel, about the situation and I was offered a gift card for $100 for the inconvenience, an interior cleaning for my vehicle, and that they would buff my entire car. This sounded dumb because I purchased this brand new vehicle not even 6 months prior so why would I need buffing when the exterior is in excellent condition. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.When I went to drop off my car for the buffing and interior cleaning, one of the ladies said “the manager told me to give you this”. This was disappointing because the general manager didn’t even have the guts to show his face to apologize about this whole inconvenience, and every time I tried to talk to him he was “busy”. The worker seemed to be insincere about the situation. The interior of my vehicle was definitely NOT cleaned, and I am questioning whether they even buffed my vehicle because it seems like they just did an exterior car wash. They did however pay for my Uber to drop my vehicle off so they could “buff and clean the interior of my vehicle” which they definitely did NOT do. All in all, I missed more than a day of work, which costs definitely more than $100, and they lied about what they would accommodate me with.This location is completely unprofessional and it was a severely disappointing situation. I definitely would not recommend anybody I know to go here for any type of auto needs.

Service King was one of my options my insurance provided when my car was struck in a hit and run accident back on April 13th. And it took until May 6th to have any sort of communication of what were the next steps for my vehicle. Service King was very unprofessional in their lack of communication to me as well as to my insurance company. Every phone conversation in regards to the status of my car was initiated by me, the customer. Not once did Service King follow up with me. And whenever I called I was told that my insurance was to blame and come to find out that was not true. No one from Service King apologized for the delay or explained to me why it took so long to just get an estimate done. 3 weeks to communicate to my insurance that the car was a total loss. And at no point was I updated about this process. NowI am in a situation that my insurance has reached its limit for paying for a rental car, and I have to either pay the cost of the rental car or have no mode of transportation for work and other essential needs. Had there been some sort of communication done in the three weeks that Service King had my vehicle maybe I could have this issue resolved, but because of their negligence I have been inconvenienced. I would not recommend Service King for their lack of communication, timeliness and professionalism.

I waited 30 to 40 minutes to pick up my car although I had an appointment. I had questions regarding scratches that were not done. I was told that they would get back to me after they reviewed the pictures, that never happened. Other than that, I was pleased with everything else.
I appreciate the communication but picked up my car and some damage was not done as well as dusty back seat and trunk. Then there us a rough film on mist of the car. Manager assured me that he will make ut right but the inconvenience is not what I need.

The repair experience at service king of Oak Park really exceeded my expectations. I was prepared for callbacks and minor imperfections which is normal considering the complexity and the scope of the repairs being made, but no, after i took delivery of my 2017 Audi q7 after a major crash, and driving it for 2 days to make sure everything was all right, It Felt as if i purchased a brand new car. Even the noises that the Audi dealership dismissed as a regular wear and treat suddenly disappeared after the body work done on my doors, bumper, front and headlight.All the crew involved was fully professional and knowledgeable: Abel, Stanford and Juan.Thank you guys, i am impressed and happy owner of a brand new (again) car.

Quick turnaround and excellent job from the team. Had some rodents that chewed through wires under the hood and Service king was able to provide a much simpler, more cost effective fix than the dealership was suggesting.

