This is the fourth time (not for the same house or issues) weve called this company to have work done at our house or rental. Clearly we think this company does a great job. Paul, our latest installer, did an excellent job. He was very meticulous and professional. Our experience was excellent.

Friday night my garage door jumped the tracks and was impossible for me to move up or down. It was beyond my ability to fix. I called ASAP Garage door repair Saturday morning thinking hopefully Monday they could come out. They were able to put me on a repair schedule for Saturday and by the end of the day it was totally fixed at a reasonable price too. I highly recommend ASAP and would definitely use them again. My garage door spring broke and they were out here the next day. They fixed it within 25 mins. ASAP has been professional and easy to work with from initial estimate up to installation. I had a 27 year old garage Door that was no longer working properly. They replaced the entire garage door system in one afternoon. Paul the guy installing the garage door was friendly and he took the time to explain to me how to work the system in the end. Its great to hear a cheerful voice when you call a company and its even better when the technician who arrives at your door has a great attitude as well. KC called to let me know he was on his way and explained why there was a change in technicians. When he arrived, he was masked and cognizant of the distance between us, which I appreciated greatly. He took time to assess what was going on with my garage opener and door and once I approved his recommendation and quote, got right to work. He estimated that it would take an hour to 90 minutes to complete and he was done and gone in a little over an hour. During the review of his finished work, KC gave me a heads up regarding the spring and warned me not to operate the opener if the spring breaks (greatly appreciated as well). If it does break, Ill be calling ASAP again and hope that KC is sent to do the work! This type of customer service and efficiency makes it easy to recommend a company to others. I would definitely recommend Asap garage to anyone who needs garage door help. When they were the only company who absolutely stands by their 24/7, and came out that Sunday, which was a definite plus because no other garage door company answered or even returned my call. They had to special order our garage door because it is not a standard size which was perfectly fine since the guy who came out that Sunday physicality pushed the dent as much as possible so we could get it to close until they could get one made & he still sincerely apologized for the delay in getting the door & I let him know that it was fine. The price to my surprise for a special ordered door due to a size thats not standard was affordable & it was awesome to see the new door go up piece by piece. In the end service was outstanding & the new door is definitely extremely better than the old one with no gaps and perfect weather sealing. I had a problem with the repair a company did on my garage door so I called Lift Master and ended up talking to a gentlemen named Larry Hensley. He was very patient with me and listened to me and he helped me.The company was suppose to contact Lift Master today but they didnt. Bless Larry for calling me and he got the part ordered. I am so pleased that he took time to care. It is nice to talk to caring people. I will be 82 and sometimes you are lucky enough to get someone that cares.

ASAP replaced the weather stripping on the bottom of my garage door and did an excellent job. The door is 50 years old and no direct replacement was available so it was necessary to improvise and mechanically attach a new strip. The results was a success and they also lubricated the door and it looks and operates like new.... I highly recommend ASAP.

John was my service tech in 2018 for a broken spring and Mike was my service tech in 2021 for a bad cable.I recently called in February right after we got hammered with a ton of snow. I called ASAP Garage Door Repair yesterday evening and by 2 PM today my garage door has been fixed! I have spent the last year doing a lot of repairs on an older house and its been extremely frustrating dealing with so many unprofessional contractors, so ASAP Garage Door Repair was a breath of fresh air - they were so quick and professional.

David was awesome! My garage door would not close, he instructed me to go to a YouTube video to adjust sensors and this worked perfectly! Diagnosed the problem over the phone and he knew he did not have time to make it to me until next week. Top notch customer service.

Bill was able to squeeze me in on short notice for a garage door opener repair job. He replaced both springs, added new metal pulleys and cabling, and even added safety cabling to secure the large heavy springs in place (in case they break again 5-10 years down the road). Company showed up in a rusty old truck that leaked oil in my street and the man stunk like cigarettes and grease. He didn’t wear a mask and I couldn’t trust anything he said he replaced my broken spring in 10 minutes and left. My cable broke a week later and I called another company. They came out the next day and pulled up in a nice new clean wrapped van the technician was clean and even smelled good I asked him and he was wearing Dior Sauvage. They spent a considerable amount of time with me and addressed all the issues ASAP missed. I called customer service and ASAP doesn’t even have an office in Michigan and techs aren’t background checked. Also was informed they had to change their name from a different name.

I took three bids from local garage repair companies. A-1 Garage Door gave me a competitive bid and completed the work on the same day. I was very happy with the new door installation and new weather strips. Mike completed the work quickly but with professional attention to detail. He cleaned up all of the boxes and packaging, and removed the old door panels. Mike was also careful to wear a mask and socially distance during the work. I would not hesitate to call them again.
