Covid test at drive through went well and close to on schedule. However, it was not apparent on the website that this is NOT a rapid result test. Results are provided a couple days later and I’m responsible for calling to find out when test results are available; that is backwards, they should contact me.

Pharmacy is rude and incompetent.They were sent a script for a liquid antibiotic for my 3 year old with an infection. They knew it was for a toddler because I discussed dosage, administering and syringes. A professional would have mentioned it could or not be flavored. In this case it can be flavored they just didn’t do it or offer to do it. It’s difficult enough to give a toddler medicine. It’s impossible if it’s a straight liquid antibiotic.

I just like Walgreens. I make a point of meeting the staff with a smile and with respect; this starts relationships and makes everything easier. I think the staff are trained well and respond especially well to my attempts to connect with them. Many of the senior staff in the pharmacy will respond to my questions and help me with problems.Also, I like the app for ease of use and for usefulness overall.

I love my Oakdale Walgreens!!! They have the best staff in the pharmacy and in store. They make me feel so welcome and Sam is an amazing person. Love the atmosphere he creates. Traci is also always smiling and offers genuine caring. John the pharmacy supervisor is so knowledgeable and helpful. I could go on and on. Thank you all Oakdale Walgreens.

I shop at this walgreens almost daily. I went in today with my kids. My youngest made a idiot decision n tried to steal something, which I do not condone AT ALL. But when the manager approached, he accused me of having my son stealing something for me. It was an iPhone charger. I have an Android. I tried telling him that Im a good customer and spend my hard earned money at his store. And that my son wouldnt come to his store anymore. He continued to be very ignorant. I was so insulted that I told him off and left. Absolutely no people skills. I get it. I deal with scammers at my job too. But seriously, get a grip on yourself! Being part of management myself. This manager needs better people skills. I wont shop there again.

Was there right before Labor Day Weekend. First of all, the pharmacy staff was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Basically night and day from the last Walgreens I did business with before my move. The guys at the Oakdale location went above and beyond the expectations I had! After the pharmacy stop, I also had to grab a few things for my upcoming trip. A worker named Sam helped me find the sunscreen, and even found a coupon for me to use!! Several other employees asked if I needed help while I did my shopping, which is rare at a lot of the chain stores you go to. The cashier was extremely friendly and chatted with me while she rung up my items. This will definitely become my preferred Walgreens!!

The store is fine, it the pharmacy they are so rude, there this on woman works there she Indian she is crazy rude! She only helps certain people, I have watch her twice! Report her!! Manager needs talk to her there is a issue.

Wow serious false advertising!!! The prices on the shelves are entirely lies! You WILL be asked to pay MORE at the register than the price it said on the shelf!

I am a frequent customer at this location and was so upset at the way I was treated by a woman named Jo. She was rude and short tempered. Maybe she had a rough start to her day but it no reason to treat customers like trash. I will avoid her at all costs even if that means I have to switch pharmacies. Jo from walgreens, karma...

Pharmacist Is rude not only to the customers but to the other helpers that she has working with her. Very nonprofessional. I will never use Walgreens again.
