The manager and the employees are good people caught in a bad situation. There is a FedEx distribution point next door that, as of the past year or so, has had troubles. This office print/ship center isnt responsible for those woes, but most folk assume it is.If youre trying to come here to ship or print items, this is a fine a place as any other FedEx Print & Ship. One star off because the wing shop next door makes everything in the FedEx shop smell like cooking oil. Thats actually a real bother.I do a lot of printing/mailing for my place of work, and theyve all been helpful, sympathetic, and willing to help out.

Juniye was rude and sarcasticEntered this FedEx to return an AT&T product Juniye asked me to come down here and I did, asked how was her day? No response, then Juniye asked, me for an account #, I gave her the letter that was sent from AT&T, Juniye scanned the letter, Juniye said, I asked you to open the box, I couldnt it was sealed? She opened the box the seal with a box knife, I was unable to because it was sealed, then Juniye took everything out of the box and said, FedEx will put it in the back to be delivered, there was another customer in there that was commenting, question was asked, I told Juniye that I did not know, she said, sarcastically thats right you dont know, I am trying to get you in and out of here, I did not respond, before leaving I said that I came to the wrong FedEd she said, why because I was trying to get you in and out of here, I did not respond and walked out of FedEx to the vehicle.
The worst FedEx Office has ever existed on earth. An office in a third world country would never do and would never handle your package as they do here. Very incompetent and they make you feel that they are offering you a service for free or charity.You can look at all reviews from most people.They have wasted my time and yet I get my package.Unfortunately, there is no ZERO star or something that is equivalent to their service.

If your package is past the delivery date and in-transit here more than 48hrs just call the vendor and tell them its lost. Spoke to one agent last week who told me it would be a 3-4day delay on delivery. Cool. The FedEx agent I just got off the phone with told me all my packages are marked return to sender even if it says in-transit online, or has a upcoming delivery date. So I just asked Walmart for a full refund. Now Im ordering it on Amazon. Because their 2 day guarantee means 2 days even on Sundays.
I took a pair of Gucci slides in on 7/1/2020 to be shipped out. On 7/2/2020, it showed that the shoes were delivered to someone in Oak Park and signed for. My package was to be sent out to Pennsylvania. I went back to the store for answers but received none. Do not leave expensive packages here as it seems the associates and drivers work together to steal packages. I left it here at 7:35 pm. One tracker says someone picked the package up at 8:00 pm while the other tracker states someone picked it up at 12:00 am. I was not given any explanations except that the driver could have scanned it incorrectly. Next day I check, there are two tracking numbers. They claimed they aren’t accountable. I will never ever leave another package here. I did not leave the item at a drop box. I took it here and printed my label out and left it in there possession. They could have atleast got into contact with another boss to figure this out or provide me some sort of answers. Instead a pair of 37 sized Gucci slides which are sold out everywhere is lost in their possession!
We ordered a mattress and it was supposed to be delivered on June 4th and never came. They told me to wait three more days and call back. I called them after three days and they said that my package has been lost. I told them its not a box or package we are looking for, its a mattress, but they told me that it isnt in their facility even though it was checked in at that location by Jerome. They told me that they would open an investigation for the mattress and get back to me within 72 hours. Obviously they never got back to me until I called again raising hell... The mattress company had to try contacting this location several times so that they can tell them what they told me, that the mattress was lost so that they can send me a replacement a week later. Thankfully I was able to get the replacement pretty quickly and the case was closed. So randomly yesterday on July 15th, the mattress randomly shows up at our door out of no where.I ordered something else and it was scheduled for delivery this morning. This time I ordered shoes to wear to my wedding. I paid for expedited shipping and of course, my package never showed because Address could not be located. We were home today and we didnt see any FedEx trucks going through our neighborhood all day so basically they never even tried to deliver my package. This place is awful and needs to be shut down... FIRE EVERYONE!
I ordered an item from Wayfair and they told me that I would receive the package in 5-7 days and gave me the tracking #. When I checked in 5 days it said that my package arrived at the Oak Park Fed ex. Well I waited and waited and then made a few phone calls. After approximately 11 days we got a package on a Sunday which wasnt even close to my house number yet even a different street all together. My husband took the package to the CORRECT house and low and behold our package was on there porch!!! Really disappointed with this Fed Ex experience..
The worst FedEx on earth they need to replace all the management team every package I ordered either month late or lost most of them get lost or I can say they steal them at that facility. That’s why I stop doing business with FedEx because of you guys stealing people packages.

