Im not sure if these other comments are planted here, or they were just lucky and I wasnt. Order a spa Nov 3/20. Received in June 2021. Damaged. They have been a nightmare to deal with. Lack of communication or empathy. Saving the money is not worth the lack of service.

I loved that they actually keep some hot tubs in stock and aren’t made to order and you have to wait months for your order. Shipping was fast all the way to western North Dakota and arrived about 2 weeks after I ordered it. I set it up and installed it myself. Electrical was easy (if you have some decent electrical know-how, if not, just hire a pro). I used 4 sections of 6” PVC to roll the hot tub into place with a couple of friends and recommended this method of doing it yourself. 10/10 in service and the product!

I wasn’t sure if I was ready to purchase a hot tub when I started my search, but after speaking to the rep I decided on a beautiful Catalina Luxury spa. He was very kind, knowledgeable, & professional to do business with. I’m also extremely pleased with the money I saved compared to other companies. Great store. They delivered our hot tub last fall in a few weeks, when everyone else was saying 6 months or more.We purchased the Tranquility G100. It’s a great little spa and good value. The built in Bluetooth speakers work well too.

Chris Townsend was awesome from first contact and all the way through the entire shopping process and purchase!I had zero luck finding a brand new hot tub in stock anywhere in the Twin Cities until I called Aqua Living. I happened to call on the right day that Chris had a few models that were ready to go. She emailed me all the tubs and details on them that she had. We picked one out, put down a deposit and got our financing rolling. We never even set foot in the store. The whole deal was done over phone and email. Chris was very responsive every time I emailed or called her, very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to do business with. She even put us in touch with a guy that could deliver it and he just happened to be an electrician and helped us with the hook up. Top notch service front to back! We have had the tub for a few weeks now and we use it at least four times a week. Everything works perfectly including all jets, the waterfall, LED lights and the Bluetooth stereo with subwoofer really puts the icing on the cake! 5 year warranty and USA made makes a guy feel warm and fuzzy inside. :)Thank you so much Chris for taking good care of us! I started my adventure in buying my first hot tub with no idea what I was getting into, and, she helped me through each step and provided a lot of options. Also, the ability to quick ship certain models really helped make the decision, as I learned I was able to get my hot tub in just 2 weeks!

I have been looking for a hot tub for some time. Aqua Living stores delivered! The sales and ordering process could not have been easier. I stopped at several other Local stores and was either given the cold shoulder or a sales pitch that included bashing other hot tub companies. From the start, Aqua Living was up front, honest and very very helpful. I felt no pressure to buy and was given the opportunity to check out the hot tubs in person. Seeing the hot tubs in person helped tremendously! Our sales person pretty much left us alone after giving us a brief description of each line of spas and their features. Even though this is an Online store the communication could not have been better. I was called and emailed each step of the way. Well where do I begin? I was shopping around for a hot tub for a long time and did lots of research and kept coming back to Aqua living spas. I tried other places and called and worked with many different places but I have to say from the first call and all the way through the process I had zero pressure and amazing support from the whole sale team and Al was amazing and top of the class when it came to service! I purchased the G-100 and we absolutely love it and would highly recommend the hot tub and this company!!

I shopped several retail SPA dealers and ultimately decided on a G2 Tranquility from Aqua Living Factory. The shopping experience was unique in that I was able to see the tub in person but dealt with the salesperson virtually and this was BEFORE Covid-19! Once the final decision was made on color, options and size the sale was completed and an approximate shipping time was set. The tub was built and delivered to the factory a little late but come to find out the first tub did not pass the companies quality inspection and a new one was built, I fully supported that decision and was more than fine with a later delivery.The tub itself is awesome, have had it for 6 months now and have used it almost daily. We love the evenings with the accent lights, the multiple jet settings and the power of the 220V pump. The staff at Aqua Living has been great to work with and is always available for any questions or concerns, their customer service is top notch. I would absolutely use Aqua Living for my next purchase and would certainly consider the Dr. Wellness brand.