Very detailed and professional body work! This is the first place I tell people to go when the need a auto body shop.
The estimate was to replace and paint a rear bumper. They had the new bumper painted so we could drop the car off when ready to install. Upon arrival with the car, I was told that the estimate forgot to include the cost of painting. After a discussion I was told to forget the extra cost. So we dropped the car off. Upon picking up the car, there was an extra charge because they claimed the part cost more than they estimated. Also I had to point out the attachment of the bumper to the side of the car did not line up. The car had to stay there overnight. Hopefully they fix it correctly. Never heard of a cost being changed after the estimate was accepted.
I received a phone call from the Manager, Alexa Santana (Oak Park office), whom is very loquacious, became irate, and screamed at me the duration of the call. After asking him to lower his tone with no success I disconnected the call (I never raised my voice with him). His inability to control his emotions was very unprofessional and disrespectful. A few days prior to the call, I arrived to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived the bumper was replaced but the trunk that was noted on the paperwork as being inoperable was NOT repaired. Instead of the body shop taking accountability for their oversight which was not checking the trunk lock and lever to ensure that they were operable after the repairs; numerous employees told me that the issue wasnt due to the accident where I was REAR ENDED and instead due to a rusted lock. One employee (Tony) even told me I wasnt rear ended...he wasnt there, I had a police report that said I was, and the person that rear ended me had accepted liability. Prior to me arriving they had never checked/inspected the trunk or the mechanics of the trunk. After taking the car out of my sight they returned and said the lock is rusted, they tried to oil it, and Im responsible. So today after the call, I had to call the insurance whom was liable for the accident and they agreed to schedule an appointment for an adjustor to come out and inspect the lock in order to assist in determining the cause. At the same time the body shop said theyd repair the lock at no cost for labor (wonder why theyd want to do that? Perhaps you made a mistake). While they researched the part I returned home and put a DROP of oil on the key, inserted it into the lock and turned and the trunk opened. I was told three guys had tried the same thing and couldnt get it open because it was rusted out....really. Next time take accountability for your oversight and Alexa take your frustrations out on the person responsible...YOU. And any man that disrespects a woman is no man.Also, the receptionist Martha could do a much better job of greeting customers when they arrive. Get off the computer, make eye contact, and say hello, how may I help you. No charge for that.Promote Krystal because she is the only person I encountered that remained professional and courteous throughout the experience. She understands its not about getting a buck but getting business and these days its all about customer service. Thank you Krystal.
Let me tell ya.. I posted a horrible review about Tony and the work that was done to my front bumper, my review on tony still remains the same, but why blame the whole shop on one mans horrible mistakes. Tony sucks, cant stress that enough. He has no respect, no peoples skills, no type of communication skills. When I posted my review I received a call from the manager A Mr. Santana (sorry if I misspelled) this guy literally revived my hope back to life, he fixed the issue I was furious about, hes made me happy & honestly satisfied me to the fullest. In less than an hour the issue of my headlight was taken care of while Tony is telling me I have to do it on my own, no type of integrity or common courtesy. I give credit where credit is due and Mr. Santana is the most down to earth man Ive met and dealt with through this whole headache. Im really glad he contacted me because I was going nuts. I appreciate service king to the fullest and Mr Santana and will be going back if God forbid something happens in the future, my trust with them has been restored, thank you! As for tony my review will remain the same about him until I get an apology of which I deserve for all the nonsense you put my through.

The bumper on my car had gotten misaligned due to an illegal tow.Another body shop said that it would be a minimum of $300 to fix, and could be over a thousand dollars if they had to replace the bumper. Noe looked it over and was able to fix it in ten minutes. NO CHARGE! He refused to accept a tip, and gave me an ice cold water while I waited. If I ever need body work again, I will use Service King!
PSA announcement- please think twice before bringing your car to this Auto Body shop. My car was hit by someone covered by Allstate, and Service King is a preferred vendor, so I thought I wouldn’t have a problem here. However, after getting my car back, I saw a tear in the leather on my drivers side door. Our car is only 9 months old, and I am 100% positive that tear was not there prior. I immediately called and brought my car in for them to look at. Alexis, the shop manager, got defensive and told me he had no idea how this could have happened and denied any liability. I proceeded to tell him that they drove my car and placed floor mats down so it is very possible that a worker had a tool or something that gauged the leather in the door. If auto shop workers with tools couldn’t possibly have done this, how could I have done this in a matter of having my car back for a few hours??? Also, I have owned 4 cars for the last 25 years and have NEVER cut, torn, scratched or gauged the leather like this before. EVER. They called back days later offering me a $150 buff job, which is insulting because the outside of my car is new, in excellent condition and NOT in any way in need of buffing. What I need is for you to fix the tear in my leather. Or at least have the decency to treat me with a small amount of respect whether or not you think your company is liable and say this could have happened and not pretend like it’s out of the realm of reason that an auto body worker damaged my car. Again, think long and hard before trusting your car to Service King.