They were supposed to deliver 18 days ago. Im still waiting. I have received packages from UPS and USPS with no problems. The free press wrote an article online about how bad the oak park location is. Matter of fact, another fedex person told me that the oak park location was the worst in the nation. He said the Southfield location is fine and caught. I wont order from places that use FedEx again.
My package from California was sent to Texas and it took about 2 days for this. Not bad. But once my package made it to Oak Park, it has been at the Oak Park location for 7 days now.I ordered something else that went through fedex oak park 3 days ago and that was delivered. A smaller package. But my main package is literally just sitting at Oak Park just collecting dust. I called main Fedex for help and they were concerned. But this is ridiculous. Poor client service. I will be going out of my way to order online and not use fedex.
I am not sure if it is fedex as a whole or just this location, but my package has been sitting in the Oak Park Fedex office for weeks. It has been labeled as “In Transit”. I tried calling and reaching someone several times, but no one has picked up the phone. I just want an update of the situation. Poor service.
Lost out on $800 in photoshoots (main source of income) waiting for my equipment. Been given the runaround and sent on while goose chases to the warehouse, went to the office and was given the number to make a claim, the number was the wrong number to an auto shop a few miles away. When I finally found the correct number, i was told i couldn’t make a claim due to the ridiculously inconvenient status of my order. Each time i call to speak to a manager/supervisor, I’m put on hold until 8pm which is when Fedex business hours end and I am hung up on.
My story is the same as everyone elses. My package is sitting in that office and I have no way to retrieve it and they will not deliver it to me. The incompetence of this facility is outstanding. How they are employed is beyond me, they sure dont deserve any money for whatever it is they are doing over there. At this point Im just hoping I actually get my package (with out it being broken) before I die a natural death.
Absolutely awful! It’s like things get shipped to oak park and die. I don’t know what is going on with this facility but everything that gets sent there never makes it to your door. I’ve had 7 packages make it there and then sit idle with no updates. I’ve had to cancel my orders because I’m not paying for things to get lost at this facility. Some action needs to be taken to clear this mess up because this is all beyond ridiculous!

My package has been sitting in their facility for a month now. No update or proper response! Haven’t had any issues with USPS or UPS. I stopped shopping on walmart because of fedex being their shipping partner. I am now shopping on Amazon and it’s far better and no doubt of the outcome as they don’t use fedex!!
This location, I really want to say the company period are liars,lazy and give you false information about packaging. Got an email and text stating my delivery would be there Friday,then Saturday here it is another day and nothing. Yet customer service says its today,if I have to order and FedEx is responsible for delivering I dont want it
What a mistake. My delivery didnt arrive on the date they specifed, and now its two days later and the order tracker doesnt show a date on which it WILL arrive. There are many others on this review page also expressing their frustration towards this establishment. Either the employees need to be fired or the place needs to be shut down, but I want what I paid for.

The WORST FeDex ever. They have lost several of my packages (a few of which were large/expensive items) and packages of other people I know. Tracking updates will show nothing but “in transit at Oak Park” for days, even weeks on end. This was going on even before COVID but has gotten exponentially worse since the pandemic started. FedEx needs to get their act together and fire everyone at this facility.

