Employees,, they welcome you with a smile, they are very helpful. Despite the Covid-19 disrupting everything.. My DG (dollar general) has always been busy. Shelves always stocked. Over all....I gave Dollar General a 5 star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Its great for a quick shop IF it has what you need...its usually out...it needs more in&frequent deliveries!!!

They have great prices, the store is clean and as well stocked as they could be. The staff are really nice and accommodating, except for one younger guy that usually works in the evenings...very aggressive with his coworkers in front of patrons. Usually doesnt talk to the customers when he is ringing you out. Everything else good.

I love the cleanliness and the choice of product but it is not a dollar store bit in general

Great store, very clean, great customer service. Easy access from street and would definitely go here again and again. And would recommend anyone in the are to swing by and pick up any miscilenius things . Or even last minute laundry problem..well they have socks and underwear. Shirts and baby clothes... Great selection of clothes and more.

This location is fairly OK to visit, in comparison to the Manteca location it is at least tollerable.

Everytime i go they are low on a lot of things and some isles are messy af. Otherwise good store for cheap things

Its alright. But its to crowed. The isles are to small. It never has what Im looking for. And its always a mess. Not very clean.

Always have those quick little items I need but dont want to hassle through the whole grocery store with. I always buy all my sandwich type bags here, can find economy size boxes, really inexpensive and all types, better buys than grocery store. Fast, cheap, easy, close. And the staff is super nice and helpful, as well as quick n efficient checking you out and getting you on your way.

Local, variety of items at great prices! Can easily run in and out when your in a hurry or buy whats needed when your in a pinch for money or time. Baking ingredients are also super cheap and always carry a nice seasonal/holiday section

The most terrible experience i have ever had. The manager Dillon was such a rude person and should be fired.

It says its a dollar store but only like 5 things are a dollar the rest are normal priced. You ha e to find the items with the yellow tags that say one dollar like cmon man.

Typical Dollar General. A bit disorganized but good prices and items were stocked. There was no mask requirement (I wore one, naturally) some did not. Dont really like a store without the requirement.

It wasnt as big as most are but had decent selection of stuff.

Its bigger than the dollar store in the Bay area I got better deals in the ones in the Bay area

It was a stop to purchase an inexpensive lunch!! The cashier was very observant and helpful!! She went out of her way to be cordial and on task!! This is a new store to Oakdale and our first time there!!

Rude! Rude! Rude! For a convenience store it sure isnt convenient at all! It will never see another penny from me or mine! Only 2 male cashiers with any manners! The rest are rude and nasty! They act like your bothering them! Worse place to shop in Oakdale by far!

I love the prices and the Associates are wonderful.

Friendly, fast and have what you need for the most part. Their app is awesome if you use it you can save a ton of money. Fred and Cole are always helpful

My visit this past week was very disappointing. Clerks were not paying attention. Aisles were blocked by big aggregations of stock.In the recent past, I had good experiences at this location.

Great store, just very packed in the aisles sometimes and I cant get to what I need. But great employees

This place used to be so much better.. now the staff pretty much makes everyone feel uncomfortable because of all the stealing they automatically assume everyone is a piece of sh##! Anyway I felt harrassed and like I couldnt even reach in my purse to grab my infants bottle or my phone without people making a big deal about it...

This store was full of boxes blocking the aisles and there seemed to be only 1 cashier who didnt seem to want to be there. The store was better when it first opened.

The manager got mad because she had to wake up from her nap and ring up the people who we were in line for 10 minutes and she yelled that we should all be home. I ran out of laundry soap and dog food which are essential for my way of life. She was very rude..the lady behind me left her basket and walked out.. and if everybody should be home then she has no business being there and that damn store should be shut

I love Dollar General. I find great deals. Some of their things are way over priced, especially in the toys department. Ive seen the same (or similar) toys at Wal-Mart and Target at lower prices. But, usually Dollar General is lowest priced for most of their goods. And the Dollar General Markets have a great selection & brands you wont find in other stores.

Very convenient,but for some reason they always have stuff in between aisles and its hard to see all there products.I go their maybe once a week,they do have nice and not to expensive house hold items

The store is super messy, there are never products, the aisles are always blocked and some workers are arrogant and never solve what one is looking for.

It was AWESOME,,,,, I purchased a pair of sweat pants and a zip up hoodie amongst other necessities. Looked at my receipt when I got home and was in shock when I saw the price of the sweat pants.. reg price,$14.99 / after discount,$0.01. Yep, one penny. Wish I would have seen it before I left the store,LOL. That was without even using coupons. WOW.

Really great prices on name brand products

While I like this store its cluttered with stocking carts in the isles, making it difficult if not impossible to shop. This is one a regular basis. Carts blocking shelves so you cant get to the item you want. As if thats not bad enough, allot of the carts that are in the isles are not pushed back far enough making it impossible to navi through the store. 20% of the others are over priced.

Great Place to pick up last minute everything

Waited in line for 15 minutes. Only one person at the register. Had questions and no body else was available. For what should have been a 5 minute purchase, ended up being about 20 minutes.

I received excellent customer service. when i asked the clerk to do a price check, he didnt hesitate. He was on it and even brought down some totes from top shelf.

The prices are better than Walmart or KMart, but they dont always have what I want....Clerks are nice!