We are very disappointed with the lack of communication from Aqua Living. We splurged on a hot tub in August and were given an estimate of a Mid-November installation. Every time I have checked in I am continually told - check in in 2-3 weeks. Now, we will be lucky if we have it up and running in January. maybe. I understand the issues the world is facing, but am disappointed with the amount of legwork that I have to go through to get any information. That being said, I enjoyed working with Al, and Joni has been very responsive and I really appreciate that. Other sales members seemed flippant and annoyed that I would even be inquiring about the process in the first place. Maybe when the hot tub actually gets here I will write another review....

This will be a long review, but if you read nothing else read this... BUY FROM ANYBODY ELSE!!We ordered our X-11 model in August and we were promised delivery the end of Oct., Janurary 25th we finally received our hot tub. It was poorly packaged and cosmetically damaged during shipping. We immediately called our sales rep and were told to accept the hot tub and they would replaced the damaged parts... Still waiting for our replacement cover that was damaged. Then after installing and filling the tub on a saturday in Janurary I could not get the pumps or heater to work. I had to purchase a space heater to put inside the cabinet to keep from freezing. Being an automotive technician, I was knowledgeable enough to take apart this BRAND NEW hot tub and found wiring mistakes in the circuit board from factory and was able to get at least the circulation pump and heater working so I didnt need to drain the tub and try to winterize it. We are a month into this now and still do not have a working hot tub. We have no technician even scheduled to come out because they cant find one in this area. They have probably burned all their bridges with local techs and the local techs refuse to work on their outdated equipment they are selling (just my assumptions). I did manage to get a technician on the phone from the company in Tennessee. He had me working on the hot tub myself trying to diagnose and have me fix it over the phone. Still not working, he sent me the parts he thought might fix the problem, but no technician to install them. I replaced the topside control panel myself, one of the parts they sent, did not fix the problem. The other part they sent was a complete spa pack/ circuit board. Told them I shouldnt be the one to have to work on this and change this part. I want a tech to come out and change it. 2 weeks later, no tech scheduled, no return phone calls, no support at all. I finally, again changed the part myself. Still does not work and still cant get a tech or even returned phone calls. I have probably 20 hours into working on this hot tub myself trying to get it to work. 7 months since we ordered this hot tub and we still dont have a working hot tub or even an idea of when we will.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DO

My hot tub leaked after 4 months of purchase. The company does not provide service for the repair (even though I purchased a $200 two year warranty).. and now I’ve been stuck paying $600 in additional fees.. out of pocket when these damages should be covered.There are fake reviews posted below as well.. not a good company and bad customer service. I do not recommend aqua living and I wish I would have read their reviews before giving them my business.

This is a great company to do business with I priced the same tub at my local spa place. And there prices were out of my reach. If your looking for a tub this is the place to buy from. They treat you great. Steve and Joni are number one in my book. And Ill surely do business with them again. there above a 5 star rating

I purchased my first spa from Aqua Living and installed it on my deck in early December. Steve, Helen, George and crew were all great to work with, very responsive. The spa (G-10k) is exactly as advertised and works great - no issues at all. Ive used it almost every day since it was installed and love it! I would buy from Aqua Living again without hesitation.