This was my first time using the FedEx printing service. My home printer started failing so I thought Id give them a try so I could send out my etsy order.The quality of the printing on heavy cardstock was amazing! I used the online ordering system to make my purchase.Paid a little over 5 dollars for 16 b/w 80lb cardstick pages.When I arrived, the wait was short and the employees were ready and willing to help me out. They were even more excited to know this was my first visit...I felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this location any day! Thank you Fedex!
Horrible horrible horrible. My package has been sitting inside this building since May 31st, it is now June 16th and I live 25 minutes away from Oak Park. According to Fed Ex, I cannot go and get my package, management there will not give it to me. They should have stopped accepting packages a long time ago and not gotten into this situation!
Ill just be very short....fedex loses packages....drops them at wrong addresses....acts as if they didnt have enough time to deliver your package even though they have until 8pm to get it to you. I will never order anything from a company that delivers through fedex.Oh, I cannot forget to mention that their customer service representatives tell you anything to get you off of the phone. I do not have any problems with usps or ups.
My 2nd time having poor service!! Was expecting tv from walmart! 5.15.2020 wasnt delivered til sat 5.16!! Then was expecting meds delivered my email said at 10:30 am it was 4:55 before i recieved!! Its bad to be last on list!! I guess detroit ppl arent considered important!!! Id take ups anyday if the service of fedex is so unreliable!!! Worse FedEx ever I have been waiting on my delivery since the 26th of May. Now its stating my package will be delivered on May 27th which that day has passed. I called which was stated it is still on the 18 wheeler. WOW seriously and I ordered my stuff on the 18th.
Oak Park, MI is a mess...My package was on its way to Detroit from California, and got all the way to Perrysburg, Ohio. Then appeared to be on its way back to California. Looking stuck in Tracy, California, my delivery date went from today to pending. I called FedEx and they opened what they called an investigation. They called back and asked some questions like what was in it and how much are the contents worth ($140). Told me it is actually at Oak Park and they have no idea when I will get it. This is such a joke!

Ive ordered some print outs for my baby shower twice this month. Prints came out beautifully. First time I was helped by a young lady, second time a young man. Both times had a single customer service representative so may not be best for those with low patience. I went to another Fed ex and waited and still couldnt get my prints so Ill continue to go here.
The worst FedEx hub ever!!!! They are constantly losing or holding packages for weeks, always has an excuse. The only way to get movement is by calling FedEx headquarters and logging a complaint
You all may want to re-train the drivers in Oak Park, MI. I live in a gated community and for some reason the driver has refused to deliver my package for FOUR DAYS even after I signed the signature release on Day 1. On Day 2 I called your helpline and was told it is impossible for me to pick up the package from Oak Park due to the senders preferences. Then, starting on Day 2, the driver has been leaving me the door tags (of which I now have 4) without the signature release so I cant resign them. To make everything worse, On Day 2 I told the helpline that I dont get home from work until 5:30pm EVERYDAY and the operator told me that he would add that note to my account but for some reason the driver continues to attempt delivery at 4:19pm, then 4:21pm, 4:23pm, and 4:30pm. Can no one read? Can no one use common sense to try a different time of delivery after I explicitly asked them to and was routinely not home at that time? Today, which is Day 5, the driver never came. I got home before I was notified of a delivery attempt and felt pretty good about catching the driver to sign for my package myself but instead just got a notification at 8:20pm that the delivery will be re-attempted on MONDAY. This is unacceptable. Im not angry about not receiving my package, I can wait for it, but what I am upset about is the fact that your helpline is not forwarding information to the drivers and the drivers dont care for the customers. If I signed the signature release then LEAVE THE PACKAGE. I am assuming that risk, I signed the legal document saying so. Now Im being told to call your helpline AGAIN on Monday morning before 8:00am so you can forward a message to Oak Park telling them to leave the package there so I can pick it up myself. Did your policy change in 4 days? This is ridiculous.
Its bad shipping company iam in Dearborn and I have to pick my orders from oak park with waiting time at least three hours in same time there is two locations around Dearborn stupid management

This is the place packages go to die. Every single package is a week or more behind schedule fore delivery. Things always arrive beaten up or broken. Cant get accurate delivery dates before or during the pandemic.

Original Review (06/09/2016): Ive gone to this FedEx location many times before to ship packages and buy office supplies, and I have always had great experiences doing so.Today, I ordered a relatively simple printing job. The online ordering site told me my order would be ready at 6:30 PM, approximately two hours after I submitted the order.I arrived at FedEx at 6:30 to find a scantily-clad, non-uniformed, somewhat unstable employee telling me that my order was not ready and that she was still working on it. I waited patiently while she cussed, had a mild panic attack, and printed several incorrect versions of what I had ordered. While I understood she was under stress, it was unprofessional of her to tell me that she no longer wanted to work at this place and that she was supposed to be on her way home already.The employee eventually left and was taken over by a manager, who made repeated comments about said employees unprofessional dress. This was ironic, considering the manager herself was not dressed professionally. I then waited even longer while she asked me every detail about the printing job, because the information I had submitted online got changed or lost. Finally, the job was printed, but it had to be stapled by hand (God knows why), and at least one of the presentations was stapled backward.All in all, I waited about 35 minutes for my ready order while I listened to several people swear, hyperventilate, and blame everyone but themselves for their situation.Had the employees at this FedEx handled their stress in a professional way, I wouldnt be giving a one-star review. Its not the situation that bugged me; its the way they repeatedly mishandled it.This place is great for shipping, but Ill never order prints here again.Update (06/28/2016): My printer broke, and I had no choice but to print some documents at FedEx again, two days in a row. Once again, the manager was incredibly unprofessional and threw in a nice bit of rudeness for good measure. She may have known I wrote the original review, punishing me as a result. The non-managers were friendly and helpful, but the manager should find a job that doesnt involve working with other human beings.

