I chose this location to get my car fixed because it was close to home. Honestly Im very satisfied with the work theyve done. My car only had a minor issue that was caused by another individual merging into my lane without realizing that I was already in that lane. So they side bumped me and put a minor dent in my back left rear door. There was also scratches of the other cars paint on my car, since my car was a white color. The people at the collision center was very friendly and very professional. I had a great experience and would refer family and friends to go if anything was to happen to their car. The details on my car is phenomenal. Thank you for taking care of me and my car.

Let me begin with they did an amazing job answering all my questions before getting the work done. They were beyond helpful. I was getting a feel for who i wanted to do the painting and if they were comfortable. They blew my expectations when i saw how well they paint matched my front bumper with the rest of the car. They did it in a timely matter. Worked great with insurance. Will definitely use them again if i ever have to.

Great service!! Oakdale Collision did a beautiful repair. Its never good news to hear that a babysitter was in a car accident with your car... Fortunately, Oakdale Collision was very accommodating and helpful - even with a frantic after hours call. When I asked them how to proceed, they gave me very sage advice. For example, they said if you are planning to drive it, dont open hood until you get it to the repair location, as it may not close again. They also made navigating the insurance claim easy, and were quite helpful with explaining what is the best type of repair for my vehicle. They were so easy to work with on many levels. We are a family with extremely hectic schedules and they were quite accommodating of them. They did a wonderful and professional job. The red paint matches precisely, no evidence of dents in the body, and it looks new again. Very pleased with their communication throughout the repair process, the job overall, and would not hesitate to recommend their work!

I took my car here to service body work on my car almost 2 years ago now. And though the job was thorough and my car came out looking new, it also took a full 2 weeks for them to complete the job. The damages on my car also affected my wheels alignment as well and the shop just could not figure out what the problem actually was. It came to a point where the employees stopped calling me with updates on the status of my vehicle. The frustrating part in all of this was that my rental car through my insurance company was getting expensive. The only vehicle available for a rental from Enterprise was the plus size Van (typical creeper van) that used up more gas over my turbod car. So you can imagine how much money I forked over for a plus size vehicle in a course of 2 weeks. Not only this but this unfortunate car accident happened right around my birthday and Christmas. I was stuck driving the huge creeper van for both events and it was the most depressing way to celebrate. I had to call the shops for updates and would be greeted by the manager after hours with a voicemail. The staff was extremely nice which took me so long before writing my review. They did a great job but lacked professionalism by not keeping me updated and for taking 2 weeks on front end body work and an alignment issue. The communication could have been way better. And if they couldnt figure out the alignment issue, I could have just taken the car to Heppners or somewhere else. But I wanted to support my citys shop. So there you go. I havent gone back for repairs and probably wont plan to any time soon.

Fast, friendly, did what they said they would do. Car came back clean and quick. Covered the difference on my insurance rental policy, which was a welcomed savings. No frills, but didnt waste my time either. I spent all of 15 minutes in their office, and my car took less than a week to be repaired.

These guys do world class work! Within a timespan of just over a year, a big piece a wood flew up on the highway and took out the front of my corolla, which they fixed quickly and looks great. Then my wife got rearended, and they again repaired it with excellence. And now a semi smashed into the left side of my wifes accord, and they again, knocked it out of the park. Highly recommended!

I had randomly found this shop by a Google search and feel like I completely lucked out! Just had my Nissan Altima repaired at Oakdale Collision after I accidentally banged up the front of my car in my own garage. *sigh* I called on Tuesday morning to see how soon I could get in. I spoke to Don and he asked me to fax the appraisal and bring it in that afternoon. He coordinated getting me a rental car, and told me that I could expect the car to be repaired by Friday afternoon. He asked me for my email address so they could send me updates on my car repairs along the way. To my surprise, my car was done on Thurs (a day early!!). When I arrived to pick it up - my car was sitting in front - so clean and beautiful! Not only was the job well done, but completed ahead of schedule. I was extremely impressed by this transaction. Highly recommend!!

I just picked up my truck after being repaired, and I had stopped in to get an estimate about 10 days ago and they said I could bring it in the following Monday, I need it that week and waited until Monday this week, They had setup the meeting with the rental car and the guy was there waiting for me when I got there on Monday, and all my contacts were with Brian, so I left with my rental car, and left my truck in their hands to be repaired. They had sent me text messages to update me with the process of repairing my truck. Then this morning they called and said my truck was finished, so I went there to pickup my truck, still unsure how well they had repaired my truck. I looked around my truck and was very happy with the repairs. I then went inside and finished up the rest of the paperwork and again dealt with Brian, and he explained everything that they had did. I went out to leave and noticed that they not only cleaned the outside of my truck but also detailed the inside also, this truck looks just like new again. I know it is never fun dealing with vehicle damage, but I would recommend Oakdale Collision Center to anyone that needs repairs done, and make sure to ask for Brian, And to all employees I wanted to say thank you again for all your work and professional service

Absolutely worst experience with an autobody shop. Replaced my tire with the wrong size tire and would not correct it. After they wash it there were noticeable scratches. They denied everything like usual and customer experience was the same. Repair took over two weeks for a bumper and paint job. Stay away if you value your car to be over 20 grand.

Expert and timely work, friendly people.

I feel ripped-off. I brought my car in for an estimate a couple of weeks ago. It was to be a very small job. I thought this was an honest shop as I had been there before. I spoke with Don and possibly was going to pound it out myself. After we talked and I noticed the labor rate of $54 per hour I called for an appt. I wanted to be first in that day. I intended to wait as I thought it was going to be at most an hour for the pros with the proper tools and knowledge to do the job. I was right it was a small job. I was scheduled for 8AM. It was around 8:20AM when it was done.Even if they charged the full hour it only be $54 + shop supplies as I know this is sometimes a routinely added charge of $30-$35 whether any are used or not. I was very surprised when I was presented with a bill for 2.8 labor hours. $151. Don was backpeddling a bit when I questioned the 2.8 hours as it was clearly closer to 1/2 hour of labor. We settled at $100. He was suggesting 2 or even 3 people worked on it which I find very hard to believe. I would have been a satisfied customer at somewhere between $50 and $75 and NOT written this review.