We couldnt be more pleased with our purchase of the Catalina Berkshire from Aqua Living and our overall experience with Aqua Living. The purchase was easy, the delivery was within a reasonable time frame and within the time frame they identified, even though we were in the midst of COVID-19. The setup was tough for the delivery team, but they overcame the obstacles (all of the plantings around the pad we created for the tub).The features of the tub (the number of jets, the pressure of each jet, the waterfall features, the LED lighting, etc. make this tub an Acura for a Honda price. The stereo system sounds fantastic. The operation via smart phone is a nice feature. The amount of control that each person has for their spot is awesome. Further, we have neighbors that have other brands (Bullfrog and Jacuzzi) and they all are amazed at the tub we got for the price we got it for.Let me say also that the sales pressure compared to others was far and away much better. Some of the other factory dealers are high pressure and love to bad mouth their competition. They will tell you that the pumps are made in China, they will tell you that the Catalina tubs are not made for this climate, that they are not insulted well enough. Theyll find every way possible to tell you how bad their competition is. Theyll talk about their pumps being made in America (which is only partially true). Truth is, a hot tub repairman had no concerns with the Catalina tub that we purchased. Also, I saw the inside of other tubs and they have no more insulation than the Catalina does (for the sake of climate concerns).Dont let the warehouse where they keep a floor model available for view and virtual sales experience scare you either. Youre going to find out after you bought the tub how awesome the power of the jets are compared to the other factor dealers that have working floor models.Finally, Aqua Living replaced the easy-lift bar for the top even though it was damaged by user error. I sent them a picture and they sent me a new lift bar at no cost.

Ordered a tub, transferred money... they didn’t place the order for three weeks after having the money. No delivery date, every time I call they say to call back in two or three weeks. Paid for a tub in April of 2020 I will be lucky to see by Aug.

This is my second hot tub from Aqua Living Stores and I couldn’t be happier!!! We currently have their higher-end Catalina Luxury Carlton model! These tubs have so many amazing features and it’s hard to believe you can get a tub of this quality for under $10k!!!Definitely Recommend you call Steve!

Steve was very hard to get in contact with. When I was finally able to get ahold of him (via email), he provided very little details to answer my questions and repeatedly referred me to his website. Ill be shopping somewhere else now.

We are very pleased with our tub, PP41. Cost was biggest plus, no pressure sales, delivery & set up all went well. Arrived earlier than promised, just in time for a family holiday weekend. Highly recommend.

I would not buy from them again. Took 8 weeks to get a hot tub that I was told would take 2-3 weeks. A couple employees are very helpful and reply within a day. Others not so much. I ordered the accessory package with the steps, cover brackets, extra filters, and chemicals. Only received the chemicals. Still waiting for the rest. Its been 9 weeks now. Ill give them the fact that the price is fair and the hot tub, when it finally did come, appears to be of decent quality(not top of the line but not horrible either) Just poor delivery times and lack of response.

This place is terrible to deal with. They lie and our hot tub has not worked in the 3 months we have had it. We have the most expensive worthless lawn ornament in Wisconsin. Not only can they not get it running, they refuse to give us our money back. Brian Elmore ( national sales manager ) says he cannot take it back. Stay away from aqua living. Burn your money and get better use out of it

If I could give this company a negative star I would. I received my hot tub 1 month ago and it still doesnt work. No one answers your phone calls. Tech department says its sending someone to fix your NEW hot tub but ironically they loose all orders. I have had a nonworking hot tub for over a month and they do not care. Worst hot tub ever as well as the worst customer service. Do not buy from Andy or Steve because they sell you a service then do not follow up. These people are liars.

Ordered a tub 7 weeks ago still no delivery date. Noone will call us back and our sales person blocked our number. But the finance company wants a payment allready.EDIT. Got our hot tub. Noone told us it was a 500$ cash delivery fee for the 3 men who brought it. It works well. Its nice. Never came with the filters we ordered. Sound works great. Lights work. No damage. Jets work.

We bought a dr. wellness for medical reasons, im in recovery from spine surgery and we are very happy with it. It has the most awesome jet designed to specifically target trouble areas. The customer service has been good and the price was very very good compared to other companies. you get the same spa from these guys as you do from the brand name ones,they just order it direct from the manufacture and send directly to you, thereby eliminating the middleman and markup. of course all spas have some trouble if you dont properly insure that it is installed correctly and maintained correctly. steve and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I got my hot tub around Labor Day last year had problems at the beginning with the delivery guy he cracked one of the corner panels but I called on it and took pictures they sent out brand new panel and it works great !! everything now is working great for me I am very happy with it🤗