First off, I WOULD ADVISE EVERY CUSTOMER TO AVOID THIS LOCATION. At this location, you go there for SIMPLE NEEDS AND EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.I went to FedEx for a simple task; literally to print off three sheets of glossy stock card paper. I came in at 8:30pm. When I came in, I was friendly and smiling. I also had my two month infant in the stroller. When I came a sales associate name Francis (old black woman with shaved sides of her head)was just standing there. Then, she rudely askWhat can I do you for you?. I said I just want to print off 3 sheets of glossy stock of my business cards off a flash drive . She put the flash drive in and couldnt find my document - and literally brought up someone elses document.I said no, this is not my document. I asked her to see the flash drive and it says Kingston, it matches a document that she literally kept missing. So another customer walks in at 8:45pm picking up a TV, the name on the account does not match the name on the tv. So Francis said that she is going to take care of the new customer, I was patient and I waited. The associate was acting rude as if she was tired and ready to go home. So she just lets the women take the Tv with her not even confirming the correct tracking number on file.So when the customer leaves, we find my business cards on the flash drive. I ask her to print both front and back, she said She could not do it, I should come back tomorrow. I said I cannot come back tomorrow, I have a art show tonight. She blows her breathe and rolls her eyes and said she is in training, she does not know how to do front and back. I asked her to do a test print. She prints it, two sheets come out. She said that I can pay for these copy, I say I came for glossy cardstock prints and Ill pay for that. She is rude again and use satire. I said if you cant print both sides, Ill take the side with my information on it. She says okay and literally goes in the back and get the glossy cards stock and prints it and she purposely distort the copy. She came back smiling and showed me the copy. I asked for my flashdrive and I said have a good day. She says I have to unlock the door for you, remind you I have an infant in a stroller, patiently waiting. She unlocks the door and walks away rudely. I believe the woman is a bad representation of your company, I have used Fedex services multiple of times for prints, business cards and shipping needs and never had experience such terrible customer service. I will never come back to that location and I WOULD ADVISE EVERY CUSTOMER TO AVOID THIS LOCATION. At this location, you go there for SIMPLE NEEDS AND EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.Also, i would like to add, I went to my art show and was success!!! By the grace of GOD, I found a pack of business cards when I got home!!! The worst!!! The drivers are very incompetent and inconsistent! The other reviewers are correct 💯 when they say they for no reason wont deliver packages. Example for past 2 days they code delivery not attempted due to bad weather. Ok 12/21 and 12/22 there is no rain and no snow so a complete lie about bad weather. UPS is far more reliable. But honestly I have never had problems with other Fed Ex it is just this location the drivers are lazy and should change jobs.
GOD AWFUL service.Ive been trying to get a receipt for over 10 days after I misplaced the one I originally had. I have called about 7 times and the manager is never available. I was told the manager would call me back when she returns to location, but I have yet to receive a call back from anyone.So Im going to keep calling to obtain this receipt. All other FedEx Offices I have dealt with in the past have been above and beyond better than this horrid location. If this was the last FedEx Office on earth I would build my own store by hand in order to get whatever work I needed done.DO NOT GO HERE!!! Youve been warned.

