This location is so efficient, although busy, they know how to handle things professionally and quickly! Super convenient location and they go out of their way to make sure things go right the first time. 👍🏻

3 people behind the counter, one person doing nothing. The other 2 helping the same 2 people for 15 minutes. I came to drop off a package with a prepaid label and they are making me wait my turn. Id give this place a 0 star rating if I could. Worse than the post office!

I went to this UPS store when I needed a will notarized and witnessed, and once I got in the door after waiting outside in the Covid line, the process was friendly, fast, and efficient. Manager Angela did the notarizing, and she asked two other employees to serve as witnesses. And the cost for this and notarizing another document was only $7.00.I am especially appreciative of them because I know of nobody I can impose upon to be witnesses, and I discovered that while Chase and Fifth Third banks would notarize the document, they wont provide witnesses.I would definitely go there again.

CJ and the team are just always so helpful and nice. I see them probably once or twice per week for package pickups. Im really grateful this location exists in Oak Park.

Ive been a customer of this UPS Store for several years now, and I must say that Im always pleased with their service. Maybe its because I actually feel like they take stock in who I am beyond a mailbox number, and they make sure that Im quite sure of everything before shipping anything out. Ive even had them tell me that shipping with someone else might be better for me because of price. CJ, the general manager is always professional, even when there is someone standing in line chewing her out for prices that she cant really change. Every employee that she has hired has always been professional as well. Angela, Skylar and everyone else always have a smile on their faces, and continue to exude it under pressure. After moving from proximity of the store, I continue to keep my mailbox because I like going where I know Ill be treated well. Keep up the good work you all!

I Just went to those store, because usually I go in the others UPS when I need to print some pages.In any UPS used I send to their email address what I need to print and they print and they charge me about the number pages they print... no more because I don’t use the store computer.Well this is the only one UPS store that charged me $3 for 1 page and they also printed with colors. All the other store ask if I want regular or color print.Well I will never use this store after this time.Usually all the UPS store charge me 55cent for a page not $3. That’s incredible!

Had a shipment ready with label in hand and all that was necessary was a UPS box from the store which oddly enough they dont carry. They only have overnight envelopes. This, after waiting in a socially distanced line for ten minutes.

Nice staff with the exception of the woman (owner? manager?) who is consistently unpleasant and seems to dislike interacting with people. I avoid this location now and instead go to the UPS store on North Ave just east of Harlem.

Dont use this location. Incompetent, rude staff. Better any place else. Horrible experience. Employees there must really hate their job. USPS ten times better if you believe it!

Their internet connection got offline for about an hour so we had to wait but everything went smooth when they fixed the internet back.

I went in for a document to be notarized and mailed via the UPS services and was told that due to COVID, they could not do a process that takes 2 mins without an appointment. I was told the notary was booked up for the day even tho I was the only person at the location for 10 mins other than a couple deliveries they received. I was told by a heavyset curly haired African American girl that “I’m not a notary so I don’t know how long it takes”. I called a UPS location in Tinley Park and received immediate help. Hmmm... same company different location, different rules I guess.

There is a lady with short blonde hair that is one of the rudest ups employees I have ever met. She is snarky and has been answering customers questions with the worst attitude. They do great work but I will never come here again

Had an eBay order that was a difficult item to ship. This store really helped me out by packing and shipping the item after the seller dropped it off. Many thanks for their willingness to take my information over the phone, take the item from the seller, and pack and ship it. They made what I thought would be a difficult experience very easy.

$42 for 5 day shipping? It would have been faster and cheaper to trash my package and have a new one shipped direct. Suddenly the Post Office doesnt look so bad.

Not pleased with the attitude after being ignored and then finally saying “excuse me I was next” when they hopped to help someone else, smh was then greeted with attitude and was told The sign says the line is this way but pointed out the other way on the other side of it. The excuse I couldn’t see you I’m sure you didn’t see me and my two kids. 4 employees and the 2 ladies in front of me and I was not seen I have never but in all it was my mistake to have used this location never again I would rather send my items back or shipped somewhere else. Thanks again for nothing. Btw I said thank you after receiving my item but again ignored lol

This place is awesome. Ive had to mail, fax, scan, and do everything else here from legal docs to packages to family, and they are always on top of it. Want to give a special shout out to Skyler, as he is the best manager/employee of all time. Handles things from the most mundane to the most sensitive with style and grace. Thank you UPS Store!

Went here to do a pickup and the woman behind the counter Kate was really rude to many people in that store. Even rude to me. Every person who was not white she had a tone with. I spoke up to her and told her tone was unnecessary. I will never come to this location again.

I walked into a packed store during holiday season. There was a disgruntled customer whose package had gotten sent to the wrong place and subsequently stolen. CJ addressed him with compassion and clear directions. I needed a tube that USPS no longer carries. CJ measured my paper, gave me the correct tube, and taped it to have ready for when I got to the counter. She assured us that the line looks long, but they would get to us quickly.She was right. When I got to the counter, Kate took care of me lickity split. I was in and out in 8 minutes all with super friendly service.They were amazing!

Highway robbery of $3 to print a black and white shipping label and extremely rude about it - avoid! Also, after responding damn right I will after being extremely condescending about the fee and telling me if I dont like I can go somewhere else someone from the back office whose face I never even saw proceeded to lecture me like a child about my language. Seriously - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you cant stay in business without robbing your customers ($1 I could understand for a print) than youre in the wrong business. And FYI - I was having a fine day - until shipping a simple package became a bizarre ritual of having to deal with your condescending rudeness.

I needed to send in a visa application as soon as possible so I sent it 2-day air. For some reason the Immigration Office in New York declined the package and sent it back, which further delayed my application process. When it was returned the package was heavily damaged which couldve meant a loss of highly important personal information but that thankfully was all fully intact still. The manager at this store, Skylar, was not only super amazing in helping refund some pre-purchased return labels but also figuring out the best course of action for getting the application sent back in immediately as well as what I could do in order to get reimbursed for all the troubles this caused with the entire process. He was the most friendly and helpful manager I have ever met. He was willing to go to bat for me with solving this issue and for that I am super grateful. Best managed store ever!

By mistake, I brought a package that needed to be mailed via the post office to this UPS store. The gentleman that helped me this morning was so kind and offered to give my box to the mail person when they came to pick up from the store. He made my day!

Unfortunately, my experience today was not in line with the other reviews here. 12 people in line, 2 staff working, staff unable to provide the services that UPS promotes and advertises. Not a positive experience

I was in and out in a little over 10 minuets, and that’s with a line. The staff is very helpful as well as pleasant. This is the only UPS store I go to.

I own a small trucking company with 2 big rigs. Me and my trucks have been very busy in the Southern part of the country shuttling FEMA water loads around.
