Alex Reich was the technician who came out to service us. Very attentive and helpful! He explained everything in terms easy to understand. We had to purchase new springs and rollers. Alex did and excellent job in no time and also showed me how to lubricate the parts of the garage door that need lubrication 2 or 3 times a year. Our sensors or wiring stopped working suddenly right before we were to go on vacation. The service tech made some suggestions to try over the phone to help avoid having to get a technician out. When those didnt work, I was hoping someone could come out the next day, but even better they were able to send someone out that very evening. Ben couldnt have been more helpful and efficient. I contacted Beck Garage Door Repair Co after one of the springs broke on our 30year old wooden tilt garage doors. I called them on Saturday morning and Ben came out later in the morning and replaced the springs. I had to have him back out a week later because the garage door was no longer close using the garage door opener that was over 20 years. The springs were too tight and the old opener was no longer strong enough to close the door. He made some adjustments on the garage door and lubed the opener and it worked for a while. He said the opener would probably not last much longer and he was right. We will now have to replace the opener. They are prompt in responding each time I call.

Beck Garage Door Repair swindled us. They sent a con man to our house to repair our garage door. He offered a discount for cash payment and actually followed my husband to the bank! We paid $445 for a $300 repair! Beck wont make it right and we cant talk to a manager. Beck is not licensed to do business in the state. Dont do business with this rip-off company. They get no stars.

I had a broken Torsion spring and called Beck Garage Door Repair Co. The service engineer who came was Ken. He did a safety inspection even before he started the work and then made some good recommendations. I also had him change my old garage door opener to a new liftmaster wifi opener. Not sure how this business is operational. Called for a quote, was told someone would be at my house between a two hour window. Waited two hours nothing, called and was told someone would contact me shortly.