This store does not even deserve a one star review. I only gave it a one star so that I could write this complaint. I had to have legal paper work printed and they screwed it up. In the past when I ordered printing, the printer always checked to make certain that the pages were in order, etc. I went to this store twice and both times they messed up the print job with missing pages, adding triplicate pages, white pages, etc..When I tried to complain at the store, the manager just glared at me. I then called the head office 800# and complained. The office must have called her and the manager called me back and apologized etc. and said to bring it back and she would print it for free.I told her I could not come back until Saturday. When I came in on Saturday, she wasnt there - a young person named John was. He appeared nice, friendly and went on to do the print job. When he gave it back to me I assumed that everything was done correctly - and took it home. ( I am very disabled and was in a lot of pain that Sarurday, and standing and walking makes the pain worse - so I wanted to get back home and finish my job).When I got home I was aghast. He intentionally removed 3 of the last pages of my brief, that included the signature page, ( page36, 37 & 38, one page from inside the brief, (page 32) 2 pages from the evidence list).I am now going to call the main office again and DEMAND THAT THEY HAVE HIM RETURN ALL, OF THR PAGES,, INCLUDING THE SIGNATURE PAGE OF THE BRIEF.I cannot believe the SPITE and unprofessional, conduct of the people at this store location. Unbelievable.

I will never use FedEx again and Home Depot will have to refund the $750 package i have been waiting for 2 weeks as it sits in Oak Park MI. Poor customer service and no one even cares. When I went to Oak Park office the office sliding window was closed and I got sick from smelling the pot coming from inside. I hope Home Depot drops your services and bills you for my package. There is a reason why we NEVER do over night or 2-3 day delivery.....they can not even deliver on the day they say on regular delivery.....so here I set yet again, waiting for a package that has been on a truck since 3am and posted to be delivered TODAY! No answer at the office, just another package in limbo......your almost as bad as the USPS

The drivers that contract out of this place dont deliver the packages on time. Like, Ive seen one driver pass my house and then report that the address was wrong an hour later. How disgustly lazy.... Ive been in contact with that 1800 number several times to try to get my package delivered and this issue resolved my complaints are falling upon deaf ears. But its fine Im calling corporate Monday morning.

Was mailed a post card that said they made 3 attempts to deliver my package. Called them and when they gave me the dates they tried to deliver it, I checked my calendar and I was home all day for two of the dates. Supposedly they left tags on our door all 3 times but we did not get s single one. I told all this to the person on the phone and he said “well the tags might have blown away due to the weather we have been having.” And “well the driver said he attempted to deliver it so I have to trust him.”They are only open for package pickup until 5 pm every day and I work until 5 every day so I have no idea how I am going to get my package. Very dissatisfied customer. I will not be using FedEx in the future.
Drivers and this station is completely incompetent. Weve been trying to get a package delivered for days now. Its been reschedule 3 times now FOR NO REASON AT ALL. They made up a excuse of a undeliverable address. Ive called fed ex multiple times and even spoke to a supervisor to resolve and yet again still dont have my package! They contract out and these drivers must be extremely lazy imcompetant and intrained clearly! But why make the same person responsible for delivering my package when they couldnt do it the first time?! My god I just want my package. I pray that I never have to deal with this location EVER again!

Completely unhelpful, delivery was scheduled for a day that I would be home to sign for a package but then they changed the delivery date and refused to let me pick it up at their office so I either have to miss work to sign for the package at home or let them ship it back to the manufacturer.
Dont even answer the phone
They lost my order maybe delivery guy still it I don’t know

First time driver said he delivered the package but came 5 hours later the next time the driver said he delivered the package but he never came basically it took me 10 days for them to refund the store that I bought my package from

Ive been waiting on a package to be delivered to my house. I received no notification whatsoever that it needs to be picked up in the store, which shouldnt be the case anyway.

Lots of supplies for copying, binding, shipping. Staff gives assistance and advice as needed. Located in a plaza that includes restaurants and a Starbucks.
Waited home all day for a package to be delivered was supposed to be between 8am and 125pm and it never showed up will be requesting my shipping costs back per their guarantee what a joke
If theres anyone at all in line, expect to spend at least 20 minutes here. Currently standing in a line of just 2 people and we just went over the 30 minute mark, and theyre still working on shipping the same packages they were when I walked in.

Sales associate (Kerry ) was on her personal cell phone the entire time. From the time I walked in, to the time she completed my sales transaction. The conversation was not entirely appropriate for public. Very unprofessional. However the fax machine does work so at least theres that.
