Amazing service from Shacira. Will use storage center in the future.

Service here is horrible, they call you when you’re a day late on your unit but there is never anyone in the lobby to assist you while on the property. Wish I had the ability to move my items to a different storage facility, wouldn’t recommend this place to NO ONE... DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS AT THIS PUBLIC STORAGE.. Lastly, my unit is on the 5t floor and the elevator is DOWN WOW!

Jeniece was fantastic.She made sure I received my unit and my lock.She is very welcoming and she clearly works hard.The process was fast and efficient

This place is very unsanitary. This place is never cleaned. They do not have any moving carts. The doors dirty, the floors dirty, the elevator dirty. This is considered an essential place of business the manager and employees are not cleaning this place as they should. I love public storage I have never saw a facility this dirty. Never would recommend this location again. Moving my items out immediately.

Bonnie is great. I don’t do reviews but she asked me if I give great service. The answer is always yes. I come in every month to pay my bill but my storage is in California. She always has a smile and ask me how the family is. Thank you Bonnie for always being so happy and helpful, wish there was more people like you working with the public

I came in at the end of the night to get a storage space. In the middle of looking at different sizes I had to leave because of a family emergency. Best storage place Ive had in awhile. I was in a moving stage and i needed a place to put my belongings. I believe that a company should have excellent staff. This place has the best staff around from Daryl to Zachary and another older woman that i forgot her name. This is a place that i will use until Im done moving. **update** very helpful staff and hats off to Daryl for helping me move some small things when i checked out!! Best staff ever!!

I have my stuff at another public storage but I always come and pay with Bonnie. She is the nicest person. She always makes you feel welcome and you leave with a smile every time. You have such a great employee I wish everyone had a Bonnie working for them.

This is the worst place that Ive ever rented at. The prices are a rip off and the office lies. I would never recommend them to anyone. The prices are better at Michigan Storage Center, which is just around the corner, anyway. Michigan Storage is also a lot cleaner!Do yourself a favor...avoid Public Storage Oak Park!

I had a reservation for Thursday. When I arrived I was greeted by Bonnie. She is great she showed me some different size storage areas and also helped me get things to protect my belongings. She is so nice and genuine I would tell anyone that needs to store things to go see her.

My experience at this location was above and beyond, from making the reservation over the phone to getting a call about 2 minutes later from Zach at the site to getting a call from Brittany because we didnt make it at the time we planned to receiving superb customer service once we arrived. They were very informative and personable, they work very well together. I felt as though they knew me and my family, so kind and helpful in making sure we understood everything about obtaining the storage unit. We even shared a few laughs and I believe it was genuine. Thank you Nina for the great customer service! she made the process quick & easy which is not what I am use to, coming straight from bootcamp! I had called the call center, made a reservation for a 5x5 & I ended up having more stuff then it would fit so I ended up getting a 5x10 but changing everything was super simple, quick & easy. Nina makes you feel like your old friends. i love that personality.

I thought this process would be a pain, and not worth the money. But I had some amazing help from Daryl, Tenia, and Rachel. They were all very nice and informative. Everybody was patient with me even though it was right before closing time. I really appreciated all the help and kindness I received. This location with most definitely be the only one I use.
