Your store had exactly what I needed--the huge 6v battery that I had already I known I needed (you all are the only store that carries it) plus items I had forgotten/overlooked until I saw them in the store (a flashlight bulb, lithium 9v batt., lithium AA batt.). The staff member was extra friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful. He was committed to seeing that my needs had been met. I really appreciate it.

Fast friendly service

This place is called Batteries Plus Bulbs, and the one time I went needing a specific battery and a few of a specific bulb, they had neither. And what they did have was drastically more expensive than what you could get on Amazon. Employee told me that they only sell higher quality products than you typically get on Amazon, but a bulb that lasts for 5 to 10 years, works for me at a significantly lower price point. I cant imagine the difference are that significant to account for that drastic of a price. My guess is it is to cover overhead of running a store in Oak Park.

They are more likely than anyone to have any battery or bulb you may need. Maybe a bit pricy but going there saves you having to search all over for what you need.

Best place they have it all different types batteries, electronics and many more option. I got some batteries their I was looking for ever, literally one year...Luv this place... Highly Recommend this place if batteries is what you are looking for!

This place makes recycling batteries very simply. Bring them in, drop them on the counter and go. All done in 5 minutes.

Called the Oak Park store (#891), and after giving my daughters vehicle Year, Make, and Model (2014 Nissan Versa), they verified on the phone that they could install the battery that they had in stock, which I then bought online. Subsequently, after my daughter got her car jump started, she drove the car all the way out from Chicago, to pick up and have the battery installed at the Oak Park store (#891). Upon getting there, they told my daughter that they were not capable of installing the battery. They should not have lied to me on my earlier phone call, stating that they could install the battery.

Staff was very honest and helpful. I brought my iPhone in when it wasnt taking a charge. They told me they would have to replace the charging port and I left it with them. They called maybe 10 minutes later and told me that after cleaning out the dust and lint from the charging port the phone was charging like normal so I came back and picked up my phone at no cost. They could have told me they replaced the charging port and I would not have known the difference and paid full price. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of both John and Hector.

Piece of cake!A year later, took my sons iPhone in for a repair (his home button was not working). Staff apologized and said that they did not carry that part for his older phone but recommended that I check Amazon. Found and ordered one and brought it in.
